I usually take my car to the Subaru place, but this will be my new go to place. Saved me a good bit of money compared to going to car dealership. This place is so nice and clean. My front brakes were replaced in about an hour. Everyone is so cordial and welcoming. I ll definitely be back!!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Nice people but beware. Came for an alignment referred by discount tire. Was charged for it but was never done because I "needed" parts. They told me they aligned it in the rear.. of a FWD car... nice place but give a laundry list of repairs that don't need to be done. Wouldn't recommend at allUpdate: the owner called me regarding this with no effort to make anything right just to tell me I'm wrong and he's never had any bad reviews. Yes they never said that any repairs were absolutely needed, just that I need to schedule within the next month so whatever you want to conclude from that. Yes the tie rod might've been frozen but my regular shop got it within five minutes. But, according to my normal shop who showed me everything, two of the listed "need repair" were perfectly fine and need no work.So form your own opinion on them but here's mine. Guess you're not allowed to leave your opinion as a review anymore

They are honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Chris the office manager is very helpful and calming. Terry the owner is very hands on and the guys are all great! They have saved us money and time. Really glad they moved to this area.

Always knowledgeable and professional. Terry actually cares about his customers and their safety and comfort. Chris is always so kind and helpful. I recommend all of my family to take their vehicles to them constantly. There are a LOT of crooked shops out there, these people are very different. I drive past 9 different places to get my truck serviced. It s a 40 minute drive from my house to their location with traffic worth every moment. I m a customer for life.

I ve have my 2011 Toyota Tundra serviced by Indian Land Imports.Terry is fantastic, thorough and very knowledgeable. Chris is incredibly helpful and cheerful.Indian Land Imports stands behind their work and are an honest and trustworthy shop.They have earned and will continue to have my repeat business. I can think of no better endorsement than that.

Indian Land Imports has been our go-to place for more than a decade. It's the auto mechanic you've been hoping to find, but didn't think they existed anymore. And when you find a place like Indian Land Imports you stick with them. Terry took a leap of faith and started this shop with his own blood, sweet & tears. It took very little time before the word had spread and the parking area had to be expanded. But it isn't just Terry. It's Ed. It's Jake. It's Chris. It's Brynna. It's Mark.When we first started going to ILI the brands they serviced were Honda, Acura, Toyota & Lexus. In the past few years, a BMW certified mechanic joined ILI. In 15 years we've gone through 10 cars and everyone of them has been serviced at ILI from start to finish. Unfortunately, Ben Allen isn't aware of how vehicles are aligned and it's unfortunate to post a negative review because of his lack of knowledge in this area.But I can tell you this. I would push my car to Indian Land Imports to get serviced before I would accept getting it towed for free to the dealership or several other local shops. I know when I leave Indian Land Imports the issue has been resolved without question. Five cars in our family right now with mileage from 35k to 140k. There's not a doubt in my mind that I'll need to budget for a car payment unless I WANT to.Indian Land Imports is the type of place you wish you could keep to yourself, but the kindest thing you can do is give a referral so they stick around for awhile. I used to call and get in within a day or two. Now it might be a week and that's ok with me. I've been part of a small group that has stood with these guys from Day One and I'm happy to wait because that means that the word continues to spread. (Lexus, Acura, Lexus, Toyota, Honda)

What a relief finding this shop! Professional, fairly priced and great at communicating throughout the process. I bought a fantastic (or so I thought; yes, you are allowed to judge!) used BMW X5, one owner. Carfax clean. Unfortunately, I realized the car needed quite a bit of work within a week. Indian Land Imports did a phenomenal job. The car now runs absolutely like brand new and repair price was VERY reasonable for the work. I would highy recommend them!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Service quality is great, and they won't charge you for services you don't need. I've had multiple experiences where I'm worried about something needing fixing, and they give me an accurate assessment on a smaller issue that resolves my greater concern.Would happily recommend after coming here for 7+ years

Cannot say enough about what a great experience my grandson and I had at Indian Land Imports today!The antenna on his 4Runner needed repair and they got the part and had it repaired in record time...and the price was of what we had been quoted elsewhere!!! We could not believe how quickly Terry did the repair and how friendly and personable Chris and Terry both were. The price was so reasonable and we left there knowing we had found someone who was honest and trustworthy!!! Will definitely be recommending them to family and friends and thankful that when we have more serious car issues, we now know exactly where to go!! If you are considering them, please don t think twice...you won t regret it!!

Indian Land Import are a top notch team servicing many auto types. I have been taking my Lexus SC 430 to Terry and team for several years. They have a dedicated team of technicians which perform outstanding ding work at a reasonable rate. And Chris will get you in and out and is always responsive.

Always an absolute pleasure coming here to have car work done. This place has been honest, quick, and friendly. It was recommended to me by Nisstech (also an amazing place), where we take our Xterra, when I was looking for somewhere to take my Scion. I definitely recommend coming here if you have a Toyota car! I will continue to come as long as I have a car that able to be serviced by their techs.

Fantastic experience with Terry and his crew! Had major engine service performed on our 2004 Lexus IS300 . . . Terry was through in diagnosing all the issues and identifying potential problems. They were quick to provide a detailed quote and make the repairs in a timely manner. Very friendly and competitive prices. Called them up for a quote after I received an outrageous quote from AAA for a water pump, thermostat, serpentine belt and fluid replacement. There price was significantly better, but due to timing constraints I ended up getting my repair done at AAA after they came in and came close to the price match. I will definitely go to them in the future for my auto repair needs! Very helpful, friendly and no-nonsense.

I've been going here for years. Terry, Chris, and Ed are superb people. Honest, efficient, friendly and fair. You won't find a better place to take your vehicle for service and repairs. Thanks Terry and co. for helping me and my family out on so many occasions. You guys are the best!

The very best! After trying out two other autocenters in the area I feel the only one whom I could trust is Indian Land Imports. Terry fixed one of the problem within a few minutes without making a big deal out of it and referred my other problem to an excellent specialty shop in Rock Hill! Visiting Indian Land Imports, I saved $600 to $700!

I highly recommend Indian Land Imports. Went for an alignment. Staff was very friendly, reasonable price. Shop local instead of going to the overpriced chain.

I agree with the past posts. Terry is friendly and honest. His work on my car and my daughter's car was just what we needed and his prices are fair. If you've had enough of the dealerships, you won't regret switching to this shop.

Great service. Terry really knows his craft. He doesn't branch out to be a master of all cars like some and fail miserably. He specializes in what he knows, Toyota's Lexus and Honda. If you own one of these, you need to show up here with your vehicle when you need service.

We ve been taking my wife s Lexus to Terry for about 5 years now. He s the only technician that ever told me we didn t need to do something I thought needed doing. Great people, professional work. Just a pleasure to deal with.
