First time buying a kayak and the gentleman helping me was incredibly knowledgeable. Great selection of quality kayaks at every price point as well as all the accessories you should ever need. Very thankful for the first responder discount that I was given since many businesses will no longer give these. I'm referring my family and friends to Duke's for their kayak and outdoors products.

It s been 6 months and still no paper work or title to my bank. Jared said he couldn t find it or whatever the deal was. I don t care anymore it s caused problems with my bank and added stress. Also the camper is falling apart. Would ve done things different somewhere else with a different brand. Short term Warranty doesn t cover much. Good luck yall.

I recently bought a brand new camper from Duke's and I've had the best experience with Josh and his team. There was no pressure to buy, the process went smoothly, and Josh's team has been fantastic. They are all very honest and thoughtful and I'd never hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Can't say enough good about Duke's and Blake is awesome. Had an insurance repair done, all the work was done right and quick and we were kept up to date throughout. When we need anything done to our Forest River Grey Wolf trailer, this is where we'll go!

I bought a new camper from Dukes and they are all so easy to work with. Customer Service was great as long as Blake was there, But after the he left Their customer service is terrible. I will not go back for anything else. The owner is rude and was not helpful at all. I contacted Gulf Stream and I will take all my camping/camper needs else where.

I was in communication with Josh on a car for almost a month. I was looking for a car for my son that was all wheel drive and somewhat unique. Josh had a vehicle that fit that bill a 2018 Volvo V 90 ocean race special edition. Every time I communicated with Josh, he quickly replied and was extremely friendly. Josh and I came to an agreement on the price of the vehicle and I made my venture down to South Carolina where I met him on a Saturday afternoon. Josh greeted me and tossed me the keys to the beautiful Volvo. Josh had nothing but pleasant conversation and gave me a full tour of his beautiful shop. He even showed me into a couple RVs which we re absolutely awesome! I highly recommend Josh and his staff over at Dukes outdoors. My wife and I will be in the market for a small camper sooner than later and this is where I willdo business.Thanks,Ryan

Nice, quick and easy buying experience but please get your vehicle inspected prior to purchase. I drove 4+ hours from GA to pick up my 2011 Escalade. I was reassured by Josh that there weren t any major issues and that it was a good truck prior to deciding that I wanted to buy it. I was so reassured that I was looking to have it shipped to me instead of coming to look at it in person. I get there, it is a nice truck and it drove fine so I bought it. As I said, I came from out of state and Lancaster is a small town so I didn t know of any reputable shops nearby. I also didn t feel the need to have it inspected but I was wrong. It drove 4+ hours back home just fine but I still scheduled an inspection at my shop. They found that the rear main oil seal is leaking, the front struts don t work correctly with the suspension system (so they need modifications or replacement, service suspension light is on), and the front link rod is loose. I contacted them regarding this and they basically said I m SOL since it was sold as-is. I ve bought multiple cars as-is from a dealer and when an issue is brought up shortly after purchase, it has been fixed. Not this time I guess.MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: First of all, I m not sure why there is hostility in your reply when I just told the truth of my experience but the car was discounted by $1000. The repairs will exceed $1000. If heavily discounting the good vehicle was such a burden then you could have just denied my offer from the start. I denied the warranty since I was reassured that the vehicle was free of MAJOR issues, which it clearly is not. Me personally, I wouldn t sell cars without disclosing all of the issues and/or having it properly inspected for the buyer but I digress. It took 10 mins for you to respond to this review but over a week for y all to respond to my emails. I m currently leaving another shop after getting my suspension issue properly fixed. You live and you learn.

Dukes outdoors is awesome. Went in workers right there to help you. Great service, everything is well worth the price. I recommend this place for anyone that is looking for kayaks, canoes, campers inn, etc.

Blake helped me out when I was in a jam with my black tank macerator. NOT a fun job but he was easygoing and kind. Fixed my macerator on the spot and the price was great!!THANK YOU BLAKE!!Dukes is more than just a place to buy a camper- full service for all kinds of needs.

Josh is a really great guy, josh an his team was very professional and very nice!! They helped me with my purchase an they did not pressure me into buying anything I did not want, I totally recommend Dukes outdoor to everyone they have all you need for your outside adventures

Josh and his crew came to my rescue with some golf cart issues and found a broke wire instead of having to replace all six batteries. Which I know several places would have went there for the big sale. But not Josh and his guys. Top notch will be always be coming back to Dukes ! Thanks guys .

I like non-chain stores and helping out local businesses. I really wanted to come here and write a good review but I can't.The Good:Buying experience - All questions answered, no pressure, and let me demo the bike without hoveringThe Bad:Name Mis-spelled on the paperwork - using my drivers license no lessMissing Battery KeySerial # Incorrect.I've called numerous times over the course of 6 months. They are no longer taking my calls and they don't return voicemails.

Took my truck over there to get running boards installed .. Josh went over my options and I picked the awesome amp powered running boards . He got my truck in and and in slightly over 1 day had them installed and working perfectly. Great job !! Will be taking my other trucks to get outfitted

Dukes outdoor promptly replied to my Jackson Flex E Drive request! Josh was very professional on the phone and very knowledgeable of the product. Transaction was made on Tuesday and got my motor in on Friday! I will definitely use Dukes outdoor for future purchases.

We Purchased our TT in Mid Nov of 2020.... Great price and very Happy... The owner and employees are really good people... Highly recommended them... We would purchase from them again if ever needed...I appreciate the Cleanliness of the shop that is important to me as a woman. I would give them a 91/2 rating... This is the Wife's post........

Buys a brand new unit from them & it is broke & I try to call to talk to them about it & they ignore all my calls & voicemails for several days straight & still cannot get a hold of Them. The machines they sell are a pile of junk & I wouldn t use them as a lawn ornament. You re better off buying a car at the junk yard at least those cars run.

Wonderful shopping experience! Very friendly and courteous staff. They took the time to answer all of my questions online and in store. I drove 2 hours to the store, and it was well worth the trip. They sale a variety of outdoor products. I wish I could get this level of customer service everywhere I shop.

UPDATE: since I am not able to respond to the owners comment. I have a screen shot of where your website says 8-5 Saturday not 530. So maybe you should update that..Drove an hour to Dukes because they are the only dealer nearby that carried the camper I m looking for. Website says open 8-5 Saturday so I got there around 230. Sign on the door said open as well but to call and they would send someone over. Called, didn t get an answer, left a message and waited 30 minutes but no one ever returned my call. Really disappointed.

Great group of people at Dukes. Bought a Spartan zero turn today, and it was a simple, easy process. Huge inventory of mowers and just about everything else you could need for the outdoors. Highly recommend.
