I heard great things from a customer of yours I drove here to pick up their truck, and was considering bringing my car here for work.Then I saw this in the only handicap parking space you have. Looks like it's been there for a while, propped up on 3 wheels. If that's how you plan to treat people with disabilities, how may I expect to see how you'll treat my car?

Have to brag on Todd Courtney & Chandler s body shop. My daughter was in a car accident & the guys worked so efficiently to get her car repaired quickly, but the most impressive part of what happened is how Todd went over & beyond to help my husband after they finished the body work. Our daughter s car starter went out at their shop & instead of them making us have her car towed, Todd offered the use of the car lift & his tools along with actually helping my husband change the starter. Thank you Chandler s & Todd for caring so much about your customers!!

If I could rate this place more stars, I would!!!! I ve had my fair share of car servicing and repairs and this is, by far, the best place I ve EVER been to. It s safe, clean, and the employees are so sweet and friendly.I had part of my front bumper/grill replaced after someone backed into me. They did a phenomenal job; took my car in Monday morning and got it back Wednesday before 5pm! They even cleaned my car inside and out, which I did not expect but greatly appreciate.

We had a fender bender in our van and a friend recommended Chandler's for the repairs. They're great! Laid back atmosphere with fair, knowledgeable and friendly employees. My wife was thrilled with the work and commented that it looked like she had a "brand new van" once the work was finished! I recently had to return again for another issue and received a similar experience. I highly recommend them!

This shop does great work but they are not very good at doing things right the first time. The first visit they put the wrong bumper on. It looked good but it wasn t what I paid for. I asked for the right bumper, they were a little hesitant but ended up paying for the new bumper and paint. I just picked it up today and it looks great but they painted parts on the bumper that weren t meant to be painted which reflected on the bill. It is a bit frustrating because I was told that these are the best of the best but I didn t receive that. I would recommend this shop but be very specific with what you would like done. Additionally: it is one year later and the paint on the hood of my car is already chipping. It appears to be lack of preparation before the final coats of color. 3/10.

This place is amazing! I had to bring my car a few times to the auto body shop and every time, I am greeted with warm southern hospitality. The owner was able to help me understand what I needed to do to return my car back to great condition. I can remember one time I had a long trip up to NYC and my bumper in my Honda was hanging too low. I was not sure what to do so I brought it to Chandler's. The team at the shop was able to save me a lot of money by coming up with an inventive idea instead of having to replace the bumper. Thank You!!! I highly recommend Chandlers and will definitely use them again!

There prices are too high for towing a car right in town.They charged us $223 from Newtown to South 200....that's ridiculous......
