After my family has been doing business with them for years I went to see if I could get a valve stem put on. After waiting a while they owner was on the phone and didn't acknowledge that I walked in he finally asked what I needed and I explained what I needed and he went to tell the technician that I had a nail in my tire so that goes to tell me he didn't even listen to what I needed the technician walked to my vehicle and said he doesn't know how long it would take to get it checked that he would have to take the tire off and all that. Nah duh I know how it works. So after waiting and seeing the owner act like its an inconvenience talking with other customers that walked in and still wasn't helped I walked out.

I didn't purchase my tires from them paid to get them put on never balanced my tires I had to call and tell them. There machine was messed up didn't even tell me so I was able to come back or go with someone else wanted the money with no problem. I had given them my information to call me when the machine was fixed never did I had to call them a different number they was screening my phone number. Make sure you look at the work before you go so you don't have a messed up car.

I had a tire fixed and the tech did not put my wheel cover back on securely so it fell off. I special ordered those a couple of years ago and now I have to try to find them again and hope they will sell me only one. Extremely disappointed!

Friendly service! A bit of a crowd, but the people didn't seem to mind the wait. There were several brands and prices available. They checked tire pressure at request.

Owner scheduled me in for repairs. I took time off of work to be there. Then he talked his way out of the repair. He tried selling me on things I didn't need. It was very apparent that on this Friday afternoon they were just ready to get off of work. I would not recommend going here. As for myself and my family we will never return.Next day I had another job do the work along with other work and there were no issues. Truck is back to 100% no thanks to Catawba Tire.

Had a screw in my tire, stopped in here. Was told I needed a new tire because the screw was considered in my sidewall. They didn't have my brand tire in stock, so they ordered it and had it there next day. Good service!

This place is extremely unprofessional and bad for business. I took my car in to have new tires installed. They broke my lug nuts and didn't get the tires changed and did nothing about it. They just handed me the keys and advised me to find someone else to fix there mistake. I wouldn't take my lawnmower to them for a tire change!!!!!! No integrity at all :(
