The manager at this store is very rude n nasty towards customers. She should not be in the position she is in. I have gone in this store many times. But won't go back again.ill go to the store on hey 200 they have. A great staff n they are much more friendly with there customers

Very unprofessional on airport rd. Tried saying I purchased it at the other store across toe. Advance is advance should be able to take it to any on I want too. Jason was very unprofessional had attitude didn t know his job apparently. Still got my battery and called corporate. I will never go there again

I give 1 star because I can't leave it blank due to an employee, Destinee. Apparently she made a trip to our house to know what parts were needed for my son's truck better than we did. The list she was given apparently wasn't needed. My son had to make another trip and return her suggestions because what she sold him wasn't for his truck. Now my son was at fault too for listening to a girl about part and I can say that being a woman myself. When an employee is handed a list, they need to go by it especially when we were trying to teach our teenager how to get parts on his own. If you go here, don't allow her to "help" you.

Employees ignored me. No one approached me to see if I needed help. There wasn't anyone working that knew anything about ceramic polish or wax. Disappointed.

Great place to buy parts. Bill is very knowledgeable. Another guy helped me yesterday I didn't get his name but he was also very knowledgeable. Thanks Got to add to my review. I don't know what is going on at the Advance stores in Lancaster but if Bill ain't working at the Great Falls store the people at the stores don't have a clue. I saw four people try to check a alternator the other day .

Was is store approximately 10 minutes no one at counter found what I come for no cashier put merchandise back and walked out won't go back to that store went to another of your stores today bought a lot. More merchandise was greeted walking in the door counter clerk help me solve multiple problems.

They help me get the peace for my car. I drove it there and took in my paper about the car in so know what to look for. They helped, they got me the cheapest one without me having to ask to do so and he got it ordered and I was on my way

AMAZING SERVICE! Had car trouble, pulled in, Mark asked questions, plugged his handheld into the computer in my car. Problem solved! This is the second time I ve been here and both times my problem was diagnosed and fixed.Obviously customer service is their #1 priority.HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDWill NOT go anywhere else.I appreciate the professionalism and time they take to listen, react, and resolve your problems.

This place is less than desireable, called and asked employee if they had a certain part, the salesman replied yes, drove 15 miles to find out they didnt have it but could order. Not acceptable

Super helpful associates, Kenny and Kolby, who helped guide me with the part I needed. Didn't try to encourage me to buy parts I didn't need. I felt confident in their recommendations.

They gave me the wrong axel for a 2001 acura t1 3 times. (Got it from auto zone) Then I went for front wheel studs and lugs, right studs wrong lugs almost cross threaded them too. Horrible waiste of time and man power.

POOR ASS STORE I WILL NEVER GO BACK I BOUGHT A BATTER NOVEMBER 2015 YESTER DAY HAD IT JUMPED OFF 7 TIMES THIS MORNING JUMPED OFF AGAIN WENT BY STORE AND THEY WOULD NOT MAKE IT GOOD THAT BATTER WAS 200.00 WITH DISCOUNT WENT TO O"REILLYS AND GOT ONE WITH DISCOUNT FOR 101.00
