Highly recommend these guys. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Always kind and welcoming. My car stays in great shape. And to boot, in between oil changes, they will do a quick check on the fluids and fill if needed. They've also given me extra perks like changing light bulbs.

The reception area is clean and cool. No need for an oil change according to Robert. I did get tire rotation, nothing was top off. Very fast service 15 minutes. And I was escorted to my vehicleby Robert, he was a pleasant and knowledgeable person. Thank you

This is the only place I take my vehicles. Their customer service is second to none. Be sure to ask for their manager Dan he's awesome he'll help you with anything you need

Had an issue with emails that I was receiving stating that I was entitled to a savings coupon. Anyway, Mr Shake personally contacted me and explained the situation. Perfectly satisfied. A review was done somehow about my visit with my name. I DID NOT post that review. I was very pleased and the question I had was concerning the coupon. Have been there before and will go back.

Expectations were exceeded. I went for a general oil change and got so much more! They informed me of some small issues I wasn't aware of. They were efficient and fast! Great customer service! Thank you! I've been to quite a few JL too and this was by far the best experience!

It was absolutely great. I need my car maintenance and I have a flight to catch too. They were able to perform the oil change as quickly as possible for me to make it to my flight. Definitely amazing service!

This is the only place that I get an oil change from. No problem there. This time though, they reset my odometer for some reason. That voids any chance of me being able to trade the vehicle in if I wanted to.

Had my sister's vehicle for about 2 weeks and ruined the transmission by over filling it with transmission fluid. Prior to this experience, I had taken other vehicles their and the service was excellent. This time, it was unprofessional and totally unexceptable. The vehicle was in far worse condition when I picked it up than it was when I had towed there. It seems to be a different manager and mechanic than I had dealt with in the past. Will never return there for anything.

David Shake is superb and highly professional who truly knows how to ensure the customers' vehicles will be taken care of and keep them road worthy. He zeroed in and found the issue with my car. As long as David Shake is at Lake City SC Jiffy lube, my car will be happy. His staff/employees are well-trained, courteous, hard workers. The manager contacted me and addressed the issue. Told me I d be refunded. And he would contact me. Was never refunded nor contacted. The mechanics also don t listen to anything you have to say. Very arrogant. Do not use this placeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I go to Jiffy lube to get my oil change. I then get bombarded with all these requests for extraneous and possibly questionable services, noting that the attendant added at the end that they were only suggestions. I am 74 and I have never heard of changing out your brake fluid because of water contamination.
