My husband and I stopped in today to get the battery in his F150 checked. The gentleman who helped us was really nice and informative. I didn't get to peruse the store as much as normal. But the selection seemed decent.

meh, not like it used to be. they will not touch a battery or light bulb anymore and everything costs more... o'reileys has better customer service imo

I got my battery changed today qt autozone and the people were so nice. The manager James was so professional and so nice. Melanie was so informative and sweet I will definitely be returning!

Came into autozone today and had Melanie rung me up for a battery she was so sweet. James came out and put my battery in my car. He did an amazing job. I love this autozone so much. This will be my go to part store now.

It was raining tonight and I stopped to get replacement wiper blades. Bailee greeted me with a big smile and a great attitude. She helped me install them in the rain. I will definitely be back to shop with her.

Bailey did an amazing job and helping out her customer service is top-tier! If you re like me and have a lot of vehicles and experience issues and you need somewhere to go to where are the professionals, there know what they re talking about go to AutoZone on Ladson Road and ask for Bailey!

I needed a battery and because of a recent injury needed it installed. Despite the pouring rain the young lady installed it. Wish I had got her name because her customer service is awesome.

I ended up having to go into AutoZone on 2 separate occasions today. Once this morning for something simple and then again this evening to have a battery tested and then replaced. Both times everyone was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me as soon as I entered, They took their time helping and I never felt like inconvenience to them which says a lot. There was also a new employee there this evening that was very eager to learn and shadow her coworker. Nice to see someone who actually wants to work and do well these days.

The worst experience with csm hunter since I ve had ever coming to this store. Three people standing around talking and no greeting when entering the store. I stood at the counter for about two minutes before being acknowledged. I initiated the greeting by asking hunter how his day was when he finally decided to help me and his response was tired and when I ask where to find my light bulb and I returned to the counter it took another csm to finally check me out after watching me wait 3 minutes waiting on hunter to change out a battery in a key fob

My wife had to get a jump at work so being close I sent her there to get a diagnostic. They told her because it was thundering they couldn t and they would have to pay $6000 out of pocket if they got their equipment damaged. Really??? I worked in a garage and built police cars. Diagnostic is a hand held that plugs into the ODB inside the car! Lazy!!!!!!!1 mile away Advanced took care of her in minutes.

Sunday February 6th around 1:15pm the older gentlemen believe it was the manager was definitely in charge of the younger men.......Unfortunately the Manager was acting like one of those people on are planet that likes to dress up in white sheets and burn crosses because he makes it crystal clear that if your a certain color or age. He seeks to make you one of the enemy's of the entire company & store so your not treated with any respect at all!!!!

Most of the time the staff are great. This day I had a guy show me the products I was looking for. He asked me a question but his voice was soft and I have hearing problems and when I asked him what he said he repeated himself but did not speak loud enough for me to hear. Young people, especially, need to be aware of older citizens wearing hearing aids to speak up a little louder.

I stopped by to replace a failing battery. Hunter was amazing and stayed outside with me for nearly an hour to get the stuck terminal off the corroded old battery and installed the new battery. Thank you!

Very helpful staff at this location helped me realize I didn't need something from AutoZone I needed to go to a mechanic not every day someone will sell you on not using their services I appreciate that

Train your staff on how to use the testing equipment. I was told my battery is good and after some testing on my own turns out the battery was no good. So i took my business somewhere that spent the time with me to troubleshoot my issue.

I was having a horrible morning because I spent 20 mins trying to get into my car with the alarm going off because of my key fob battery. Hunter and Brandon went above and beyond to help me because I couldn't figure out how to open the key fob for the life of me Long story short Hunter and Brandon you guys are the real MVP's thank you for helping turn my morning around!

The guy behind the counter had no idea what an engine air filter was. He was trying sell me a fuel filter and telling me the fuel filter were out of stock. I left. Won't be back to this location!!!!!

Went in to buy a wiper blade and there is no sizing reference book at the blade section. Just a QR code that doesn't load because there's like 1 bar on the cell phone. Why do businesses make it hard to get things done? Also only 2 types of washer fluid to select from. Not what I expect from auto zone.

Battery died in the Krispy Kreme next door and the manager came over, jumped me off, switched out the battery and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Awesome service and everybody was super helpful!

So my wife is trying to get to the spinx.. She going through the parking lot next to Auto Zone. Couple guys from the store come screaming Oh know you don t! We re close! Trying to block spots and guide out . We re not interested in going to your store closed or open. Have some respect for the people who ve been in this community way before you.

I hate going in any car store or shop but omg best experience ever i was greeted as soon as i walked in by a very nice lady and she was super friendly and very helpful i even tipped her great way to open a new location

270 for a battery and they wouldn't install it. Went to ORiley and they did it all for 120. Price checking is key.
