The gentleman who helped me on the phone today who was not Chris (sorry I didnt catch your name, but Chris, you were also nice for the two seconds I spoke with you ) was AMAZING! He helped me and my friend Ross find a difficult to track down part for his Volvo so he could participate in his racing weekend. Thank you so much for your time and patience and multiple phone calls. You truly are an angel!

My last 4 purchases at the Oriellys in Kershaw, SC resulted in the price at the register being higher than the price listed on the shelf. When I asked about this issue, Kasey, the store employee got short with me. I'm not trying to be difficult, but it appears that there is a systematic problem here at this store. If the customer does not catch the overcharge, then it goes unnoticed. I don't want to have to double check everything I buy here to make sure I'm not being overcharged. Very bad look for this store.

There's a decent selection but not what I would prefer for many of mu vehicles and most of the employees aren't knowledgeable in any type of vehicle without typing on the computer for minutes at a time and many ums.
