Not even 2 months of owning the vehicle and the exhaust manifold has to be replaced $312.64 began hearing a ticking sound and it was rusted out and noticed an oil leak and was told by the shop that there is a rear main seal leak and was quoted $950 to replace. Also shop It looks like the exhaust manifold has been tampered with . December 22nd update ignition coil is being replaced another $130

Amazing customer service! He was so patient with us while we set up our own financing and didn t sell the truck out from under us like a lot of dealers will do. We also felt no pressure or hassle and we got a quality truck for a great price. Highly recommend!!

Madden Motors is the way to go for small business used cars. Brent is the man! Also gave a courtesy 20$ gas pump with my purchase. I drove over 300 miles to get purchase my vehicle from him. Brent is a genuine one man army. Very fair and competitive with his pricing versus the overall market. I decided to come see his cars and his reviews lives up to his standards. If you re in the market for a used car, stop by Madden motors, just don t be crazy as me driving hundreds of miles for a car unless it s one hell of a deal like Madden provided me!

I recommend any and everyone to stop by and check out the inventory. Easiest transaction ever!! They have a great selection of vehicles! I didn't have to drive all over SC to find what I was looking for!! The owner is Awesome ! And the prices can't be beat! I'm looking forward to purchasing again from this dealership

I could not be happier with my experience with Brent and Madden Motors. The truck I bought was fairly priced, and the service I received was top notch. Some people say they care about their name and reputation, but then there are others like Madden Motors who show you. Brent went above and beyond what I expected to help me get into the truck I wanted, and I am very appreciative of his help with everything.(I think it also says a lot about their pricing and vehicles and reputation when you see people driving from other states to buy vehicles from them. When I was there, a person had driven all the way from Florida to pick up a particular vehicle and was in the process of trailering it up while I was there).I have recommended Madden Motors to friends and family, and would definitely look to buy from there again as I found them to be honest, honorable, and very helpful. 5 stars from me.

We walked in to test drive a truck. Brent gave us the keys and gave us cash to get gas no questions asked .This is the place to go for the best service and sales ever. Everything on his lot looked really nice and we love our new truck that we purchased we will definitely be back.

It's night and day. I tried to buy a car here in North Augusta South Carolina [Buchanan Auto Sales] and they told me I could only test drive after I looked at the car and we talked. Madden got me in the driver seat. Great cars and trucks at fair prices. Worth traveling.

Brent over at Madden Motors provides an awesome service! The used cars he sells are in great condition. I really like my Toyota Camry. It runs and rides great and I haven't had any problems with it. I highly recommend Madden Motors.

I reached out to Brent on a Wednesday inquiring about a vehicle. He said he would call me back Thursday morning. Friday rolled around with no phone call, I called Friday around lunch and left a voicemail. Waited through the weekend and called again and left another voicemail with no response. Sent them a message through Facebook and the reply was they were on vacation and will be back Tuesday, so I responded with a thank you and later followed up inquiring about the same vehicle without response. Today is Thursday a week later and I ve called again without response. I m not sure what is going on or maybe it s the fact that I live out of town but this guy will not respond to my calls or messages inquiring about a vehicle he has for sale.

Brent at Madden Motors is a straight shooter that doesn't press you for a purchase. I looked at a Toyota 4Runner I was interested in on my own without anyone standing over my shoulder making me feel uncomfortable. After I test drove it I came back in the office and he answered all questions that I had. He showed me the documented history of the vehicle that was available. There wasn't any usual back and forth haggling on a price. Again, no pressure here either. We agreed on a price and I bought it. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him, and do recommend others to check out and consider him too.

Bought a work truck today from madden motorsI have never seen such a clean truck even the motor and the underbody. When I got done he told me to go to this shell gas station and put $20 in the tank on him! He was an hour away but very easy to buy from and trust (for now anyway). Thanks you so much!!

This guy is unreal. With all of these scummy car dealers out here, this place is such a breath of fresh air. He's a man of his word. Not looking to just make a quick penny off of his customer. He is putting out quality vehicles!!!! Definitely check him out!
