Great experience with Saltwater Rides. Budget friendly. Helpful delivery and pickup. The golf cart was in excellent shape. It really added a lot of fun to the weekend riding around the island, to the Marina, grocery store, lugging gear to the beach access, etc. We ended up wanting to keep it one more day and the team was very helpful and gave us a great deal to extend the rental. Were planning on using them again next time. Would highly recommend.

Saltwater Rides is truly 5 star!! I will rent from them every time we go to Charleston. Top notch in customer service and that is a huge compliment coming from me. I work for a large telecommunications company and have had a 34 year career. Our company survives by providing great service so I am always aware of companies that take pride in their products and customer service. This company stood out.Please let me share our experience. My husband took me to Charleston for my birthday (we live in ATL). We met his brother and his wife to spend some family time together. I had asked to ride bikes in Wild Dunes because we always do that and I love the beautiful homes and scenery. When we got to the hotel and his brother arrived (they live in SC), we told him we planned to ride bikes. His brother has cancer and is undergoing treatment and also had back surgery recently. He said he just didn t think he was able to ride bikes, but didn t want us to miss out on the activity but we didn t want him to miss out or have to stay behind at the hotel due to his illness. My husband reached out to Saltwater to see if we could rent a golf cart for a few hours so his brother could ride along with us and enjoy the bike trip with us via the golf cart.The owner called us and accommodated our request and gave us a VERY GOOD rate due to our circumstances. He was compassionate and had the cart there in a few hours. It was a super nice cart that was new, clean, and very comfortable. He checked on us via text to make sure all was going well. We had a great day together thanks to having access to the golf cart. It made our trip so special because we spent time together and saw deer, alligators, and pretty homes TOGETHER because our sick family member had a means to get around with us while we rode the bikes. It was a great day and this company made it possible. Thank you for being so kind. We recommend your company and hope to rent from you again in a few months when we return

Our family has been coming to IOP for 14 years and this is the first time we didn t rent an ocean front property. To not disappoint the experience, I decided to rent a golf cart. Luckily the rental place recommended by our leasing company, didn t have any available, since it allowed me to stumble into Saltwaterrides website. We were very pleased with the service, price and quality of the golf cart. Mike and his family were prompt, friendly and affordable. We rented a 6 passenger golf cart that was clean, looked like new and worked perfectly. This is one of the best decisions I ve made in all of our years coming to IOP, and we are certainly looking forward to renting again.

Saltwater Rides really helped us out with a last minute rental and made our Isle of Palms trip amazing. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly easy to use. The golf cart was in great shape and was extremely easy to use around the island. Highly, highly recommend!

We planned a last minute vacation to IOP and rented a 6 person LSV from Saltwater Rides. I called several places and decided on Saltwater Rides as Mike was extremely helpful from the start. Not only did he respond promptly to my many questions (and I had a lot), he gave me some advice on places to eat with my family and some general tips about IOP. I would recommend Saltwater Rides without hesitation and if ever in the area again, I would no doubt rent from them again. Very impressive company with excellent customer service! The LSV was perfect for our trip and the whole family loved it! Mike was so great to deal with and super accommodating with our drop off and pick up times! I'll definitely be a repeat customer when I'm back again!

We rented a 6 person LSV cart to travel around IOP and could not be more happier with the service, communication, rate, delivery, and friendliness of this company! The cart comfortably fit us all with storage compartments and quick to charge. It was so much fun to park the car and use the golf cart the week that we were there. Highly recommend and we will definitely book with them again next year! Look no more and book with Saltwater Rides! You won t be disappointed . Absolutely the best golf cart rental on the island. A family run business that genuinely cares. Our 3 grand children couldn t wait to go on there rides around the island every day.I highly recommend this for many reasons but especially if you have kids or grandkids!! They will love the adventure.Thank you Saltwater Rides for taking such good care of us you are our number 1 vote!!!We will definitely rent from you again.The best in town

Communication with this company is spot on! They are super generous as well! They dropped off our golf cart earlier than anticipated since we were already in our rental and let us keep it longer since we weren t checking out just yet. They sent maps to help us know where we could park the golf cart at the beach as well. The golf cart was super nice and clean and we had the best time riding around and exploring. Would 100% use them again!

Saltwater rides was definitely the right choice for us. The cart was nicer than several other companies units we saw after renting. They even dropped the cart the night before they were supposed to so we got to use it the whole day following. That was a nice surprise! I would highly recommend them. Nice people to deal with and good experience!

We rented the luxury golf cart which fit six people and everything about it was fantastic: the battery lasted forever, the seats were super comfortable, reached speeds of 23 or 24 miles an hour and basically stopped using our car for the entire week. I would recommend Saltwater rides without reservation!

Locals from James island here, couldn t say enough about saltwater rides on our family vacation to the Isle of Palms. They were very flexible with our schedule and the cart was waiting for us when we got there. Cart was immaculate, fully charged and in perfect shape, probably better than described. Highly recommend saltwater rides!!! This was our first visit to the Isle of Palms. Not only did they work with us since we were unaware till we arrived that golf carts were even a thing, but they personally delivered to our condo that day and were extremely affordable. They were very informative about where all we were able to legally drive and even beach recommendations. Then we decided to stay an extra night and it was no problem at all. They came to pick it up the day we left. It was such a hassle free experience. We will definitely be using them when we go back next year!

The folks at Saltwater Rides were WONDERFUL to work with when pla Ning our vacation. I booked everything online, they followed up with me via text (which was super convenient for me), and they truly went above and beyond to help us have the best time with their golf carts. Our first time to IOP - Mike was great all around. He was very accommodating, helpful and personable. He not only gave dining recommendations, but helped provide direction when we were looking for transportation to the airport!! The cart was new and in fantastic condition. Great cart! Great service! So glad we rented thru Saltwater Rides. The carts were in excellent condition and were so much better than the gas powered carts we rented from other companies in the past.

Great experience. Mike was great to work with. Saw many carts while at IOP and felt like ours was the best. Delivery was easy, price was right, communication and service were exceptional. If you are vacationing in IOP a cart is a must and Mike is your guy. Thanks.
