The roll sausage is FROZEN and put in fresh bin to thaw out. It cannot be REFROZEN when taken home. I bought 3 lbs FRESH strawberries on 10/24/23. Today, 10/25/23 they have shrunk, are slimy, appear to have been FROZEN also. I had to throw them out.

Im super dissapoinment i been 2 times in a different day because i only can purchase that very important eye allergy medicine at walmart that blond lady employee incharge always in the morning in the medicine area she is doing re-stocking items i ask her if she's incharge this area because i need the items i really need it because needs a key for i can have that items shes very rude and very lazy employee 2 times in different day same person always her excause is i dont have a key to open that items and she never explain and never say sorry what a rude a lazy are you ,i hope i never see you at walmat anymore you are not desserve to work if you dont care to the good regular customer im very very dissapointment .Walmart management you need to improve your employee to be good in customer service.

They never answer your calls and their door greeter Antonio is so rude to certain customers. I called on two different occasions because I was missing a bag and a second time to speak with management about Antonio and to no avail I got no answer. I wanted to follow the proper chain of command but I ll just contact corporate.

I went there the other night looking for carpet shampoo solution. The associate by the name of Angela B. was very helpful in recommending a great product to use. She deserves a raise. She was very pleasant.

Ballentine location is Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde different than Harbison location!! Will NEVER go back to shopping Harbison Blvd location even though only 1/2 mile from my apt. Ballentine had plenty of associates working throughout the store, stocking shelves & assisting customers. I found ZERO empty shelves, and only waited 5 minutes at checkout ~ 5 minutes!! Multiple cashier lines working, plenty of self checkout too. A few specialty items weren't options, example: I prefer buying mini canned biscuits (only 5 biscuits in can) since only cooking for me, but everything else so wonderful I didn't care!!Update, July 2, 2022Cars were backed up at turn into Walmart literally 3 miles long ~ guess the word is out for everyone around Harbison that it's worth the 10 min drive (even worth the gas at $4.50/gallon!!). Needless to say, it was crowded but not in any way a deterrent since almost all the customers appeared in good spirits & were being kind to strangers! Multiple adults & a few kids even stayed an extra few minutes loving on my Medical Alert Service dog Penny, and asking questions about her & what she does for me, what the ADA law actually is/how it works! I was able to get a great parking spot right next to the handicap spaces, so didn't even need my placard. There were plenty of self checkout machines open, and several regular ones with courteous employees. I only waited in line about 6-7 minutes!!

I was in line at the register for about 15 minutes. As I place my items on the belt. The cashier says she's closed. How are you closed when I was in line when the register was open and the light was on. I would not be as aggravated if the light was off when I walked up, but for 15 minutes the light was on.

I was not happy with my experience today. In the Electronics Department, we were ignored (employees continued to talk to each other while we stood and waited), and outright dismissed (were told by an employee that she had to do something else and would be back to help in a few minutes).That's not supposed to be the way it works. Customers come first. If a customer wants help, the employee should put their work on hold and help the customer. Needless to say, when that employee walked away, we left that department. I'll order online, and won't be buying from Walmart.Come on Walmart, you can train your employees better than that.The final insult was having to deal with an extremely unpleasant cashier.

Walmart is a horrible store with awful customer service. I hate shopping here, which is why I am willing to spend extra money and go to Publix instead for groceries and avoid this place if I can. However, I went in this afternoon to grab what I thought was a simple $30 sound machine, which was for some reason locked up. I had to talk to around 10 employees, most of whom had no idea how to help, were too lazy to assist me, or some combination of both. I was told that there was only one manager in the whole store with a key that was capable of unlocking this cabinet (which was a lie) and this manager was on break, so I d have to wait at least an hour. Absolutely ludicrous. I was bounced around all over the store, just trying to find someone to help. The only person who was kind enough to help and actually made an effort was an employee from self checkout, and I really appreciate her help. However, everyone else was absolutely horrible to interact with and this whole debacle ended up taking over 30 minutes before I could find someone who could actually unlock the stupid cabinet, just to get a simple $30 sound machine, mind you. This should have been a simple and quick purchase and instead was an infuriating and lengthy experience. In hindsight, I should have just left without the sound machine and taken my business elsewhere. I will remember to avoid this place at all costs.

Nique in customer service wouldn t except our exchange for a damaged gaming monitor that had just been purchased at the Harbison Walmart. She said we had to take it back to the Walmart it was purchased at. Well thank you Nique for the inconvenience to drive all the way back there. They told us that it isn t true, in fact it doesn t matter which location you purchase at any Walmart is to except returns/exchanges. Do better Nique!! Then when we came back and I asked her for her name she wouldn t even speak to me, all she did was hold her name tag up. Very professional!

Sure would be nice if I could enter the store without some charity bothering me. If you are going to let charities hassle customers please tell the religious ones to keep their begging in their churches and not at a business that has to pay taxes on for-prophet business.

I love it, even though sometimes it a little rough try 2 exit, being so busy. But the staff usually are very helpful. Plus so many Xtra shops nextdoor, u can usually get just about all u need in that little 3 block radius. From my favorite joint which is right across the Street from KFC And a LJSLong John Silvers. Of course food lion, home Depot, dollar store, Arby's , Chick-fil-A and another one of my favorites Wasibi Jr. But if you still not interested in any of those, trust me they're plenty more ahops2 choose from.

This is one of the worst Walmart s around. I do shop here often due to convenience/location but I always leave frustrated. They never seem to stock the shelves and are out of most of my regular basic items. I have spoken to management on numerous occasions and they are aware of the issues...with that said, it never seems to improve.Their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you need help finding something you re better off asking a fellow shopper. Their employees are so rude and seem to simply not care at all about their jobs.

We really liked this Walmart, My wife and myself, we visited this store today, Wow it is a large store. Very clean and in order, Thanks to the manager for doing a good job. Was easy to find someone to help you and they were very friendly and helpful, didn't mind going on a little walk with you to show you where what you needed was located, Thanks Walmart for a Pleasant Visit, we will be back.

The 2 black girls in self checkout haf nasty attitudes, the girl are register 5 name Wynter had a nasty attitude. If you don't like your job find another one. Its sad to be in a place where you need help and get eyes rolled at you. But everyone else there that was white. When i asked them a question knew were things was amd was very polite. And i appreciate that. Thank you. I don't know whats wrong with people these days. Find a new job if your not happy.

Customer service would not let me return a pair of ear buds I purchased from different location earlier the same day even tho I had my receipt and wanted to exchange. It was a big hassle but when I stopped by a different location they returned it and gave me cash back.If you need to go to customer service I recommend a different location.

Its Walmart, so you don't expect great customer service or anything spectacular. This Walmart is safe, clean, and the staff are normally really friendly.

I love the people that work at this location. I have never had an issue with customer service here. The store is clean for the most part. The only thing I would recommend better cleaning is at the meat section and at checkout on the conveyor belts.

This is my favorite Wal-Mart! I typically do pick up here and orders are almost always brought out in a timely manner. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Inside the store is clean and very well managed. The employees inside are very helpful and friendly also.

After an hour waiting for assistance on an on-line order pick up, 2 employees did try to help me, but it is highly Unlikely I will order and pick up from this store again.And the boxed TV I was given (1 of 2 ready to pick up) has a hole in it. I won't know if the TV is damaged until it is unpacked.

Worst ever! Order online for pickup only to sit in a numbered spot for an hour. Called the number on the sign, straight to VM. Wife Checked in on the app with my spot number. After 45 minutes, I called the main store number to be told they didn't deliver because GPS showed I wasn't here (cuz wife was home). Of course I said then why does the app let me give you a spot number? Not to mention, if you are actually in the store, you can't get help or move around the aisle because all of their employees are shopping for online orders and they have one guy working loading. This walmart is not staffed for this "feature".

Decent store but sales associates need to do better with helping customers. Sent my son to store twice and one time was ignored in electronics and the other time my 16yr wasn t allowed to by me 1 pack of benydral tablets.
