Nicole and Brian are the best in the industry as far as i am concerned. They both went out of their way to assist me in finding a temporary place to put my belongings while in transits to the Carolinas. would highly recommend them and this facility.

Online experience was pretty simple and straight forward. Had my unit # and gate code in minutes after completing the information. There are two additional steps that require you to sign the documents and provide COI. The units has good access and pretty wide drive throughs which is nice.

Booking a unit was a very smooth process. Really love that I booked at a time where I got half off my unit for 2 months. For the size unit I got it was $100 cheaper than Extra Space Storage. I also love that I got a unit that was by the door so I could drive up and have no issue moving my stuff in. Would definitely recommend this place

Nicole made it seamless to get us into the units while my company was in search of a warehouse.When it came time to move from the storage units to the warehouse, Brian Bradford was helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to work with my company on a few things, and made us feel truly like a valued customer.Great People!

Nicole and Donna are the best. Great customer service and professionalism. They go above to help you in any way they can and try their best to make sure your belongings are safe and a clean environment. Security cameras on site... I highly recommend!!!

Donna & Nicole were just amazing! After reserving online, Nicole followed up with a friendly call to confirm the details. They were both helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when I went in person to rent my unit. They are all-star employees!!!

I spoke to Nicole over the phone and she provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on the rental. Since I have never rented a unit she told me about the sizes and differences for inside and outside units. The need for a lock and insurance.The unit itself was very clean and easy to access.

We are moving to Irmo in the next few weeks and seen the amazing reviews for this place . Needless to say we were impressed. I spoke to Nicole and she was very professional and polite ! Told us everything we needed and more ! Most definitely will be recommending this place to others

Donna has been so helpful, and friendly, with helping me get a storage unit with you guys. I've been trying to get one for some time, but there weren't any available. She was great at keeping me in mind and communicating with me as options became available, and then very helpful with helping me assume rental of a unit over the phone since I was not able to physically come in and sign paperwork.

My family sold our home and needed a storage building asap. I contacted multiple places. Storage sense came through. I explained our situation. When I say this I mean the owner clean out his building for me. I could not have been more surprised. I have had nothing but good experiences since that day.

I will recommend this facility to other friends and family who plan to move into this area. Although the facility is very convenient...I base 90% of my recommendation due to Nicole.
