They might do decent mechanic work, but unfortunately customer service is not their strong suit. A friend recommended this shop, having the same issue we are currently experiencing. The woman at the front desk, who let me know she was the owner, was incredibly rude. This was our first and last experience with Slack Automotive.

The mechanics are super nice and knowledgeable here. Unfortunately the front desk personnel is the complete opposite. Not sure where the old front desk worker went but she should come back and retrain this one.

I am so grateful we found Slacks Automotive when we moved here 4 years ago. Car problems are so stressful so Slacks has been a life saver. They have fixed our cars multiple times and have done a wonderful job EVERY time. They are knowledgeable, honest and give the best price around. We have our oil changes done here, get new tires, alignments and everything else that breaks down on cars. I Highly recommend Slacks automotive to everyone. Rude, unprofessional, no respect for customers. I made an appointment for a repair and was told to show up at 8 am. When I showed up, a woman, looking angry, stormed over and told me I'd have to leave - she couldn't fit me in today. I explained that she didn't need to "fit me in" - I had an appointment. She said she didn't have time to do it and demanded I leave and make another appointment. Businesses need to realize that people take time off from work, and get others to get up early or take time off of work as well to give them rides when they are given an appointment time. Not keeping appointments and then rudely driving your customers off like street beggars is NO way to run a business. I will NEVER be back, and I will tell everyone I see to avoid this place.

We were towing a boat on vacation 500 miles from home and broke down not far from Slacks Automotive.. 5 star service 5 star time down, 5 star customer service!I cannot say enough good about these people got us right back on the road quickly efficiently And affordable! So much so we tipped our mechanic $50 :) feel free to pay it forward for service and people like this they appreciate it as much as we appreciate them getting us back on the road! #SlacksAutomotive#1

My son s 2017 Dodge Charger had work done on it that should have been a simple fix but turned into a much bigger problem for us. He came across Slacks auto & THANK GOD! Not only did they fix his car the price they did all the work for was unbelievable!!! We are so happy & grateful for the hard work that was done. I definitely will be telling family & friends to go there if & when they need work done.

I have been bringing every car I ve owned to Slacks for the past 12 years!! Great customer service and you aren t pressured into buying services or repairs you do not need. Excellent service, it is difficult to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, but I have finally found one! Rates are very reasonable and they make you feel welcome, this will be my go to for auto repair.

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years now and always been treated well. Their quotes are accurate and both Miles (the mechanic) and Mallory and Ashley (the front staff) are very nice, helpful people.

Fantastic customer service went for a lawn mower tire eto be installed on rim went to a place down street sat in lobby 20 plus min now ever car out to ask e what I need this place women were super nice and echanics helpful
