Came in weeks ago about my brakes. Come to find out the rotors and brake pads needed changing, so that s what they did. Came back again because I started hearing noise from the rear after they worked on it. On yesterday i was on the way to work and my whole tire came off while the car was in motion! We could have died!! It s damage to my car now. My lug nuts were loose and so were the lug nuts on the passenger side tire also! I called and was told the guy that helped fixed my car (BRAD) is fired. Was told I ll get a call back and never did. My lawyer is aware of this situation.

Had a wonderful time today. Rachel was really nice in helping me. I rely lime the environment there now. It's not so rushed and e everything was explained to me as my car service for the day.

Great experience! This shop was thorough and honest. They could have started throwing parts at the problem but instead the kept test and troubleshooting till they figured out the issue. They saved me lots of money in the process and didn't charge me more for the diagnostic time. Great service in the shop and at the desk. VERY PLEASED!

IBrad walked to the scene of my accident to assess the damage to my car, had the repairs completed within 24 hours, and was very communicative via telephone with me throughout the entire process. Brad went to a different business and purchased a tire to put on for me, and ran around to buy all of the parts for my car, as well, instead of waiting for them to arrive via mail or courier.

Brought my Wrangler in with a check engine code for an oil pressure sensor switch back in August. They ran a test and said the head gasket was bad and that I needed a new engine. Paid $7,000 for the engine with a 3yr/36,000 warranty, or so I was told. After installation of the new engine, I had to bring the Jeep back into their shop four times for them to attempt to fix the original problem with the oil pressure. Even though the engine was under warranty, they then referred me to the dealership because they didn't have the appropriate equipment. The dealership fixed the problem with an oil sensor harness replacement. Did I even need an engine replacement? Additionally, Precision was supposed to reimburse me for the repair since it was under their warranty. That never happened either. Around this time, they also informed me that my warranty was only 1yr/12,000 miles. I obviously wouldn't have moved forward with an engine replacement with that small warranty. They indicated that the previous manager they terminated gave me false information. They have multiple layers of management with only one decision-maker, a GM named Sam who does not respond to text messages or calls. It is now December and no resolution.Update: E-mailed Sam using the e-mail address provided in the review response below and sent a text notification that an e-mail was sent. Still no response.

My visit to Precision Tune Auto Care (Lake Murray Blvd.) was phenomenal! When they opened on a Saturday morning, I called for an urgent repair on my car. I was forced to get my vehicle towed from a location 30+ minutes from my home. Precision Tune was the most convenient location and luckily was open! I called Precision Tune Auto to see if they'd be available for the maintenance of my car. I called and spoke with Brad. He asked what was going on with my vehicle and ensured they could get it looked at today. Before hanging up, Brad recommended towing companies to have my car towed to their shop. The towing company was prompt and personable. Their prices were very reasonable. After Brad and his team viewed my car, they called me with a solution and were able to get it resolved THAT DAY. My car was in the shop by 9:30 am, was diagnosed by 1:00 pm, and completely fixed by 4 pm. GREAT customer service, exceptional knowledge, and primary experience! I will definitely be going back for any car maintenance needs.

I was acknowledged and helped immediately! I wasn't overcharged or bullied into buying something I didn't need. I was educated about my car and some necessary maintenance I needed. All the employees are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The owner Brad has integrity and knows his stuff. I will absolutely come back!

After leaving Myrtle beach bound for Devils fork state park our 5 hour trip was cut short 2 1/2 in as my car began to lose power, unable to go faster then 40 mph we limped the car to precision auto tune. When we called Taylor answered and was nothing short of amazing she has a friendly voice and listened to our situation intently and was ready to help us in anyway their shop could. Upon arrival both Taylor and the owner of the shop greeted us warmly like we were old friends and immediately went to work on my car trying to get us back on the road as fast as possible. The crew at precision is well trained and well maintained the management is impeccable and the staff is nothing short of exceptional. If I didn t live multiple hours away this shop would be handing any and all of my car needs. If you aren t bringing your car to the best auto shop in Irma you are doing something wrong !!!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I took my car concerning a previous issue and the manager (Brad) and his team provided EXCELLENT service. Everyone from the front counter clerk to the shop employees were very courteous and professional. Mr. Brad kept me informed throughout the process and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions. What a great experience and I truly appreciate the service received.

These folks over here really took charge of what was wrong with my electrical system that needed more than just the part that I thought I needed. They were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable of what was wrong. They took all the necessary actions as well as collaborating with my extended warranty service through Carshield making this the most pleasurable experience with an Auto shop I've had in a long time. Special thanks to John, Brad, and Taylor for hospitable professionalism. If there are more folks there, them too. Those were just the folks I talked to. A staff that is unfriendly. I was told I needed a $1700 repair and was charged $230 for that incorrect information. I took the car to another mechanic and he repaired it with a $35 part. Precision auto would not reimburse me any of the $230. I do not even rate them with 1 star!

Hate to give this place even one star because I was ripped off! Charges me $239.50 for a misdiagnoses. Told me my air compressor was bad and if I wanted them to fix it would cost me $1800 ! Got a second opinion cost me a total of $75 it was a bad sensor and my compressor was just fine . Never ever will go back here and highly NOT recommended!

Customer service is excellent. The staff is very professional and polite. Brad welcomed my extended warranty service agreement, was very transparent with my out of pocket and explained in detail the covered vs non covered authorized repairs. I recommend this establishment for all of your automobile needs.

Precision Auto Care was one of the best mechanic shops I have ever used! Brad, John, and Leah (hope I spelled it right) all were so helpful. We had some bumps in the road but they were always very communicative and helped out a lot! Went back after noticing a missing lug nut after getting my oil changed. They said that they did remove the tires to do the complimentary inspection that I, by the way, did not request or know about until I waited for what seemed forever, just for a quick oil change. They found another lug stripped. No one has worked on the truck since they did, so they were responsible. They said that they were going to order 2 lug nuts and they would call me when they got in so they could replace them. I haven't heard from them since and that was a couple of weeks ago.SAD.....I could have been in an accident. The person replacing the tires knew that one lug nut was missing and one was stripped.

The best mechanic place I have ever been to! No hassles, no long wait times, they put NEW parts into you re car and clean it out, truly the best. I ll forever come here to get my car serviced by Brad for as long as I live in this area!! 1,000 stars if I could!! And he works with you finance wise. Everyone should bring their vehicle here, you won t be disappointed!

I agreed to a diagnostic and replace fluid if needed. John called me 30 minutes after I let telling me my car was ready. I went back to pick it up. When I asked what they did, he said they added a pint of transmission fluid. He said it would have been free with an oil change, but charged me $99 for adding 1 pintof fluid. I told him that was way too high and he took $10 off. I said it should be around $20 at the most and he refused to do anything more. Terrible service and he kept trying to sell me more services that I did not need. DO NOTTAKE YOUR CAR THERE AND GET CAUGHT UP IN THEIR WEB OF DECEIPT!Service: Transmission

If you want fantastic and efficient service, head over here to Precision Tune on Lake Murray Blvd.I've had both of my family's vehicles serviced here and the staff is competent and courteous, the repairs were completed the same day, and the price was as good as I've seen anywhere. Brad is outstanding, and very friendly! My passenger side window motor in the door broke, and because it was a weekend, I used Gorilla tape to hold the window up until I could get it repaired. When Brad got it to fix, the glass had so much resin on it from the tape failing to hold the window up, that it wouldn't roll up and down properly, which was all my fault! He took the time, and the resources, to clean the window off until it worked correctly. Then he told me I was past due for my oil change, so entered my car into the bay to do it right away! Very friendly service, I will certainly go back there next time!Service: Auto side window replacement

FUEL PUMP! AMAZING TOP NOTCH HONEST SHOP! My 8yr old daughter and I were stranded while driving back to Florida from SC last week with our car stalling out repeatedly in dangerous situations. These guys looked at my car ALL day attempting to figure it out but we re unable to 100% say for sure it was the fuel pump. They didn t want me to throw away almost $2,000... They charged me NOTHING for that! I called the next day from hotel and told them to just do the fuel pump. They traveled to GA to pick it up 3hrs away each way and still we re able to have it ready to go before 4pm!! If it wasn t for this shop and these honest guys, my daughter and I would not have made it back home. I am SO grateful to have stumbled upon them in our time of need. They didn t take advantage of us and truly wanted to help. Yes it cost me a lot to put the pump in but the car has been great since!! I had a great experience with precision tune auto care. I was greeted by Blake, he was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I got a A/C diagnostic test done. Blake assured me that if he did not see any problems that I would not have to pay for diagnostic test. Thanks Blake!

My A/C went out in August. Ugh. We were trying to find a shop that could fix it and get me in and out. John and the team at Precision found the issue, fixed it, did a recharge, and an oil change in just a few hours. I waited and time flew right on by.
