Dean and the team at this Mavis are great! Stopped by this Mavis store with no appointment. They got me checked in, and got my tires balanced in 15 minutes at a great price. Highly recommend this location! I appreciate yall!

I went into this location this morning to get my car looked at, I was greeted immediately as I walked in by Dean, he was very nice and helpful, I explained the problem with my car and him & Chris fully explained what was going to happen while my car was in the garage, and they even let me go back there and showed me first hand what the problem was. The mechanic I believe his name was Dustin was very nice as well and pointed out my problem and explained how he was going fix it.I will happily be returning to this location and will gladly tell all my friends and family to come here from now on.Thank you Dean & Crew from Clinton

My back left tire was completely flat after being driven over a nail that got stuck in it. It was in a spot where they used a patch kit to fix it. Much cheaper than buying a new tire. I haven't had any issues since then. It was a good price too. $24.99 + Tax.

I went into this location on yesterday to get a new tire, ROB & MIKE were very helpful through the process. they got me a good rate in which I was very appreciative of that, They made me feel very comfortable. Thank you ROB and Mike once again.

This place is beyond expectations! From the front staff, to our amazing mechanic, Jayson, they are just the best hands down! Professional, reasonable prices and aren t after the dollar signs. They really just want safety first and took really good care of us! We definitely won t be going any place else for our car needs! Thank you for the best experience we have ever had!

Had a flat that needed to be patched due to picking up a screw. They got it fixed for me real quick which was nice. Next day the tire was losing air again so I brought it back. They couldn't tell if it was just missed or picked up a new screw in the exact same time but Dean patched that one for me and got back me on the road quick. Great service and guys working there!

All went well, except for when I got there, I was told that I needed to come back some other day, that they couldn't fit me in. It was 4PM and I had a 4:30 appointment! They did it after I said how much this affected me, but still I was not happy about that. Kyle did a fine job with with me watching him while talking to him. He conducted himself very professionally. Dean prepared my order very well too. I am happy with my new set of tires!

Mavis tire in Irmo saved our day! We were towed here and they immediately helped us with replacement of two tires. Bill and Charles went above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Friendly and honest staff, quality work. Highly recommend!

I don t always write reviews but felt the need to do so today. Charles, the assistant manager demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He ensured that I had the best experience possible and my car was taken care of an I only spent a short amount of time there. Thank you again Charles, great work!

Under new management and things have improved. It was good before but even better now IMO. Best part of Mavis is that you get honest tire ratings on their website when you compare tires.

I was in town visiting family and for the first time I had a flat from a failed valve stem on my wheel. They had me in and out in less than half an hour since I brought the wheel in off my vehicle. Everyone there is pleasant and friendly, Zack did a great job and had a great attitude! Thank you to the team at Mavis!

Wonderful experience. They were able to provide me with immediate service, super friendly staff, very affordable and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coming here every time from now on. On an odd note they even have a desk for weirdos like me who need to work every minute possible!

Went in earlier this week to replace a back tire, and in the process they checked my front brakes. They discovered that my front brakes needed replaced, but somehow missed this massive bubble and crack in the tire they pulled off.I drove 150 miles to visit family and I'm lucky I didn't have a blow out on the interstate.

I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO CHARLES!!!! He is absolutely amazing. I was having problems with my brakes on my car. I stopped by Mavis and was immediately met by Charles. He was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. He was able to pinpoint the problem and advised me on what I should do. I can t stop thinking about how wonderful Charles was and I hope he is rewarded for the job he do!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH CHARLES AND MAVIS TIRES FOR ALL YOU DO!!Kim Jones, Happy Customer!!

LOVE these guys! I brought a used car I recently purchased to them to verify if there were any issues. While they didn't find any (though they did let me know the brake pads and rotors' status to keep an eye on for the future), they did note that I might want to switch out the windshield wiper fluid since I was moving to an area with ice. I wanted to pay them to do it but Dean insisted that I take it to one of their nearby auto store partners because that store would do it cheaper. I don't think I've ever had a mechanic tell me before that he wouldn't take my money because someone else would do it for less. Such honesty, especially when it comes to auto repair, is priceless in today's world!

Came here thinking I needed a new brakes and calipers after being told by a different brake shop that it was needed. Spoke with Dean and Jayson and they got me all fixed up and informed me I didn't really need any brake work done. Honest shop! Genuinely are more concerned with safety and necessity rather than selling parts or services

I went to this location for an alignment on my vehicle. I spoke with the manager who informed me that the process would be for them to first conduct an inspection to see if an alignment was actually needed first before proceeding. I knew that the alignment was needed due to my truck just having suspension parts replaced which caused it to pull to the left while driving which is why I went to them since they are near my neighborhood. Long story short, they never came and told me that an alignment was actually needed and that they were going to complete the service. I was just called up and informed that my vehicle was ready and the alignment had been done successfully. I was given my total, I paid and left the business. While driving home I immediately noticed that my truck was still pulling to the left and was doing the exact same thing it was doing prior to me bringing it there. This prompted me to check my dashcam (audio and video recording) and I heard audio of the two technicians discussing that they were not going to perform my alignment service and they also made comments about the custom rims on my vehicle. I also saw video of their computer screen for their alignment machine and it was blatantly clear that the alignment service was not actually completed. The obvious thing to do in this situation was to inform me that they were incapable of performing the alignment for my vehicle, rather than keeping my truck in their bay as if they were doing the service and then CHARGING me for a full service that they never actually did. I confronted the manager and they granted me a refund without any issue, but didn't seem to care about having technicians having this type of integrity in the shop which tells me all I need to know about this location. I STRONGLY recommend that you to stay away from this Mavis location in Irmo, or if you decide to go, you need to watch your vehicle throughout the entire service and ensure that you are not being taken advantage of. I will not be returning.

I had a flat tire and Mavis Tire - Irmo went out of their way to help me! From the initial contact with Mike to the ultimate service from Charles who traveled to another store to get the tire I needed, these guys were wonderful and saved the day for me. I ll be a customer for life because they were friendly, professional, and so very accommodating when I had an emergency and was somewhat in panic mode. Mavis Tire - Irmo, Thank You!!

This afternoon, my boyfriend had called around 3:00pm to see if Mavis had any availability to see if they would be able to put a new tire on, as ours had blown due to a pothole at 10:00pm the night before while he was at work, and we had a donut on. Not only did they answer the phone super nice, but without hesitation they said absolutely and let him know he could take it in at 4:30.To make a long story short, we already go there for oil changes etc. solely based on the customer service and speed at which they work, but the whole experience genuinely meant a lot to us because he had come all the way from Lexington, to Irmo where he works. We have been living hotel to hotel staying wherever is cheapest due to not being able to find affordable housing etc,, and I commute to work in Arthurtown (Cayce area), and he also commutes to his in Irmo, so we desperately needed the tire to be fixed as the donut would absolutely not hold up. Today we had to check into a new hotel and get our 4 year old gathered and everything, so unfortunately despite us trying our best, he was about 15 minutes late and they were getting ready to close up shop. Despite this, they met him only with understanding and kindness, which has been something we've not been experiencing much of late from the world and circumstances. They not only kept telling him it was okay and that they were so willing to do it, and that it wasn't a problem, they did it so super fast (literally less than 10 minutes!!) so he could get to work and so they could get home and did it all with just plain kindness. And despite my boyfriend telling them they didn't need to put the donut back in the trunk because of all of our stuff in there and that he would do it, they still did it to finish the job and so he wouldn't have to, and without judgement once again, they moved our basket of clothes etc. and placed the donut and our belongings back making it seem like it wasn't a big deal.And once again, I know it all seems small or not a big deal, but it meant the world to us and brought us both to tears with just the humanity the showed while maintaining professionalism. Thank you a million times over, especially the technician, Kyle! Once we are able to do so, we plan on bringing them coffee, or a gift basket or something just due to how incredible they are. If we could rate them a million stars out of 5, we would; they're not only kind, professional, and fast, they're also VERY good at what they do, and they know what they're doing!

Had my tires rotated (which they do for FREE). Super quick turnaround! I also watched as some folks came in, and the gents at the desk were SO helpful to them. Told them where to go to get what they needed, and told them to let them know if they weren t taken care of! Top notch customer service!!!

Honest and great service! Came in for break repair because of noise issue. They let me know it was just debris in the pads and just needed to be cleaned. Serviced for free! Will definitely go back!

Had 4 new tires and an alignment done. Kyle took great care of our car and overall it was a very good experience! The guys at the front end are also very helpful and wonderful.
