Down right awesome place! Austin is really nice and gets things taken care of quickly! I have gone here for oil changes but I slip in when my Jeeps headlights go out and he s always willing to help.

I went here to get my oil changed for the first time. They charged me $130 for an oil and filter change in my small SUV. I did not realize how much a basic oil change was until after. I am very disappointed that they took advantage of me.

Worst place. They asked me to get oil filter since they didn t have it. But i had to pay full price of oil change. Store manager cant understand and rude with this answer.

There aren t enough stars for these guys! Today was my first time here. Prior to going, I called the store to ask some questions & to see if an appointment was needed. No appointment needed! Coby answered the phone and not only was he very helpful & informative but he was super friendly & sounded energetic about his job. When I arrived, Coby & Tommy assisted me with my vehicle inspection. Just like Coby, Tommy was very helpful & went above & beyond to offer assistance. I was in & out very quickly. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone! Great customer service & you can tell they truly care! I will definitely be back!

Great Job Righting a Wrong. I use this location for my oil changes and never have a problem. Unfortunately this time when I went to leave for work in the morning I had an oil leak. I brought the car back and the manager Donnie looked to see what the issue was. I had a crack in my oil pan where the plug screws in cause by the employee making the mistake of torquing the screw to tight. It happens. My fear was I was going to get the run around and have to fight to get them to fix it. Just the opposite Donnie told me he has to put in the claim and he would reach back out to me. The leak was small so I was able to use the car. I received a call several hours later that same day from Donnie asking me when I want to bring the car to get new oil pan. I went in the following day. They were busy but knew I was coming and the mechanic who did a great job took my car in immediately and installed a new oil pan. I was extremely impressed with the way this was handled. They stand behind their work if something does go wrong and they fixed the problem immediately. They have a loyal customer now. I read many horror stories about people dealing with the same issue I had and the business does everything they can to not accept responsibility and fix the problem. These guys were awesome. I love going here, the staff respect me and don't treat me like a woman and try to snooker or upsell me on things I don't need. One of the few places in town that uses a pit instead of a rack for oil changes, so I feel better about them working on my car. This is probably the best Jiffy Lube I've been to. Huge props to Antonio and Charles - they did an amazing job and was able to do work 5x cheaper than other local places were quoting.Definitely go here if you dont want to get ripped off.

I talked with Tommy primarily but all of the folks at this Jiffy Lube are very nice. They quickly diagnosed my issue (hole in oil pan), sourced a new oil pan and replaced it as soon as they had it in their hands. It is not a quick repair, but they had me back up and running as fast as possible. Great customer service and they know what they are doing. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use them regularly!

I went into the Jiffy Lube in Irmo SC based on their reviews. My vehicle was leaking power steering fluid and I took it in to get checked. George (the mechanic) checked it out, and found that it was from a loose fitting in the system. He tightened up the fitting and noticed I had an oil leak. He then told me what part to get from the dealer (gasket) and come back when I had it. Went back to have the gasket replaced, and it was done in a very timely manner. Staff there was friendly and personable, and George really knows his stuff when it comes to mechanics. Price for the labor was very fair, and they even offer military discount. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube and George the mechanic for all your vehicle repair needs, as they do it right and also quickly. Very professional and friendly people, and very good service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The only local place I go to for oil changes and regular maintenance. The crew is always polite, professional, and friendly. On my latest trip, I was the only customer at the moment, and everyone on shift worked on my car and had me on the road again in 10 minutes. Tommy even managed to fix a faulty tire pressure warning light that even the dealership hasn't managed (twice) to turn off. I went in to get my tires checked. I had light bulbs to replace and asked if they did this work. They said yes, and was glad to install my new lights. They also checked my fluids. The experience, was honestly, one of the best that I have ever had dealing with a car repair/oil change place. I will definitely be back. OHHHH and the guys were professional and polite. This Jiffy Lube is ALWAYS QUICK! The people there are very professional and make you aware of everything about your car. The prices are unbeatable and their services are always quick. Since I ve been going to them I haven t been anywhere else to get my car serviced. If you need quality and quick service for great prices with wonderful people this is the place. Excellent service - prompt and professional. I like that they advise me of additional services that may be beneficial to my vehicle without being pushy and insistent. Staff are respectful, helpful, and possess excellent customer skills (which are sorely lacking in many other businesses these days). Put on back burner. Only one in line for empty bay for quick oil change. Two bays with larger jobs. Told 30 minutes. 1 hr wait and still waiting. Customer service is awful. Two people have come in after me, gave up and left

Absolutely stellar service! Spencer at the counter and Jackie were friendly, kind, and professional. We have been going to this Jiffy Lube for almost 4 years now and the level of service always exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend if you are looking for dependable service in the area. This particular location also offers a lot more services than just an oil change. Thanks gentleman for the consistently awesome experiences!

They were very friendly and fast! I felt that it was a little pricey at first but once I saw all of the inspections and extra mile tasks they did, it seemed more fair. They vacuumed, cleaned, inspected, and did way more than just an oil change. The best part is they didn't try squeezing more money out by making something up that didn't really need work. Highly recommend this location!

Antonio talked me through everything. I asked about synthetic versus conventional oil, he said I could get away with conventional for a bit which was a huge help, since I m strapped for cash. Also answered all my other questions (I had a few) and helped me out on the cost, finding ways to lower the price and keep me safe on the road. Good person, excellent service. I m using this shop from now on!

I expected better based on my prior experiences with other locations.Two of the three services I asked for couldn't be completed due to claimed equipment issues. Meanwhile, complimentary services like the vacuum and window wash did not appear to be done despite claiming to have completed such. No big deal if it's not done, but at least be honest about it.Otherwise they were fairly quick and courteous, promptly greeting me as I pulled in. The oil change was completed in approximately 25 minutes, which is always great.
