I went here to see what it would cost to have a clutch replaced on a vehicle I purchased here when they first opened. I was told right off the bat labor would be at least $X,xxx.oo and that didn't include parts. I wasn't looking for any favors just thought since they were the ones that redid this vehicle they would have more knowledge on it. I guess I was wrong.

Jack was awesome and kept me posted on everything. I have Car Shield and they accept the coverage. I needed my differential replaced. It was supposed to be over $3000, but after my Car Shield was applied and approved, I only had to pay about $265.The whole team was great! I heard very positive things about JCA prior to bringing my car there. I can confirm that they do a great job. Thank you for everything.

I did not actually get my cat fixed here but I was having car trouble and my car would not start nearby. When I arrived he was able to give me some great advice and possible causes. The owner (I m assuming he was the owner) was very friendly.

True dual straights exhaust on my truck and I went here to get an alignment. Confused how the mechanic doesn t think I can t see or hear you in the waiting room when you go to drive my truck and pull out in front of 2 cars and floor it for a mile. Once he came back he explained for 15 minutes how i m missing a bolt and he can t do it. Took it to a shop the next day and was done in less than an hour. Not trying to leave a bad rep on them but just warning you they might turn your moms minivan into a formula 1 car on the test drive.Service: Wheel alignment

Had a little scare with my 2019 Ram after getting a cylinder 5 misfire code. Dealership said they could look at it in 3 weeks. JCA got me in and out of the shop in 2 days. The Ram has well known Cylinder 5 valve and cam issues. Instead of taking advantage, the guys at the shop diagnosed the issue and saved me thousands of dollars. I would not call them cheap, but they are honest, prices are fair, and they kept me updated on my truck's status and made sure I was aware of what the repairs would cost. Would definitely recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

We had an issue with our Jeep where it was shifting rough(manual). I thought we had a transmission issue and it was going to be a major repair. Joe diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time for a very reasonable price. Turn out it was a motor mount that was worn completely out. Highly recommend professional and I was able to handle everything from my phone without having to actually talk to anyone which is ideal for me.Service: Engine repair

They have been nothing but wonderful every time I come. They always get me in super quickly (same day or only a couple days later) and I guarantee you they are the best price in town. Their amazing techs have always gotten my high milage F150 in and out the shop quickly with no issues. Their service is superior and very accommodating for drop offs and pick ups. I also love being able to pay via my phone so when im pick up my vehicle, I just grab the keys and go! The owner is super friendly and taking care of the community is one of his highest priorities. Have had numerous repairs and a lot of money spent there. Here lately they have not considered that when I call about more service. Charged $ 700 for spark plug replacement claims that is the going price for the region. I looked it up and it is at the most $575. I use to not have to hardly ask about price brakes but now I have to really push hard. Last repairs I told Joe that I thought they were trying to hoodoo me. After I told that to his face and really kept pushing it and also telling him I can't believe that they were treating a loyal customer like that. He finally said he would take $200 off and that is after my car was put on the rack at 9 AM on a Monday. Then I had to call on on that Friday because like they said they didn't send any estimates. Joe said he had been wondering why they haven't heard from me before then. I told him that he should have called me since no one had heard from me about the repairs estimates. I mean he checked it in their computer and saw that there was no contact with me but he just went about his day and never thought twice. He even tried to place the blame on me about that fact. Use to be they were really willing to work with me about the cost seeing the fact that I was a really loyal customer but don't know what has happened it's gotten ridiculous.

Got a tire rotation done here! It was a super quick and easy process, the employees there were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the fact that I wasn't upsold or taken advantage of just because I don't know anything about mechanics lol, great experience!!Service: TiresService: Tires

I called ahead, made the appointment, dropped off my car, and when the job was done they contacted me and I got my car back. The important thing was that should I have any issues with the work done, let them know and they would make it right for no additional charge. I did have an issue, took my car back and they kept their word. Issue handled, no charge, and my car is right again. Thanks JCA.

I absolutely love using JCA. They are honest and straight forward with my car repair work. They also communicate well with me throughout the repair process. They understand that I want to keep my car running as long as reasonably possible. I have never felt pushed into doing unnecessary car repairs and I would strongly recommend them to anyone I know. Was recommended to this shop. I had a appointment for 9 in the morning but at 4 they still hadn't checked my car. Had to rush and pick up my car at 6 and had to miss a very important meeting. They also quoted me $80 for a check up but when I went to pick up my car it was $120. Not to mention repair fees of almost $950 . The prices they charge for the pieces were 400 and 100 when it's only 80 and 25 for the pieces I need

I went in because a dash light came on. They hooked up the computer and told me this bunch of convoluted work had to be done. I made an appointment, but also got a second opinion. Turned out that the light was just letting me know that I was very late on my oil change, and that there was no work needed to be done. I will not be going back as they attempted to make money based on my personal ignorance of the dash lights.

I stopped by for an oil change and a frontend alignment. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to talk to me and to make sure that my car concerns were heard. I was particularly fond of the fact that the waiting area and the garage were clean and we'll maintained. It is obvious that everyone here is passionate about treating each customer in the most fair way. If you need your vehicle maintained or fixed, call these guys.

JCA customer service is outstanding. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car and took really good care of it (they even called me some days after that, just to check on my car performance). The waiting area is really nice and you have free snacks and drinks. Highly recommend this business if you're looking for good attention and fair prices.

This is my first time using JCA Auto and so far they have been great!On Friday they confirmed that my radiator needs to be replaced.I believe they have quoted me a fair price and hopefully this week they will be able to perform the repairs.I do wish that I knew why my radiator would have gone bad after only 2 years!It was just replaced in April 2017!The staff here has been very helpful and attentive!

These guys are Awesome ! I had a long drive to take for work the air wasn't right in my tire I was nervous to get on the road so I stopped in asked him to take a look. They took my tire off to make sure nothing was in my tire and I would be safe on the road. Fixed the air and didn't charge me anything. I truly appreciate you keeping me safe. I took my 2012 Audi Q5 here after feeling like the dealership was charging too much. JCA completed my 100K mile checkup at a great deal! I took my car in that morning, they sent a proposal over within a few hours and had the work complete by the end of the business day. Very professional and would highly recommend!

JCA has worked on almost all of our vehicles for personal and our business. I ve never had a company work on our vehicles that truly cares as much as JCA does. Alex is one of the best guys you could ever trust with your vehicles. We are extremely picky with who we trust working on our cars and trucks but we trust Alex more than any other mechanic shop we ve been to.

They charged me for a full 4 wheel alignment to adjust ONLY the frontend on a truck. Besides that the while looking through the service window my tech was eating his breakfast and checking his phone and piddling with other cars before adjusting literally 2 bolts on my car and saying that'll be $130!!!!. Literally sat and watched this all happen I kid you not. There's tons of other mechanics in town so stay away from this one.Service: Wheel alignment

I had my 2012 Nissan Juke worked on at JCA Auto Services for the 30,000 mile service. They were outstanding and thorough in all aspects of the work. Alex explained to me what was done on that 30,000 service when I set up the appointment. Alex, Jr worked on my car and gave me full details as to what they were doing and showed me filters that had to be changed, prior to just doing it. The cost for this service was extremely lower than a dealership and I cannot be happier. This family owned business is one that I will return to and I highly recommend any type of service work that you need, call or go by JCA in Irmo on Broad River. They are a credit to the automotive services in Columbia. Theyanswered all my questions and followed up with when to bring it back when it is necessary for another high mileage service. Thanks Alex and Alex for making me a happy, satisfied customer.

This is a small, privately owed business. They do great mechanic work and also have some cars that they have for sale. The shop is very clean, and so is the office/waiting area. There is also a drop box for people that need to drop their vehicles off before or after regular hours. They are really customer oriented so they make you feel like part of the family. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for work needing to be done.

My vehicle was damaged while being worked on at this shop and at first they tried to deny having anything to do with it. On top of that, while the prices are pretty fair my truck was there to have an engine installed and upon picking it up it leaked oil from the filter, around the intake manifold bolts and valve cover gaskets. It was returned twice for this and never corrected. Shift linkage also found to be .missing parts as I inspected the truck when home. Shifted smooth before their shop worked on it.

We had a blown engine on a 2007 Toyota Rav 4. Staff and owner are friendly and attentive. They were able to get a used engine installed and get us back on the road in a short time frame. Impressed with the job they did at a fair price. Thanks guys.

Shout out to JCA Auto Services! I pulled up at 5:59pm to get a tire plugged from my other car. The young man working took the tire and repaired it for free even though he was closing at 6pm. Thank you for providing phenomenal customer service!As a side note, I stopped at the new Express Oil Change and Tire Center across from Wal-Mart at 5:56pm and was told that they close at 6pm and I could come back in the morning.

I went in for an oil change and to have a vibration checked out on my Subaru wagon. Turns out I needed two tires, an alignment, and to have my tie rod end replaced. The owner, Alex, and the mechanic walked me through the needed repairs (and it did need to be replaced) and then got my car quickly back on the road. I trust JCA with our two cars, and would recommend them if you need some work done.

1st Class Service- As usualwhen you can call, make your appointment and have your vehicles oil changed, tires rotated and safety checks done faster than you can at one of the specialty oil change only places, why go anywhere else.Comfortable waiting area with complimentary drinks & snacks- Bonus! 5 Stars all the way at JCA
