We were traveling on I77 and lost a bearing cap off our utility trailer. I used Safari search and found J B Trailer Sales. I called and the gentleman who answered the phone was sooo nice and helpful! He didn t want us to drive 40 miles out of our way to come to him so he told us other options we could use to get the part we needed. Any business that would do that has to have the customer s best interests in mind. I highly recommend this company!

On 5/4/23 my buddy and I had a major issue on I-26 at exit 82 with a bearing being destroyed on my boat trailer. We made a couple trip after leaving the boat at a local church off the highway, to try to find parts. We ended up calling JB at almost 5 pm. He referred us to a local trailer shop for parts, but when we arrived back at the boat, there he was kneeling and inspecting the damage. We never asked him to come. He took it on himself to take his valuable time to assist some out of town fishermen. He is an amazing guy and he made several calls back to his shop to have his wife look up parts to make sure we had the right stuff. We had a huge mess on our hands for most of the day, but when he arrived, it was smooth sailing from then on. After less than an hour, we were on our way. He wouldn t even accept cash or a supper out for his wife and him. Old fashioned country courtesy. This man was incredibly generous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The owner was great to deal with and a very nice man. We needed a replacement wheel after a blowout on the highway. I called in advance and he had what we needed all ready to go. It was a tight turn into his driveway but he assured us we'd fit and we did. Very easy stop off I26.He got us back on the road with our spare as a safety backup. Thank you sir!

Made a phone call for availability on Tuesday seller said he'd have one for me the next day. 10 minutes after deciding which one of the multiple sizes they have i was hitched up paperwork done and on the road. Kind friendly service great prices. I will return and send friends 5 plus stars

Been two years since we bought our 7x16 enclosed trailer and we love it! JB is an honest and dependable man. He took time out to go over everything about what you are purchasing. Answered any question that I threw his way and helped hitching to the trailer to truck. He maybe just a salesman, but I would definitely call him a friend.

5 stars plus, best hospitality I've ever had at a business. Helped us out when others couldn't and wouldn't after our trailer hub came apart heading to our next job site. Can't thank them enough for helping us get back on the road instead of saying sorry! can't help you out. And just be SOL.

Super place to do business. Great products and great prices. I was upgrading a light duty trailer and they had a good selection of trailers and JB is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the best trailer for what I needed to do. You can look elsewhere but I doubt you will find better trailers at a fairer price.

Extremely nice people and a pleasure to buy from! Fantastic trailers at an amazing price. They also have better operating hours than many trailer places allowing you to work around your schedule.

I drove from Chester for a great deal on a 5x10 heavy duty trailer. Check everyone else for prices, then call John for a better deal.
