A big thank you to the crew and staff. If you re looking for great service, convenience and fair pricing look no further. Within my first phone call, I was able to drop off the next day. They promised to get my vehicle worked in even though I did not have an appointment. The text messaging is the best I ve ever seen. You can approve jobs, get quotes and be kept informed. After I approve the repairs, my vehicle was ready within two days. I had brakes, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, along with routine maintenance. Needless to say a lot to be done in two days with no appointment. The best part I dropped it off at night, paid my bill through the text app and pick my car up after hours with a secured lockbox key. The experience was first class. I ve been to a lot of dealerships and repair facilities over the last 40 years. I know when I just got lucky with a good service advisor or if I m dealing with a place that has good processes. This has got to be the most professional auto shop in the south. My daughter Quanicia purchased a suv and some problems, and still had a warranty. The warranty people wanted them to use cheap parts from them, but Imports Plus refused, because they only use top quality parts. My daughter was getting worried about the cost. Imports Plus not only has superb service, but reasonably priced services.Everyone there is awesome, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very protective of their customers when it comes to warranties etc. Also if you're planning on buying a car, let Imports Plus check it out before you buy. As a father it's such a relief knowing my daughter was in good hands. We highly recommend Imports P.lus

Great great people, very easy to deal with. 10/10 customer service as well. Very thorough mechanics. My family has also had great experience here with multiple different vehicles. I won't be taking my cars anywhere else.

Due to the shop I had been going to for years messing up very big I found my way to Imports plus. Went in for a simple oil change and they treated my pick up like it was the owner s personal truck. Great service and I will never take my truck any place else again. 5 stars all day long.

Imports Plus performed service this week on my Jeep My thoughts remain the same as noted below on a previous review that I had posted:..At this service, they performed 32-point inspection, oil change, and tire pressure checks They also provided me two estimates, one for the 60,000 mile service and a second for replacing two each of the drums, rotors, and brake pads for the rear tires Professional, conscientious, and honest. Neighbors recommended. Excellent quality car care and superior standards. Very happy with the service provided.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery maintenance

My car has over 140,000 mi on it and it runs like a brand new car thanks to imports plus why look for better when you're already being serviced by the best they do imports plus they do a good job I guess that's why they're called imports plus :-)

Thoroughly checked out a car I had just purchased. They called me & told me what I needed & tge cost. They were honest & replaced what I needed. When I asked where I can get new tinting on my rear window, he gave me a name & I have an appointment on Monday!I finally found honest mechanics!I will be back & Imports Plus will be highly recommended by me!Thank You!

I ve been using this business for more than 4 years. Even though I ve moved to Lexington I still take my car there. I ve never felt like I was taken for granted. The mechanics are great and the owner treats me like family. We had excellent service at Imports Plus. Due to supply chain issues the needed part was unavailable and back ordered. I was kept apprised of the situation and delivery expectations the whole time. It arrived a few days earlier than expected. I was called and we set a day and time. The work was done. It exposed another issue, that part was ordered and the work completed. This is the 2nd time I have used this company for my Audi. They are super friendly, and take care of your vehicle as if it were their own. Their pricing is very affordable when you compare to others. Best business hands down.

We've been taking our cars for repairs to Imports Plus for 20+ years now starting with a1997 Volvo 740 sometime around 2003-2004. Quarterly service appointments with Imports Plus enabled the Volvo to exceed 300,000 miles and last well into 2020! We ve had excellent service consistently ever since, now with my son's Volkswagon 2012 Jetta . I was on a drive from PA to FL when my AC stopped working somewhere south of Richmond and North of South of the border. If you know anything about the South in the summer there is one thing you can't live without and that is AC. I took the detour and found this shop . Unfortunately they were booked solid for the next two weeks. However after listening to my story they moved some appointments around to accommodate me. The staff was super polite and professional because initially they tried to find another close by shop that I could get a service done, but they were all booked too. Great Team and solid work. My ac is holding strong. Thank you imports plus. I hope not to have any more car trouble, but if I do and I am back in the Columbia area you can have all my money. Also the only reason they got 5 stars is because there weren't any more stars to give. You are all awesome.Service: A/C installation & repair

Everything was great about Imports Plus. It was the best service experience I've ever had with a car. The best part was the communication. I scheduled the day to drop off and they repaired it that day. I didn't have to keep calling. I am so glad to have found them. I'm so sick of dealerships. Tried them after another shop could not figure out what was wrong. They immediately found the problem and in addition found a broken motor Mount that should have been discovered earlier. They fixed my car quickly for a fair price. Runs like a dream now. 2008 Cherokee. Owned it about five years but only drive it about 5k miles annually. Had a starter fail next to a Firestone store several years ago, so had them replace it and check my AC which had quit working.FS said they charged the system, it was leaking and it all needed to be replaced for 1500. Thanks, I said just do the starter.Fast forward to last week. Needed to drive across the country and back, about 6k miles (it had 164,500 miles on the clock). Figured I d take it to Imports Plus they d done good work for me previously. Had an O2 sensor and a wheel sensor out, needed an oil change, had them do a once over to make as certain as possible I could make it, and check the AC.I m in Arizona as I post this, 2100 miles post repair. Everything is working perfectly. They charged the AC, checked for leaks (found none) and it works great! I was planning on a $2500 hit. I got out for $897, which I was happy to pay. They warned me the compressor was making a little noise, but three days into this journey it s cooling like the day it was made.I d trust these folks more so than any other shop, and especially over any chain shop. And though I no longer live in Columbia, I d still take my car to them if possible (and visit friends while I m there).Highest rating!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

First and last time using this business. Way overpriced. Charged me $400+ for a new battery, said figuring out the problem and changing out the battery cost $200 in labor. Then, they offered a to conduct a 100,000 mile tune up for almost a $1,000. And oh yeah, struts for $1,300. I got my vehicle out of there asap. Crazy.When I question these prices (O'Reilly's and Auto Zone replace batteries free of charge) the lady became very defensive. Not a good sign.Not sure how this place got such a high rating, but I suggest Men at Work auto garage (They were booked out a week or I would have went there) in Irmo or Discount Tire Pros of Irmo for tires and oil changes. A good garage is hard to find.

Literally have been a part of the Imports Plus Family since before I was born! (Son of Ben and Susan). Even after my parents retirement last year, I still continue to bring my car to Imports Plus for EVERYTHING! That's how much I trust the team and staff here. Will you pay a little more on the front end, yes. Is it worth every penny to know I wasn't talked down to, that I got an honest report on my vehicle, and that the work that was done is done well? Absolutely! I will continue to bring my car here as long as these great people continue to put up with me!

Imports Plus has maintained and repaired our cars for about 30 years. VWs, Volvos and now Toyotas - all have been serviced, repaired, had new tires installed - you name it - and we have always been pleased with the quality of service. Before we hit the road for a long trip, Imports Plus performs at our request a safety check and any maintenance necessary. I have been bringing my cars here for several years now. Recently, I have had a few visits to service my son s car.Susan and David have always been upfront and honest with their communication. They follow up and never assume anything without asking first. The car is ready when promised and it is a joy to deal with a small business who maintains integrity and continued great service! I am always assured that my car is taken care of and they are very experience in what they do!

They fit me on very short notice, for new tires and alignment. They were knowledgeable and trustworthy and just really nice. The estimate and approval process was very streamlined and efficient. I LOVE the Imports Plus family! They have serviced our cars for over 15 years from when we first moved to SC. They are always honest with you about what you need/don't need and helpful with scheduling. They even loaned me a car to get to work. We continue to go to them with all our cars even though we recently moved downtown. I knew I needed brakes and took it in. They are so honest and trustworthy. They called to let me know the front needed replacing but I could get away with the back brakes a little longer. I ended up just doing them all at once. Eric did a great job.The online system for payment was also a breeze since I couldn t pickup during business hours.
