Lucia and John have been excellent to me the few times I've gone. I had some car trouble and they were really close. My coworker said they use them often and to give them a shot and I'm so glad I did; this place has excellent customer service, constant updates, great prices, and quicker service than any other place I've gone. I'll be giving them more business in the future. Thank you so much!

Lucia, is an asset to your company. My car wouldn't start and she helped me get a start. Her jumping cables died and she so helpful in assisting me in getting someone to help me. I am forever grateful . Did I mention I was next door at the car wash. I wasn't a customer. So can you imagine how she is with her customers!!!!

I went to this store today to have my windshield wipers changed. Joey directed me to an empty bay, where he immediately determined the size I needed, installed them and had me on my way is short order.Joey was pleasant, knowledgeable, expedient and provided the exact service I was looking for and expected.The service provided by this store is why I drive from downtown Columbia to have service performed on my vehicles.

I have been coming to this location for several years now, and it s fantastic. The service is quick, friendly, and efficient. I almost always deal with Lucia and today was no different. As always, she chatted with me while I waited my turn, got my car straightened out, and gave me top notch service. She goes above and beyond to make sure I m happy with the service and that when I drive off, my car is safe and ready to get back on the road. That s why I bring my personal vehicles as well as my company vehicles here.I ve been to lots of places to get my oil changed over the years and they almost always try to upsell me something I don't need. Not here. I get the rundown on what they find during inspection with an offer to schedule it to be done if I want to. There s never any pressure.So if you want a quick oil change from a crew that really cares about their customers, I highly recommend going to see Lucia and her awesome team!

Billy & Lucia we re so accommodating!A pleasure to deal with them. We hit metal and sliced our tire on the interstate. They knew we lived out of state and had to get back on the road asap. In no time, we were done. We appreciated the great customer service!

10 out of 10 in service. I ve had an excellent experience at Xpress oil change. I had a snafu with my tire and they quickly help me repair my tire. Joey was great

I got my phone back from the repair place John so like I promised heres that review. Today I got my oil changed by John and Joey who were extremely professional while also being light hearted and went about their job with a sense of humor. John even fixed something my mechanic messed up. I hope when I go back there they will be there as well to change my oil for me again.

So convenient! I love being able to stay in my car during an oil change. The team members are very polite and work well together to get the service done properly and quickly. And it is done quickly! Highly recommend!!!

This is my first time using their service. I generally use a dealership, but decided to give Express Oil Change a try. John gave excellent service. Lucia also helped me tremendously! I will definitely come back as well as recommend Express to my friends and family.

My father got an oil change there,He can home parked in his garage the next morning, a big puddle of oil on his floor. Before oil change, there are NO spots of oil on his floor. OK, I went to see what was going on under his truck. The nice service person did not tighting oil drain plug. I could turn it with my fingertips. Called and talked with the manager and said he was sorry that happened and he would give him free oil change next time. Well, that's nice until the next oil. They proceeded, saying my father had leaks, and they could fix it. Hello again No oil spots on his garage where he parks every night, so no spots, I say no leaks. DO NOT LIE TO PEOPLE. You lost 5 cars for now, and you will keep losing more customers if they have the same issues. Remember, I was trying to be understanding when they did tighting oil drain plug. I would think you would not lie to my father about leaks. THINK every time you lie and/or try up selling, it's your father. Hope this is a great learning experience for everyone. Thanks

Amazing ServiceThis location with Lucia went above and beyond for my family today. My wife ran over a nail or screw and i was out of town and the kids were in the car. I called this location and Lucia answered the phone and jumped in to help me no questions asked. This is the best service i have ever received and that's saying a lot because i run a car dealership and a service department. I wish I had 10 LUCIA working for me . Express Oil is lucky to have her and all the guys in the back and the guys that change oil. Don't ever let her go because I will hire her on the spot.

I got an oil change today and was done within minutes, I have a very beat up car but it was taken care of today. Joey was very kind and efficient and communicated everything I needed to know. Will definitely be returning!

I had new tires put on my Vette yesterday. When I called up to get the tires ordered I didn't realize the front tires were a different size than the rear (stupid, I know). Greg in the shop thankfully pointed out to me that I'd need a different size when I dropped off the vehicle.They went ahead and picked up the correct front tire size for me and got everything installed well. I had never questioned them on the price of the different sized front tires and was happy to see a much lower price on the final bill because of the difference. It would have been easy for them to take advantage since I never asked.I appreciate the honest business.

I have been going here for the last 2 years. Everyone is great and the service they provide is exceptional. The last 2 or 3 times I have gone in I was greetedby Joey , man what a great tech he is, always going above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide the service I need. Again, everyone there is amazing and knowledgeable and I will continue to be their customer.

Don't come here.I called yesterday to schedule a balance and rotation of my tires for 1:30pm. I asked what it would cost and they said $25. I arrived early and was told it would take 45 minutes. I walked to the store next door and came back an hour later. My car was right where I left it. I asked if it was ready and was told that "they got busy." I sat and waited for them to finally get to it. When it was done they charged me $45.99. I questioned the price since I was told $25 over the phone. The employee said "Oh, that's just for the rotation, not the balance AND rotation." Shady business practices. Save yourself the trouble and the money.
