Tim works on all my vehicles. He has always been clear about what repairs are needed when diagnosing issues, and is upfront and transparent about further preventative maintenance that may need to be done soon. As far as price, he is more than reasonable and will work with you on what options are available. Can not recommend his shop more!

This place is the best! Their owners and mechanics are top notch people that are honest and stand by their work. I drive 45 minutes to amn hour to get my vehicles to them. They are fast and dependable. This is the place you all have been looking for to work on your vehicle. I can honestly say that they will never do you wrong or mislead you in any way.I would highly recommend them to everyone.

In an emergency I stopped by here to see if they d take 5 min and plug my tire which was going down from a small nail in the center. I ve never been here before and rest assured I ll never return! The front desk guy bluntly said I m too busy to help you. I ran a car dealership service department for 18 years, I knew what was involved to help me. He simply was not willing to go the extra mile. Negatively treated customers will tell 22 people on average while a satisfied customer tells only 5 about his experience. This guy really needs training with how to treat a customer! He missed a wonderful opportunity to take 5 min out his day and gain a new customer and make a friend that would ve told many others.

I have had nothing but great experiences time after time at Ergle Automotive. I had developed trust issues with mechanics prior to meeting Tim, for various reasons. Tim has alleviated that fear and let me know that I truly have somewhere that I can trust. The guys will shoot you straight every time. To me, that Is appreciated. Only positive experiences here, if I could give above 5 stars- I would. Thanks for everything that you guys do for us.

Tim has been very patient with me & helped me understand so many things recently. My mechanic passed away during COVID, so I went searching for a local garage which was down to earth & at the same time willing to help me personally-I found this at Ergle Automotive in Ballentine. Tim has ALWAYS treated me so well & has even afforded me a few FREE perks which no one else would provide. I will continue to bring my vehicles Ergle Automotive based on the way I have been treated & dealt with.

Tim and Patrick was professional and speedy in getting my car back to me in no time with good prices for water pump and valve cover gasket replacements. I called Monday, dropped my car off that same day, and it was ready for pick up on Wednesday. I thank Tim and Patrick for their trustworthiness and timeliness.

My late husband depended on Eagle Automotive and Tire to keep both our cars repaired and maintained. They have continued to provide me with friendly, professional, trustworthy service which has been a Godsend to a person who never had the responsibility of automotive care. We were visiting family in Irmo, SC and the "low tire" indicator light came on as we were leaving for the drive back to Iowa. I did not want to take a chance of just checking and filling the low tire and then having a problem on the road! Stopped at Ergle Automotive and Tire. The tech checked all the tire pressures, including the spare, and he inspected all the tires. He found no problems and brought all the tires up to the recommended pressure. When I asked what I owed for this service, the reply was, "air is free". When I said , "labor is not free", the response was, "have a nice day and drive safe". If I lived in the area I would certainly have my vehicles serviced by Ergle Automotive.

I called for needing my driver window fixed. It wouldn't roll up. Tim had me come right in. Fixed the issues the same day as well as got me 2 new tires and an oil change. All without an appointment. Price was fair. Service was spectacular. I am so happy to have a trusting mechanic. Will definitely be back when I have another issue.

My truck was making strange noises when I shifted gears. My daughter said she takes cars to a place not far from my house and recommended it highly. When I took the truck in, it was diagnosed as a clutch problem, and I was given an estimated cost and time needed to fix it. My five star rating is too low. The fix was completed earlier than the estimate and the cost was lower than the estimate. Not only faster and cheaper, but when I did not have a ride to pick it up, the owner came to my house and drove me back to pick it up. I can give Ergle automotive my highest recommendation.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Tim has been my mechanic for 4+ years and has handled routine maintenance and some fairly major repairs on multiple cars. The pricing has been fair and he has worked to get me under budget on a few items. Turn around time is always quick and usually quicker than I expected. I recommend him to friends often.

We had to have a lot of work done on our Hyundai.I took the car in to Tim Ergle Automotive and, he gave me an estimate and all the work needed, and he also, offered to drive me home if I did not have transportation. We were very pleased with the work quality, the professionalism, and even the time it took to have repairs completed.We receive the car back and it ran like a new car. Very quiet and smooth! Tim, Darryl and crew go above and beyond to help their clients. They even ran me home and picked me back up on a few occasions so that I didn't have to wait while my car was being serviced. They are honest, friendly, professional, and experts in their field. I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Tim was so nice! My car was smoking and I took it in and he explained everything so well. Being a female not knowing anything about a car engine he really did a good job at telling me what the problem was. Had parts in the next day and fixed it! Am definitely coming back
