So this was my very first car purchase, and I still have her, 5 years later. It is literally the perfect car for me. Haven't had a ton of problems with her, just simple things. Kevin was so patient with me and he actually said no to a cash offer to allow me to get the loan to do it. He's great.

KEVIN, the owner is RIDULIOUS and rude!! Ask him a simple question like, why are you selling the car, and he turns into a little kid........ Glad I read the other reviews, I will spend my money elsewhere...

My wife and I have been looking for a good used vehicle for our son for quite some time. We found one at Decker Auto Sales. Ashland met us on her day off to help surprise our son who had no idea that he was getting a car. She and Kevin were very easy to work with and we feel that our son has a very good, safe vehicle that was an excellent deal. Thank you for your professional service!

I have bought at least 5 cars from Kevin and his staff over the last 20 years. They always give me a grat deal and after the sale support is outstanding. I have referred many people there. Never disappoints.

From my first contact with the owner Mr. Kevin to the final contract of sell for the car, this family owned business is first class. His daughter did a wonderful job assisting as well as his mechanic. Overall just great honest people from the beginning to the end. If you are looking for a good used car this is your place to shop. Just purchased an 06 Honda from Decker. Overall great experience and I appreciate the owners knowledge of vehicles. I also appreciated the straightforward feedback when discussing the vehicle. The price was fair and the car seems to be in excellent condition given its age and mileage. I could tell that Kevin takes pride and backs the vehicles he sells. His daughter and mechanic were a joy to work with!! I can definitely see myself coming back again!! Thanks all!!

What a horrible place with equally horrible people. If you would like to find out why simply call the owner and talk to him for more than 2m and you will realize what I'm saying for yourself.I asked if they take trade-ins and was scoffed at and told no. But it says BUY/SELL/TRADE in big bold letters right on the front of the shop.Asked if prices were negotiable to the going prices in the area and was told the prices wouldn't be altered.Looked around at a couple of the vehicles and had interest in a couple but i could clearly see oil leaking from 1 of them after getting down at ground level to take a look. This is one they said was in perfect condition.The husband and wife both act like entitled children and are both very rude over the phone.I would recommend getting a bicycle before worrying yourself to look at swindlers auto mart.

We were greeted by Ashland upon arriving. She was very sweet and personable. We had called to check the availability prior to arriving. She immediately showed us to the vehicle and allowed us to test drive. We liked the vehicle and decided to buy it. We then met the owner Kevin, and he was an extremely nice and funny guy. We made a very fair deal on the vehicle. We are very happy with the car, the price we paid, and the service we received. Thank you guys! We will highly recommend to anyone.

Great experience! I spent weeks looking for a good car and I only wish I knew about this place sooner. Prices are already fair so no need to haggle. Stress-free handling of paperwork. Owner and daughter were very professional. Very happy with my new-to-me car! If I need another vehicle in the future, this will be my first stop.

I love my truck! Kevin is a straight forward business man and the truck I purchased was more than fairly priced leaving me plenty of room for some minor cosmetic improvements. I just had the oil and transmission fluid changed and mechanically my 2003 Dodge Ram is in stellar working order. I would highly recommend anyone looking for truth in doing business to go see Kevin and his amazing daughter at Decker Auto Mart!

Kevin spent a great amount of time to discuss what type of vehicle we were looking for , what our anticipated needs were with the vehicle and how much we could afford to spend. We had already spent days looking for a car. Kevin was honest about cars he had available on the lot and allowed us to test drive those within our budget. We took the time to research the car fax and blue book price of the vehicle... In doing so we were estatic to find, based on year,make and model and condition of the car, Kevin's price was more than fair. It was such a pleasure to find an honest salesman and a truly fairly priced vehicle ... Thankful for Decker Auto and it's staff.

I have sent countless people to buy cars from my Dad over his 25+ years in the used car business. The vast majority of them will not buy a car from anyone or anywhere else. If you read through the reviews below, you will notice a trend - people who buy cars from Kevin almost always give him great ratings, while the vast majority of bad reviews come from people who did not. This really says something and points to a deeper pattern beneath his overall rating - while not always overflowing with patience (for people who want to 'play games', make low-ball offers, or look at cars they cannot afford), my father is an incredibly fair and honest dealer who wins the respect and love of those who buy a car from him. The large number of people who have become repeat customers (buying multiple cars from him) is truly amazing. For this, and many other things, I am very proud of him and the integrity he brings to the used car business in our hometown.

The guy is very rude and no where near friendly. Called about a car to try and negotiate a price. Very firm no. And was rude about it. He could of at least said it in a nice manner. So to start with the attitude made me not want to get anything from there to begin with. Started to ask about car history. He sounded as if I was inconveniencing him by asking. The car was hit from behind bad. But he still wouldn't even budge 300 dollars from his asking price based on the car history. Extremely rude, not customer friendly at all, doesn't care about the people coming to buy his cars that will end up paying him. Don't go here. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Excellent service, I called on a Saturday and Kevin came in and helped me in purchasing the car I wanted. The cars listed price was well under market value and he and his wife had me out the door with car within in hour. Ignore bad reviews as most of them are from people thinking they are getting bad deal by trying to haggle well under asking price.

It s obvious that Kevin has a ton of experience in the car business. He really knows his stuff and is 100% authentic. I appreciated how down to Earth he was- no games, no BS. He tells it like it is and stands behind the cars he sells. This is the second car I ve bought from him and it won t be the last. His daughter was super helpful too. I think she s the one that posts the videos online. I recommend Decker Auto Mart to anyone who wants to invest in a local, family business and can appreciate a no BS experience.

Despite other reviews here, I actually had a very positive experience with Kevin. I'm not sure if it was due to the fact that I was polite and professional or if I kept my expectations realistic of the 20 year old car I was about to purchase. Regardless, Kevin was very professional and didn't waste my time. I believe it took us all of 20 minutes from the time I got there to the time I walked out with the keys. I hope more people who have a similar experience as I had would leave their feedback to dilute the negativity here. And for those people who are looking for a "deal" for thousands below book value, shop craigslist, don't be afraid to drive 100+ miles and do your own paperwork with the tax office and the DMV. If you can't do that stuff yourself, then suck it up and pay the cost of shopping at a car lot.

One of the rudest owners I've ever listened to. My wife called him today about purchasing a used vehicle. He was extremely rude and seemed like we were inconveniencing him just by asking for a carfax report. The car was overpriced to begin with, so she simply asked if the price was negotiable, and all he said was "not at all" and then he hung up on her. We were still planning on buying the car!! We were going to drive from GA to SC to purchase his car for asking price, but we just wanted to know if he might come down a little bit. We will take our business elsewhere if this is how you treat your customers. I'll be damned if the cars are good or not, I would never do business with someone as foul as this owner.

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Kevin made the process easy and painless. Ashland does a super job at presenting the vehicles on video. Great selection, clean and very reasonably priced. From the initial handshake to Kevin handing over the keys took less than an hour. I highly recommend this place when shopping for a vehicle. the owner, Kevin, is a pleasure to deal with. I got an awesome deal on a used truck. he fixed 2 issues prior to me even coming to look at it. Then after the sale, he sent his locksmith to my house to program a new key fob, on his dime! will definitely deal with again. thanks!!

I purchased my 2014 Kia Sportage from Decker Auto Mart in March, 2020 at a very reasonable price. The car was super clean and runs great. I highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to contact Kevin.

My husband and I currently have four vehicles we purchased from Decker Auto Mart. The oldest one, a truck, purchased 17 years ago is still being driven today. It's a little rough looking from use, but runs good. My husband just purchased a 2nd truck yesterday and we have two others a 4 door sedan and a small SUV. Great cars, professional and friendly service. Not sure what these other folks are talking about.

Kevin was very rude with me as I was interested in one of his cars on his website's home page. I asked him for the CarFax on the car and he told me that car "isn't good for what I'm looking for" and a car with accidents "isn't that big of a deal." His defensive response on the phone came off as if he was selling a bunch of lemons. He also told me I don't know what a good car is worth if I think I can find a great car for the price he was selling his cars for. Don't waste your time with this narcissistic salesman. Go to a reputable dealership where the salesmen will actually treat you with respect. This guy doesn't deserve your money.

I don't know what all those bad reviews are about, they might have been at the wrong place. The owner was nice, direct and gave me great advice. Great cars, easy process. Staff was nice and courteous. Sold me one car 11 years ago....truck still running. Great family owned company

If you are in the market for a used car do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster at all costs. Spoke with owner about a red wrangler that I had looked at previous day. I found an significant oil leak which he was unaware of. He wouldn't budge from the asking price and refused to fix oil leak. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Honestly not sure how he has ever sold a vehicle. Nothing but junk here. Apparently he doesn't inspect his vehicles or he would have caught the significant oil leak.

The vehicle I was interested in purchasing had mechanical issues and overpriced. The manager/owner's customer service was inadequate and asked me prior to inspecting the vehicle if I had my Finances in Line. I found the same type of vehicle with less miles, in Better Condition, and priced lower at one of the local Major Car Dealerships.

Called the number on the sign to get info on a 99 Ford f350 truck. Gentleman said that it just turned 100k. Surprised, I said, "On a 7.3?" He responded with, "100k! YOU ASKED ME HOW MANY MILES AND I TOLD YOU 100K!" I responded, "Yes and I asked, on a 7.3. Why do you have an attitude, I just..." and before I could finish he hung up. I called back and said, "I think we got disconnected," and he snapped back, "no I hung up on you!" Avoid this tool.
