Lots of new Key West boats. Owner was present and gave me a VIP tour. He also showed me a couple of used boats at a nearby storage lot. I highly recommend this boat dealer.

Got me in quick, fixed problems caused by other marine repair and sales shops in the area at a good price and the turn around time was excellent. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

We live in the Upstate of SC. We have bought boats here in the past from a large dealer in the area. The last time we bought a boat there, it was not a great experience. This year, we decided to purchase a new Key West center console and went there again. To be brief, they were pretty rude and we left. I looked around online and found CIC Marine. Hal was very responsive with my online request almost immediately. Since I am over an hour away, there was a lot of back and forth on the phone and by email. He never let me down. They even installed items on the boat that they did not sell and I purchased separately. When we went to pick up the boat, the level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. It was well worth our time to shop around and find them.

This dealership has done a great job on our installs and repairs. They are fantastic at scheduling, so that you only drop off your boat for a few days and pick it up rather than letting it sit with them for an indeterminant amount of time (like at other dealerships). Their rates are reasonable, and staff are courteous and attentive. They maintain good communication throughout the process of having your boat serviced. Installs are neat and professional (e.g., tackle centers, glove boxes, chargers).

3rd boat I ve purchased and I have never had a better experience than this. I reached out for a quote online and immediately received information. I purchased this boat less than 24 hours of the first contact. Other SC dealers wanted two weeks to take delivery. David and his team are the best.

I can't say enough good things about David and the staff at Carolina Inboard. I bought a boat sight unseen from out of state and when I arrived everything was exactly as David described. I ran into a few issues afterwards and David and his team bent over backwards to get them addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend buying a boat from Carolina Inboard!

We can t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Carolina Inboard. We worked with Hal to purchase a preowned boat. As first time boat owners we had concerns and he, along with David, was wonderful to work with. Their patience, reassuring nature and desire to go above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with every detail will not be forgotten. We highly recommend them to anyone in search of a boat.

I want to brag on Carolina inboards!!! I had ANOTHER shop in Augusta Ga put in some wet sound speakers they wired them wrong and messed my boat up. So I drove to Irmo and I met with Sean and went over what was going on. He was straight up with me and listen to my wants and needs. I ended up adding under water lights, a wash down system and another amp to fix the stereo issues. They re-wired my boat speakers and did a full service. Everyone there was knowledgeable, professional and did exactly what they said, when they said they would do it. I couldn t be happier and they have my business from now on. Thank you for being honest, fair and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company!!!

All of the staff at Carolina Inboard are great. Each and every person there is very friendly, and customer focused. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and valued. The boat we purchased from them has been outstanding. We use them for all of our service needs and they have been great. I would highly recommend Carolina Inboard to anyone interested in purchasing a boat, or needing service. David Evans and his sidekick Nala always personally welcome us to the dealership. Justin Swann and his service department genuinely care about the customer, and provide timely service.I highly recommend Carolina Inboard without reservation. I have never left a review before but I must say my experience with Carolina Inboard and Hal Wray has been amazing. They have been so wonderful to deal with and the communication has been excellent to the point I bypassed multiple dealers in my home state to purchase the boat from them. On top of that, any hiccup or issue along the way Hal has been prompt to respond and he and his colleagues have been working with me and Key West to get everything fixed and dealt with it. A++++++, Highly recommend regardless where you are located

This place is incredible. I called to schedule a service appointment for my Axis A20 due to a leak in the cooling system that myself, the internet and neighbors have been unable to locate. Within minutes of talking him through the issue Dave diagnosed where the leak was and provided me with a simple solution that I could complete myself.Boat is fixed and will be back in the water tonight.Carolina Inboard is my place of choice for all future boating needs.

Buying a boat is exciting and stressful at the same time. Buying a boat out of state, sight unseen to many would be considered crazy. Talk about stressful! Even though it was used, Malibu's are high quality boats and unless abused, you have the security of a solid warranty. Regardless, I was skeptical not knowing the dealership or having the luxury of meeting my sales person face to face, with a handshake. Never in my mind did I expect to have a flawless process however Sean at Carolina Inboard pulled it off. From the initial inquiry to pick-up, Sean was my advocate, my eyes, and most importantly determined to make sure I had a good buying experience. (Thanks again, Sean!)I've done the research, spoke to several dealerships across the country... Working with Sean Murphy and the team at Carolina Inboard was a terrific experience. I was more than a little concerned buying a boat from a dealer all the way across the country, but Sean made the entire process easy and transparent. His forthright and honest manor put me at ease and I was confident that everything would be exactly as he promised. I felt supported throughout the entire process from the initial contact, to negotiation and final delivery. I would never hesitate to buy a boat from Sean, even if you live 2,600 miles away.

I recently had my boat repaired at Carolina Inboard. I dropped it off in mid August, and had it back in 3 weeks. Most other shops in the area were not able to even look at my boat in that time. I was very impressed with Cole and Mike. Cole kept me updated with progress on the repair. Mike did the dirty work. He also took time to talk to me on the phone about his diagnosis and every issue he found. When I picked up my boat, Cole had a detailed receipt for me that included comments from Mike about each repair. I trust Carolina Inboard with any repair, and HIGHLY recommend them for work on Yamaha Outboards (mine was a 200hp hdpi two stroke). Hopefully I will not need more engine work, but if I do, I will be back.

The afternoon we pulled into Carolina Inboard for the first time, we were just beginning to entertain the idea of purchasing a boat for our family. The dealership was empty and as we were turning to leave, the service technician, Kyle jogged out of the garage and asked if we needed a hand. Even though he wasn't the boat salesperson, he stopped what he was doing to take the time to speak with us. He answered all of our questions, explained the differences in boats and motors and how and why one would perform differently from another. He didn't hesitate to show us another boat that wasn't on the lot even though it was obvious we were nowhere near the point of purchase yet and over the course of the afternoon enlightened us with what was clearly a pluthera of knowledge of and a passion for boating. Although when we pulled into Carolina Inboard to start that afternoon, we were just beginning to entertain the idea of a family boat, by the end of the afternoon, though zero pressue was put upon us, we were certain that we were going to purchase one before the season ended. Kyle took the time to share without trying to sell and because of his authenticity, honesty and knowledge we returned a week later and happily, now own one of the boats we initially looked at together. There's no doubt in our mind that had Kyle not been the one to walk out of that garage the first afternoon we pulled into Carolina Inboard, we would still be "entertaining the idea" of purchasing a boat for our family.Thanks to Carolina Inboard and to Kyle for an exceptional experience~

These guys had the boat I wanted when none could be found down here in Florida. I drove the 500 miles after working with Hal. Hal and Sean took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure the boat was ready. Even the owner(didnt get his name) jumped in and helped make sure the trailer tires had the right air pressure. I was very impressed at how they took care of their customers. I wish they were here in Florida, but the drive would be worth it to get a boat from these guys.

Carolina Inboard is our only Boat Dealer that we will ever use from this day forward! We just took delivery of our 2017 Billistic that was customized to our standards. This Boat is on point in every way imaginable. This dealer is a must for you if you have any desire for boating, take the trip like we did (120 Miles one way) and you will get the same results like us. Sean Murphy is the General Manager and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything that we needed and later he followed up with me on a minor issue I was having by sending a Technician to my house (which is 120 miles away) and had the issue resolved. This dealer knows and shows 100% Customer Satisfaction!!! Thank You Carolina Inboard Team!!!

I highly recommend Carolina Inboard after my experience with ordering a new boat from them. The boat arrived in the time frame discussed, the staff is very knowledgeable and all the custom details were addressed that I asked for. Having bought several boats in the past I can say this was the most pleasurable boat buying experience that I have had. The staff will go out of their way before & after the sale to accommodate your needs.

We made an appointment to bring our boat in after having a cold start issue. They were able to get us in within a few days and completely fixed the issue in a week. Considering it's the middle of the summer (late June/early July), we were really impressed with this time frame.

Had a problem with the trim not working. My boat is only 3 years old, I called my dealer from which I purchased it, and they had a 3 week waiting list. I called Carolina Inboard, got referred by a family member, they took it in on Wednesday, fixed that problem, AND put on a new prop that I also wanted. Got it back on Friday...3 days not 3 weeks. Great customer service and very reasonably priced. I'll enjoy the weekend on the lake now! Highly recommend Catolina Inboard.

We spent 14 months looking at various brands of boats at dealerships in the Carolina's, Florida, and Georgia. Mostly I was interviewing dealers.Brand and price were important factors in the decision process but I was actually searching for a dealership that treated this boating newbie with patience and NOT ABANDON ME AFTER THE SALE! I wasn't sure I found the right team until sitting down with Sean Murphy and his crewat Carolina Inboard in Irmo, SC.Sean was unbelievably patient from our first conversation and didn t try to sell me anything. He and his salesman Kyle Ruben listened intentlyto our intended plan for use and with genuine interest in our satisfaction put us in a Key West 203 FS and we couldn t be happier. Really, I don tknow how a boat purchase could have been any more stress free!!

Worked with Shawn / Carolina Inboard to check out a used boat in the Columbia area. They are the definition of first-class service and a company that's focused on quality and reputation, which is a total comfort and benefit for a customer looking to check out and commit to a boat purchase.This was a really big deal to me because I can now approach a used boat purchase with confidence that I'll be able to use this boat and have fun with the family.I am glad/fortunate to be involved with them.

The staff at Carolina inboard are the epitome of service after the sale. You will not go wrong trusting them with your next boat purchase. Nearly a year later they still help me with my gps electronics that they could easily tell me to call the manufacturer. They are very good people.

A +++++. I had researched boats for over 1 year, when I decided on a Key West 211cc. Shortly thereafter, I found out Key West had discontinued the 211cc hull in 2015. I started searching for new old stock. I found a new 2015 211cc on the internet at Carolina Inboard in Irmo, SC. I called the dealership, spoke with Sean. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and courtesy. I bought the boat sight unseen! I worked with Sean to add the equipment I wanted : a Garmin GPS system with a NEMA 2000 engine module, a self deploying trolling motor, a blade power pole, satellite weather, Garmin xHD radar, underwater lights, with a focus on salt water fishing in SW Florida. This was all done via e-mail and over the phone with Sean. Sean had a Road King aluminium trailer with the new Vortex hubs, custom built for my boat. My wife and I picked the boat up in May 2016. I can't say enough about the quality of the installation work on all added equipment. First rate! Sean took us out for our water trial on Lake Murray. He throughly explained and demonstrated the use of all equipment. Patiently answered all of our questions. This is by far the best large item purchase experience I and my wife have ever had period, even though we had to travel 9 hours each way! We would do it again. Also, service after the sale is incredible. We had an issue with a rocker switch, Sean helped us resolve this issue without returning to SC. You just can't find this kind of service, and this kind of competence anymore. Sean is exceptional!!! Carolina Inboard's pricing was outstanding!!! I and my wife highly recommend Carolina Inboard!!!
