Damage to your vehicle is no fun, having attentive people that care about the work really helps. David was my advisor and he was great. He texted, emailed, and called on almost a daily basis. He did a great job at finding solutions to problems - like discontinued parts/tires. While my repair took just over a month, I understand that things are sometimes out of their control (part availability, shipping times, etc). The fact that David forewarned me about delays made it sting less. This is a great group of people.

We went to this shop hoping for good repair. Staff are accommodating and they update in timely manner as to the status of my car. When we got the car the bumper wasn t repair properly. The paint sucks! We inform the manager and he took picture of it and told us that they will call us. We waited and nothing happened. We called back and was told that they are picking the car. We even cancelled our trip that day and we waited for nothing. We called again and were told that they will call us back with in a day but again they didn t call. Initially we are told the parts provided by insurance from after market. The issue is the repair. I am disappointed.

The experience with Caliber has been both professional and friendly. The communication is top notch they kept us informed every step of the repair process. They were quick to respond with any questions and we felt immediately at ease with the staff. Our car was finished in a very timely manner and we were very impressed with the workmanship and details the technician put into it. Our Expedition looks amazing! We were extremely impressed with our service advisor, David. He was very thorough when reviewing the damages and extremely professional every time we spoke. I highly recommend Caliber Collision!!!

Very satisfied with Caliber Collision. Mat is very good at communicating. Car looks great again after front end damage from hitting a deer. Would definitely recommend! Photos before & after.

My wife and I would like to thank Tony and the Caliber team for a job well done! Tony did an awesome job communicating with us as to the progress of the necessary repairs. Due to supply issues of certain Toyota Highlander parts, the repairs were delayed but Tony always communicated those delays to us which we really appreciated. The end product turned out outstanding! Our Highlander looks brand new and we are very pleased with the high quality of the repair. Thanks Caliber team!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Minor damage, and the shop said my car is totaled. Took the car to a different shop to get a second opinion and the car is repairable, yet my insurance favors Caliber s opinion. Thanks for screwing me over and not taking a second look, Caliber. I will tell everyone about this, and I will make sure I steer away anyone who asks about repair shops, disproportionally to the damage you caused me. Does this car look totaled to you? There is no major frame damage.

We had a very good experience at Caliber. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the repair and insurance process. It took about six weeks to get the car in, which seems comparable to other shops. However, it only took two weeks for repairs to be completed. This was faster than the estimate. We also appreciated that they keep in touch so that you know where your car is at in the repair process. I think they did a great job. You'd never know the accident happened. Hopefully, I don't need their services again anytime soon, but I'd definitely recommend them.

Car looks great and we got it back a week earlier than the projected completion date. The staff was friendly, honest and returned my calls the same day. Hope to not need them but would definitely use caliber collision again.

My wife dropped our vehicle off and was treated so kindly that it made her morning. The staff was professional and thorough in explaining the process, gave her a tentative timeline, and made no assumptions regarding our financial situation. Thank you all so much for treating my wife so well, it was/is greatly appreciated.

Very pleased with the quality and speed of their work. They were very helpful in coordinating with the rental car company I was using while my car was at their shop. Work was completed early and looked great. Would definitely use again.

These guys and gals went BEYOND my wildest expectations.They used only GM parts as requested and the fit and finish is literally better than OEM. MySilverado is lifted and needed a little bumper trim and they welcomed me in their shop to do it myself with their tools as to get it just right as I have done it so many times.The gentleman (wish I could remember his name) stayed a little after working hours while I used his tools.... this gentleman is particular as I am about things obviously.No doubt I will use this place for any repairs or custom paint work I need in the future!!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I recently had the opportunity to receive services from Caliber. My usual collision repair shop was backed up and could not get to us for at least a month. Not only did Caliber get us in earlier than expected, but the repairs were even completed a day earlier than expected. Caliber walked us through every step of the process, communication was top notch (regular txt updates on progress), and the repairs look great! Caliber will become my new go-to shop for collision repair in the Irmo area. Thanks!

If you are shopping for the most Compassionate and affordable bodyshop with high quality work to restore your car, I would strongly recommend Caliber Collision at Broad River and work with the manager Chris Lee. 10 days ago, I got a bad day on dutch fork rd., hit a car, the hood was out of shape and cannot open, the grille was broken into pieces, and condenser was damaged. Most miserable is I have to pay all out of my pocket due to my insurance only has liability coverage for this car. It is thousands of dollars. So I shopped around in town and got 6 quotes. Most of them ask for more than $4500! With last hope, I went to Caliber and explained the situation to Chris and expressed my despair and my expectation to save every possible penny to repair the car. Chris did a thorough inspection and made an unbelievable offer to get it fixed by offering as much as he could to save money for me. By comparison, I found their labor charge is lower, their staff is so nice, their part charges are less, Chris is just such a considerate person. Compared to the average quotes, I have saved at least $1000 for this repair. The quality, just see my repaired car. You cannot detect it is after a bad collision. Thank you Chris and Caliber and the gentleman who gave me two rides. Restore the rhythm of your life. You guys did it. Thank you again -:). BTW, My name is George.

This shop is amazing. Bigger then what it looks from the outside. It's very Clean , it has air conditioning, and updated equipment. They explained the oem procedures and really gave me an understanding of why it takes so long to fix my wrecked car. My car came back to me exceptionally. Five stars . If I worked on cars this would be the shop. Thanks Tony your the best!Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding experience and customer service working with Joanna and Travis. My daughters jeep Renegade was repaired beautifully and finished way sooner then expected. These folks are top notch. They were very friendly and informative throughout the process. The vehicle was ready earlier than promised. And they did a great job. Looks like the accident never happened. And drives like it did before the accident.
