We were at a beautiful spot at Lake Greenwood RV resort and had all the hookups done when I noticed there was no hot water. It was late and we decided to wait to call someone in the morning. My wife did the usual internet search and found VLRV Mobil RV repair and said I should call them as they had good reviews. I called first thing in the morning around 9:00 AM and it was answered by a live person much to my surprise. The lady gathered the information she needed to get me on the schedule and said that the technician would be out later that day in the afternoon. So far so good. I got a call a couple of hours later from the tech (Todd) who said he was about 30 minutes away. He arrived with his helper (Justin) and got right to work to figure out what the problem was. Honestly I was thinking that I had a pretty old water heater and that it would have to be replaced. It took them a few diagnostic tries but they got to the root of the problem within 30 minutes. They had the part they needed on the truck and had the water heater up and running. They were very professional, kind, and respectful to us and our situation. There was no upselling to a new unit or parts I didn't need.This is a good company with good people at the helm. I would most definitely call them them next time I have any issue with my RV.

We made it to the campground 3 hours away from home. When we got there we realized that we had a wheel bearing go out in the back Tire of our RV. Tony came out spent quality time fixing us up so that we could get home on a Saturday. He was amusing, fun to be around, very knowledgeable, had the parts most importantly. Tanya was great on the phone. We are quite appreciative and they did great. Highly recommend them.

Tonya and others at the office were so great to get me taken care of ASAP. Anthony the tech came out fixed my refrigerator when another company failed to get it done. Thanks to you all a great team and if you have an RV issue these are the right people to deal with. Just to add they really cared about getting my job done and you can really tell by the way they treat you. Thx Again

Didn't show up on time...30 minutes late. Didn't bring the parts I ordered and payed for. Technicians had to go back and return with the parts while I waited. This is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. However, Austin and Chris did a great job on the project. Freindly, professional and on task. I will definitely consider them again for future needs.

Todd from VLRV was just amazing. Arrived on time, very friendly and personable, fixed our faucet, and then came back after we discovered ANOTHER issue with our camper on the same day. He was truly a lifesaver. We are brand new full time RVers. VLRV is now on our speed dial should we ever need assistance again. Todd was just great. VLRV was just great. We are very satisfied with their customer service and how well they handled our problems. I would give more than 5 stars if they would let me.

Called, talked to Gina. Gave her my extended warranty info, and scheduled the date and time. Was called the day of and told what time they would be here. Austin and Jason arrived on time. They were personable and very Rv knowledgeable. Work was completed in a timely fashion and they did a great job.

We bought our 2023 42 Grand view in Nov. We had a few issues when we had everything set up. I reached out and they were super fast about reaching out, and was able to come the same day I called! The best part is they are able to use the Forrest River warranty, and not something I would have to pay now and reimbursed later. SUPER nice and knowledgeable, and will always use them when in RV need!

These folks are great! I've used VLRV twice over the last two years and they've never disappointed. Courteous, honest, and diligent. As most RVers know, mishaps are part of the experience. Taking rig into a service center can be an ordeal - driving it there, getting a ride or dragging a towing to get back home after leaving at the service center, and then never really knowing how long it will be there!? Both times I've used VLRV I was on back in action camping by a lake or ocean within a day! Priceless!

I just wanted to take a minute to brag on Austin with VLRV Service. They came quickly to help me with RV repairs. Austin was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained the work he was doing, the reason why it needs to be completed and completed the work as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with the workmanship. Highly recommend VLRV Service for any RV maintenance or repairs!

Had a slide cable problem,called VLRV service Anthony and his partner came out first thing the next morning with all the stuff needed to make the repairs. They cleaned up everything after they finished. Will definitely use them again, hopefully I won't need too but if I do I'll use them.

VLRV Service was amazing! They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, fixed the coach and submitted paperwork to our insurance company for coverage. The service was first class!

VLRV just totally ripped me off. I called for a leaking black tank and water leak in roof. After 5 minute inspection, the tech determined that the tank just overflowed - nothing wrong, no repair. 10 minutes to put a couple beads of caulk on the roof to seal a couple holes. $80 service fee which is completely reasonable. Tack on $195 for labor - this is highway robbery for 15 minutes. Grand total of $295 for a couple beads of caulk. Highly not recommended. This is not the way to get repeat business.

We were on a mission to return home ad we had a death in the family. Got up early..slide in passenger side wouldn't come in. Anthony cane within half hour with a little help from park maintence he assessed the problem and got us back on the road!! Thank you VLRV SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I called this company at around 7 pm at night. I spoke to a young lady who took down all my information and assured me that a technician would be able to help me the next day at a specified time and told me what the charges would be. Sure enough they showed up diagnosed the problem and repaired it within about 20 minutes. Technician was very polite and helpful and explained what he did to repair it. They are awesome.

We are so very happy with Austin s work. He got here and went directly up to the roof of our motorhome. He came down and told us what it needed, without embellishing it or telling us it needed more than it actually did. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very polite, and just a pleasure. He only took an hour to do our seals, and I m telling you, this guy is greased lightening. Also, the price was incredibly fair. Needless to say, we re very happy with VLRV. We ll def use them again if we re in this area and need repairs. Thanks guys . We highly recommend them

Our electric plug was damaged and we were running on generator. He came out the next day. Came on time for the appointment, knew what he was doing and was very personable. Got the job done with a very minimum downtime and reasonable bill. We d call him again in a second. Thanks VLRB!

We highly recommend VLRV for camper/rv repairs and maintenance!We have a 2017 Cirrus 820 truck camper that has a ALDE heating/hot water system. Towards the end of an extended 2023 road trip the ALDE boiler sprang a leak. We had a difficult time finding someone who serviced ALDE systems. VLRV was recommended to us and we reached out to them. Tony, the lead technician drove about 90 miles to our home on that very day to inspect the unit along with other needed repairs. Tony determined, after speaking with the ALDE service center that the ALDE boiler needed to be replaced. The other repairs included replacing screens on the door, window, and replacing the freezer door hardware.Tony took the repair list back to his office and the VLRV team researched the parts/components and ordered them. After the ALDE boiler and parts came in Tony returned with another technician to do the install and repairs which included changing out the control panel. The coolant in the system had to be flushed out and a new, different type of fluid added. An external temperature gauge was also added. It was quite extensive and all of this was done in our driveway!We love the temperament of everyone at VLRV; calm, confident, competent, with a great sense of humor. Their phone greeting is your friend in the RV world . So true! We have indeed found our go-to friend in the RV world!

VLRV came to my RV to trouble shoot my rear a/c unit. Both men were very professional and diagnosed the issue as to why it was running at a high amp load.I was very happy with their performance.

We ve used VL RV Mobile RV/Camper repair on several different occasions. They re a local owned bussiness right here in Inman which is convenient for us. They re always prompt, professional, and productive! We trust VL RV and highly recommend! 5 stars!

We recently had the leveling system repaired on our camper. Tony spent a good deal of time trouble shooting the issues under our unit in the gravel and the very hot weather. After repairing some of the wires it was determined that one of the cables had to be replaced. They order us a new cable and returned to our campground to replace the cable and it is working like new again.We would definitely recommend Tony and his crew. Great job!

These folks deserve six stars. They are on time and professional. Their prices are reasonable and repair work is excellent. I had an Aqua hot problem. The repair required more than one visit at two different locations. They resolved the problem. Had the parts needed. Another plus. Highly recommend them.

I called the VLRV Services several times during our stay at Lakewood RV Resort. The services were excellent. I asked and received estimates and the estimates were inclusive and reasonable. The work was done quickly. I also got some help with our electronics. Some hands-on training assisted us with using the electronics through a new radio.Ed

My husband & I are full time RVers and had been without a working Aqua-Hot system for over a year. Every RV repair business that we called (within a reasonable distance of where we were staying) did not work on Aqua-Hot systems.That is until we called VLRV!! Not only did Anthony have the Aqua-Hot working in no time, he also inspected the roof and gave us additional maintenance suggestions, diagnosed an issue with one of the AC units, and had the material to put a corner piece back on one of the slide-outs.We already have reservations to return to the area in March and plan to have VLRV repair the AC Unit, plus service all 3, service the Aqua-Hot and take care of any other issues that may arise before then. From our initial call to VLRV to the service work the staff was kind, helpful and professional! We highly recommend them and are thrilled to have found them!! 5++++ stars!!

Second time I have used VLRV services. I have been very happy with the workmanship of the techs in both circumstances. Would recommend them to anyone needing RV repair services.
