I got a great deal on a couple of tires for my Audi. Good quality tire with a 75k mile warranty. The same tires were $125 more from other tire dealers in the area. They were quick with the installation, and I left feeling good about the whole experience!

My son had a flat tire from road debris. We are new to the area and he found Rick s Tire & Alignment in a search. We called them based on the fantastic reviews. I am now adding us to that list. They were so helpful, honest, affordable, and kind. They will certainly be our go to for any tire needs!!!

The only place to go for tires and brakes in Boiling Springs. Took my wife's 2010 Honda Odyssey in for brakes. This shop is nothing but honest, upfront and loaded with integrity. Was quoted by a Big chain shop, double what Rick charged me. I will never go to another shop for my vehicle's needs. Thanks for doing what you do with honesty.

Brought a wheel & tire in to have aBetter tire put on asked if they had size and price he said yes &40 dollars the first one put on immediately leaked air put on another and bal he put in my trunk got home to put on car I grabbed it something caught my finger it was a big sliver of glass partly embedded in middle of tire don't know how he didn't notice being the one to handle it so all I did is buy a bad tire to replace my original tire I took it back immediately but they were closed going back this morning to see if he makes it good hoping to get money back and get a good one somewhere else we will see how their business ethics are so far wouldn't recommend them I will update later

Just had tires put on my truck here. Left it after work yesterday and picked it up today. An awesome buying experience, always been treated good here. Will be buying another set soon. I love doing business with Christian people.

Went to get a alignment but instead needed a tire they treated me very well. Prices are very very reasonable. I strongly recommend this family own business. I will definitely be back for all my car needs.

I was traveling from NC to look at a used car. I wanted to have someone reliable take a look before I purchased the car. Bobby and Chris were very helpful and kind and made me feel more confident in my decision. They didn t charge me anything and I really appreciated the honesty in their opinions.

Current set of tires on my car came from ricks and have been a great set. I recently bought much wider wheels, so I need new tires as well as a set of tires and an alignment for my wife's jeep. I sent her there today to get a tire swapped to a spare wheel and to order the new tires and set up the alignment. She was told that they didn't have time to swap the tire even though they had 3 open bays. If that's the case, they definitely don't have the time to order and install the other 2 sets of tires or to do the alignment. Already found another tire shop a lot closer to home with the time to do the work.

Rick's wife Donna does monogramming, and she is super sweet & very, very reasonable! I really appreciate this couple & the great help & service we have received from them through the years my husband has done business with Rick. Either way you can't go wrong with these folks. They will treat you right, and not take advantage. Ladies, pay attention. Very fair prices, nice people, reasonable time for fixing your problem. A++++++

Everyone there seemed friendly. Rick came out and spoke with me and they got my car done in what seemed like no time. Great price and great quality. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great. They helped me get this locking lug nut off when I didn t have the key. If you ever have a problem like this go to these guys. Go ahead and get some tires while you re at it

Rick's has always been professional and courteous with me and my wife. I knew the first time I went there I would be loyal due not only to financial reasons, but because of trust in their experience and care put forth. Not often do you find folks who put YOU first in front of their wallets!

I went in for an alignment early in the morning. Rick told me they could have it done by two o'clock, but I told him that I would just drop my car off and come back to get it before they closed. When I came back, it looked like my car hadn't been moved. I told Rick and he told me that I was about to get the deal of the day. It took about fifteenth minutes, but he personally test drove my car and did the alignment. He pulled my car around and told me that it was free of charge!!! I definitely did not expect that! Will be going back!

I woke up 2 three-quarters of the way flat tire and I was fortunate enough that I don't live that far from Rick's Tire and I got there before they opened I waited about 15 minutes only and they open early and they worked on the tire trying to find where they needed to put the plug in I finally found it tiny little hole from a nail or something they plugged it and I was on my way the whole process was only about 15 minutes and guy who did the work on my car was extremely nice and very accommodating and I appreciated his kindness

I bought tires there about a year or so and went back today for a brake assessment, which was straight up and honest, how refreshing! This is the place to go!

My husband asked me to go get some new tires put on and balanced. We brought our own tires. Right after my husband test drove the car and noticed it was wobbling and the steering wheel was vibrating. Couldnt figure out at first what the problem was since we just got new tires put on. Took the car into a diff shop and they had to redo the balance again. This place had the balance weights put on the wrong sides and they didnt clean the rim where the weights go on, they just left it all rusty. After we got our car back from the other shop, everything was cleaned and done the right way. Now the car drives without any vibration. Definitely not coming back to this place.
