This place was great. They were the only place that had the part I needed for my truck in stock within a reasonable drive. They matched the price of Advance Autozone in a heartbeat to ensure I came there first. My only complaint is that the rep told me i needed a piece that i did not actually need and so i rented the tool for $112 dollars. I did get all that money back which was nice

Person I talked to in store had no idea of the part I was looking for (though I had it in hand, not a car guy), but I love O'Reilly's selection so not one-starring. The experience I've had up till now has been great!

Change in staff but I usually do my work before I go so I know exactly what I'm getting. Young people mostly. Alot of odd requests from drag racers, boaters. And unknown parts. I'm a past employee so when these requests come in they usually came to me. I don't know many employees that would've gone through the work to satisfy the customer and establish the customer base I did

This is where I can find most of my tools for 'tinkering' with my vehicles. The guys, and girl, there're all pretty knowledgeable and most of them seem like they genuinely care.Even the guy who never smiles (and seems to be on his cellphone quite abit) is helpful and willing to set the phone aside and get out from behind the counter to assist.

The workers are always helpful and understanding not everyone knows what that odd crazy named piece that only the dealer knows what it s called just saying they will do more then most to try and get or suggestion s on options

I broke a spring shakle on our large work truck.I called Nikki. She had me come over verify exact part that broke. Ordered 2 hrs later. I pick the part up. Very professional.And beat competitors prices with out being ask to. Thank you Nikki

Only thing I can say is... Thank God we finally have one in Inman! !Fast helpful employee's with great attitudes is what makes this place number 1 hands down !! My wife and I only go there for our stuff from now on.

They overpriced everything if you get lucky maybe one person behind the counter may know what they're doing or actually know about the parts

Just went to get some new wipers and the man and women upfront was very nice and even offered to put the wipers on for me both had great Customer service skills and was very nice

Ordered my radiator 1 day proir, suppose to be here 10am somehow it didn't make it here now 2pm later and still no radiator, I'ma stick to AutoZone next time .

I think they need to train the people a little more the people at advance auto parts are more knowledgeable of parts then they are one of the employees wanted me to hurry up because he wanted to go home one day I was in O'Reilly's kind of made me mad
