Needed tires quick. Other car needed some body work. They were able to get a new set of tires the same day for a reasonable price. They were also a set of tires that were high quality. Will be back. Thanks!

Honest & pleasant! After (a dealership) quoted a ridiculous price, I called Nix. They evaluated the work to be done, made a recommendation and saved me several hundred dollars. Work was done quickly.Edit 04/27 - still 5 stars! Called a month or two after the above review for a service they don't perform, and they were able to refer me to another business that does perform that service. This is great customer service, which continues to get 5 stars from me!

Mark and Tammy did all they could to address my needs and did it very quickly. I appreciate their fast and friendly service and the extra steps they took to get the job done. I recommend everyone to utilize Nix Tire for their brake and or suspension needs.

Conveniently located, super nice people, affordable and proficient. I called around everywhere, Walmart, discount tire, and a couple of other places, but no one had the tire I needed. Though several of these places had some other tires , that they would have been glad to put on my car, if Alan Green'span would have cosigned for me. But when I called Nix, not only did they have my tire , but gave me a quote over the phone, for the tires, mounted and balanced. This was after 1:00 yet still, they told me to come in. So I did and arrived after 3:00, had people ahead of me, but by 5pm, I was on the road. So I gave these people five stars , because that's all they allow

Spoke with a woman that works there she said that I was on the schedule to come in the morning.I took three of my children with me when I got there they said it would be couple hours, that wasn t stated to me on the phone. After waiting for 20 minutes I asked how long it would be I got a really rude answer this is a shop as we said it will be a couple hours and the gentleman working there told the lady that s all that needs to be said I immediately left, the worst customer service I ve experienced in a really long time and the woman was so rude she kept rolling her eyes at me they lost a customer they will never see me again there. Rude!!!

Brought car in for rotate, balance and brake check. Car was there shortly after 8. Didn t get a call until about 2 saying I needed rear brakes. Car was finally done at 445. I was told that service was a first come first served. When I questioned why it took so long I got the excuse that they needed parts from the dealer then the dealer sent wrong part. I understand that but why did it take 5+hours to even look at the car? Didn t even get a we are sorry. They do good work but customer service is not what it used to be when the father ran the shop.

Needed front end work on my pickup. It was checked out an inspected, received a phone call on what needed to be done, given a quote. Work was done and fixed within one day. Will definitely refer their service to others and will use them again when needed. Everyone as friendly and respectful.

Had an appointment time.. but yet theat means nothing to them. The man working the counter is rude.. he had me so angry I went outside wrote the review and calmed down a little and went back inside to finish trying to purchase my tires and I m guessing the owner was behind the counter and I overheard him telling another customer that they were 2 hours behind.. and so I vented to him and he actually gave me 20 dollars off which was unexpected and I wasn t wanting it and tried to get to get him to take it but he gave it back. So I m giving only 4 because of the first guy at the counter..

The best mechanics in Snyder, Texas! They take excellent care of my pilot cars. If my wheels aren't turning I'm not earning and they always have me foxed up and right back on the road!

Nix Helping us a lot with good deal. He info me with three way tires size to save money. I got love them. Everything you need is one place there. I got few day hit curb and damage to tire. He help with half price replace new tires. great business with them.

I have taken a few tires to this place over the last few years between my personal and business vehicles and haven t had a problem, however my last time was quite different. My wife s car had a flat due to a nail and needed a simple patch. I took the wheel off and carried it to have it fixed. I arrived about 20 mins before closing and when I went in the office and explained what I had, the man behind the desk who I m assuming is the owner or manager rudely said not today . He didn t even acknowledge my existence by never diverting his eyes from his computer. His employee who was next to him had a look of shock on his face by how rudely this man had just treated his customer. I left and found another tire shop down the street who has since earned all of my business. A business that doesn t need business will go out of business.

I have been going to this place for many years off and on. However, this time they could not figure out why the tire pressure computer kept setting a code after they had replaced one of the sending units. They told me to take it to Honda.

Poor service will never shop here for tires again they didn't tighten my lug nuts on my tires and almost lost one going down interstate. Not happy with my service here at all!
