I will say this is the first shop to ever break down a diagnosis qoute into a system that's understanding! Cam with certified diesel went over it with me yesterday and for the price they charged for the time it took to give me a break down of what needed to be fixed on the suspension, brakes, and engine cosmetics was super helpful. The level 1 through 3 system they use is really convient and understanding! Super stoked to get my truck back and running and I will say I don't have no doubt when they finish with it it'll run better than it ever has. Professional, honest, and detailed is what I get from a phone call and never have had any other contact with this company! I was very stoked about the process they have already gave me on the truck! I'll also post again once truck is finished to give updates!

Certified Diesel is absolutely amazing! They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I chose them based on their stellar reputation and recommendations from friends. When my truck needed a major head gasket job, they encountered a hiccup with the machine shop. But guess what? Chris, the owner, personally bought new heads for my truck out of his own pocket. Talk about exceptional service! Certified Diesel has definitely earned my loyalty. They exceeded my expectations and were there for me day and night. Had my fuel filters replaced this morning. Great customer service to me and the other customers I overheard. Also complimented my truck which was nice of them. Only charged me 1/4 hour since the job went smooth which I appreciated greatly. They are definitely honest and work with integrity. Absolutely will be back with my truck's needs.

Cameron and his guys have earned a customer for life, not only giving me the best, most fair price I was quoted but they went above and beyond to make sure I was out in a timely manner and happy with everything. Hands down best diesel mechanic in the state.

Great service. I wish we had known of them a month ago we would have been on the road driving way sooner. We got our truck back within 2 weeks due to parts and service work load. They did a great inexpensive job fixing our Deisel Ford F750 box truck. I would recommend them. We had 2 other mechanics who couldn't fix or diagnose the problems.

We were travelling with our F350 diesel dually truck pulling our 40' 5th wheel on vacation from Iowa to Myrtle Beach, SC and experienced low fuel pressure to the point of only being able to go 30 mph. We googled a diesel mechanic in the area and discovered this great place. It was on a Sunday and the Owner met us at his shop since we were so close to his business right off the interstate. He even brought out an extension cord to plug our 5th wheel into his shop while we waited over night in his lot so he could order us a new low pressure fuel pump on Monday. This probably would of been covered under Ford warranty but probably wouldn't of been looked at for at least a week so we gladly paid the experts at Certified Diesel Mechanics. They couldn't not have been more professional, reasonable and nicer. Even though they were booked out on work for 2 weeks they had compassion on us & agreed to get our repair done in the midst of their busy schedule. I can't begin to thank them enough, they saved our vacation as we both had to be back at work the following week. I would highly recommend them. We had a diesel emergency in April '20 which occurred .25mi from Certified's shop. (thank goodness) they responded quickly and way above the call of duty in every respect including transportation to a hotel by the owner of Certified. The repairs were done well we drove back to WI after 2 days and the truck ran perfectly.

These guys were awesome. 8hrs from home 16hrs into our trip back and my truck gets a tank full of gas on a sunday. They made sure my truck was ready and going to get us home. We drove out monday afternoon i couldnt have been happier truck ran like a champ with no issues and they didnt assassinate my wallet great guys great work great price

We were traveling 200 miles from home in our work pulling 10,000 pound load with my Ford diesel. We pulled off interstate for a break and when we got in to continue on our trip our diesel would not startWe googled diesel shops in area and found Certified Diesel. They came out with computer and scanned vehicle to try to fix onsite. After inspecting the vehicle they determined we would have to be towed. They brought vehicle and trailer to their shop and knowing our situation they got right on our vehicle. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Certified Diesel. They kept us informed on every step of the process while trouble shooting the problem. They found the problem fixed it and even went beyond our expectations. The price was more than reasonable and cheaper than other shops back home. Being on the road away from home you don't know what you might find but we were treated like family. I would recommend Certified Diesel to anyone. I wish they were closer to my home because they would be my Diesel repair shopThanks Certified Diesel

Great Experience here at Certified Diesel! Cameron installed power stop rotors and breaks on my truck, he even did the break in for me after install! They do more than just engine work and they did it fast and affordable

Dropped my truck off with the guys at certified about a month or so ago truck was using a lot of coolant the guys had my truck in and diagnosed with blow head gaskets. Approved all the work and after they had it apart found out the engine was just shot. So safe to say they got to do a full engine rebuild with headstuds and a few small upgrades. Iv had the truck back now for over a month and couldn't be happier runs better then ever feels to have more power and I just all around enjoy the truck again. The guys kept me up to date with the process and took very good care of my truck. I strongly recommend these guys they know what they're doing and the best in the business.

These are some great people here, I had a skip in my truck and took it to them and in less than a day they knew exactly what my problem was. They took very care of my truck while it was at there shop, and kept me informed on what was going on while it was there. I will not take my diesel anywhere but here to have my work done from now on I couldn't ask or recieve service this good anywhere else.

These guys are top notch mechanic shop. If you have any diesel needs or wants they are your guys. I dont let anyone else touch my truck. You wont be disappointed and they go out of there way to go the extra mile .

Great service, great people and prices. I was going up 85 North and lost power, made it in to their shop and Chris diagnosed the problem and got me on the in remarkable time. Will use them again.

I had a problem I could not figure out, I messed with this truck for weeks, I could not fix it. I looked for a professional shop, I am distrustful of clowns. They fixed my truck for under $200...pinhole in a fuel line. I am sooo happy with their work. I would use them again....thanks

Certified diesel is the go to diesel shop around Spartanburg .Chris the owner made a point to apologize for a small delay on my truck, not their fault, but much appreciated him reaching out. Cameron took care of me from start to finish and beyond if need be.cant say enough about the professionalisim these guys have.Nathan done the wrenching on my 6.7 powerstroke, full delete,hell of a good guy and knows his business as does everyone I dealt with at Certified Diesel.Thanks again fellers, looking forward to the new shop ...Cameron, Nathan and the whole crew at C D you cant do better than these guys.

Very knowledgeable it seemed on the phone as I haven't taken vehicle there for work to be done. They don't work by appointments so it maybe difficult, work done based upon work load gotta leave vehicle which is difficult for me.
