Would definitely use this company again! The customer service, price and staff went above and beyond to get my baby towed to the mechanic and not a scratch, nor dent and they hooked her up correctly. The gentleman that came to my house was friendly, courteous and intelligent. He kept a great line of communication open with me. He let me know when he was on his way, when he got there and clarified directions to the shop as it was kinda hard to find. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow as they will not rip you off!

Joey was amazing, and is a wonderful ambassador for this company. He called as soon as State Farm let him know we needed help; he found us quickly on the side of I-26 and instead of just towing us to a nearby service place (where my two kids and I would have waited for a Lyft late at night) he found a YouTube video that showed him the minivan I was in kept it s spare under the car. He changed the tire in <15 min and saved me from a very arduous task late at night. I am very very pleased to endorse the company and Joey!Services: Car towing, Tire change

I waited 2.5 hours stranded on the side of the road for another towing company, and Spartan Towing & Transport took it over and was out there in 25 minutes. Joey was professional, helpful, and most importantly got there very quickly. It actually turned my night around with the quickness. A friend of mine came to pick me up and if it hadn t been for Joey coming out who knows how long we would have been out there! Thank you for your service.Service: Car towing

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! After waiting almost 4 hours on Red's Wrecker, I called State Farm to cancel and asked to be reassigned to another company. I'm so thankful they sent Spartan Transport! They showed up promptly and towed our vehicle to our house so that my husband could repair what we thought was the alternator. After jumping it off and parking it in our driveway, their awesome driver, Joey, shared with me what he believed to be the real problem and even reached out to my husband to discuss it with him. Turns out he was right! Saved us much time and frustration. If that isn't above and beyond, I don't know what is! Joey deserves a raise! We can't thank him enough and if we ever need a tow again, Spartan Transport is who we will request.Services: Car lockouts, Car towing

I sat on the side of the interstate for almost 3 hours waiting on a tow. It was 2am and they were not busy. Then the driver that towed us said he was going on 72 hours with no sleep, that made me feel real safe and explained why he asked me if I was facing Ashville or Columbia when the call said west bound. Then driver was cool as a person though and he was polite and courteous.

Easy to deal with very fast and good customer service. No issues at all and would definitely use them again. Having a car breakdown sucks and they were very easy to deal with an empathetic. My insurance company dispatched another tow company to begin with but they were horrible. Very happy with the service I received here.

Joey was awesome and perfectly professional! Enjoyed talking Glocks with him(both obvious fanboys) they said 30 mins we had been working on the vehicle for hours with no luck of a start then he arrived in what felt like 20 min or less and we got it down the road. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the upstate or western NC wherever the territory is. It was a good experience all around considering the circumstances. Joey lets go throw some 7.62 down range when this bs is over if that happens being all AR would like to compare lol. Keep up the good work.Service: Local hauling

Jonathan was fantastic to talk to regarding my SUV been towed to the repair shop. Jonathan with Spartan Transport & Towing was awesome with loading, hooking up, and Towing. Very prompt and efficient. He done an excellent job.

Best and easiest experience yet!!!...I highly recommend Chris!!!....I was laughing soo hard I almost forgot that my car was messed up!...he arrived earlier than expected....he communicated with me after dropping my vehicle off and his personality was exceptional!!!...I felt like I had known him for years!!!...needing a tow is never fun but he definitely Made an effort to make it easy!Service: Car towing

followed one of their drivers for 15 minutes from Easley to greenville. Dude didn t know what a turn signal was couldn t keep it in the lane, was cutting people and tail gating. Seemed like he was a bout to get a call to a wreck he caused.

Driver picked up truck and hubby gave him $80. Charged him $65. Never offered to give change and then put the truck in the wrong way!!
