Mr. Caper was an amazing help, arrived at our location at the time set and was able to tow us safely to the mechanic on Father's day. He made sure we had arrangements for a safe stay and was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend using his services to anyone in need. Thank you for the help.

Charges 30-40% more than the other towing companies and has terrible customer service. Very unprofessional drivers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible service. Came out, took forever. I have had a forklift stuck 20-30 times in the last few months. I ve used a couple different towing services, just depending on who is available. Do not use this company. Came out told me it would be $300. Took forever to tow out, then charged $550, before the tow was done. Pulled 15 feet, not even completely out said we were good. Tried to drive the forklift got stuck, he said he had another call he would come back shortly. Two hours later he sends a text saying he can come back but it s going to be more money! I called progressive Roadside assistance cause my fuel pump died and and need a tow the driver that was dispatched got to me within the hour like they are supposed to when the driver showed up he was whereing slide on sandals but when he loaded my truck on the flat bed truck he did not hook it up right also cracked a small part of my grill on my dodge ram 1500 the driver nearly popped my tires after that on the was to my mechanic the driver stopped at the gas station and snacks and other stuff I called a buddy that does towing and he told me they don't know what they are doing highly NOT RECOMMENDED FOR A TOWING but I called the office and told them your driver broke something on my truck they DID SAY THEY WILL REPLACE THE GRILL but will never ever use the again!!!!

My mother, who is in real estate was looking at a property. She had a gentleman with her get his truck stuck on that property. They were not close to any businesses but a Google search showed Capers Towing. Mr. Capers arrived in a timely manner and was extremely professional. They settled the bill and Mr.Capers left. When leaving the property the same vehicle managed to get stuck again. My mother called and even though Mr. Capers had a busy day, he happily said, I m coming! . He returned and quickly pulled the vehicle out again and then made sure they all got out of the property safely. I am so thankful for Mr. Capers and how he helped my mother. It is a relief to know that there are still businesses and owners that care, are joyful and are polite while giving great service. Our family WILL be using Capers Towing again.

Our contractor met us at a home on acreage and got stuck in the mud. Mr Harry was so reassuring that he was on his way and would take care of it - and he did. No sooner had he left the truck got stuck again. Although he had 2 more calls waiting for him he turned right around and came back. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I popped my tire on the way to work at 10am, I called USAA and they called Capers Towing to come pick the car up. After waiting for 2 hours, I called Capers to see the ETA for the tow truck. Their truck had also gotten a flat tire. I waited for 3 hours before getting a friend to pick me up at 1pm. They finally called at 2pm to say they picked up my car. I got to the place I asked them to tow it to at 330pm with no sign of my car there. The car finally showed up 2 hours after it was picked up. I called the driver 3 times as well as the dispatch office with no answer, and still no return phone call. Horrible customer service and USAA will be hearing about my experience.

Terrible! This is the 2nd time I've had vast communication problems with Geico and Progressive's road side assistance use of Caper's. The service itself along with destination were neither of which I needed, chose or wanted. Arrival time was way off with no call letting me know. He did not wait for me when he arrived and called as I asked him to wait 2-5 minutes until I came outside. My child brought him the keys and he already had my car on the flatbed to go to a garage I did not agree to! I needed a spare tire put on. NO help at all.

DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!! He bent the drive shaft on my husband's truck. He ended up costing us $800.00. If Mr. Capers thinks we're letting this go....he's wrong! We will be taking this to court. I wish we would have read all these BAD reviews this man has before we used his service. I will call our insurance company & let them know not to use them.

USAA needs to drop this company! I called them, USAA called them, they couldn't reach the driver, no return call, set up tow earlier in the day, spent 2 hours waiting, no show!!! Horribly unreliable!!!

Horrible service.lock keys in my car,they came out and damage my window and seals.they were willing to fix damages until quotes of repairs.after alot of back and forth calling they agree to fix everything.STAY AWAY!!!
