Literally going through one of the most awful times in my life right now. Dealing with a traumatic experience having to relocate over 600 miles away hauling my life with me. After leaving the rest stop something felt off and I noticed my tire pressure dropping rapidly. Once I safely pulled over I realized my tire is like. Shredded. Go to my trunk and realize that with these new cars they do NOT have spares or a jack. Just a little box to fix a flat like maybe a small NAIL would be sufficient but for a total tire blow out it s not ideal or even helpful. Tried to call out but the signal was awful and I m in the middle of a town I m completely unfamiliar with. My sister was able to reach Mr. Harold. Once we explained the situation he not only drove to me and jacked my car up, but he removed my tire, showed me what happened, and took it back to his shop. He placed a new tire on my rim and brought it back. 15 minutes up the road. For a FAIR price. I had just gotten that tire changed which was crazy and he told me there was no possible way and even inspected the other rear tire, giving me and my mother his honest professional opinion. He even assisted me with finding an ATM to retrieve cash. I don t think he has any idea on how much of a blessing that was for me. I could have been stranded on the side of the road for hours with three small children, and a dog, but they got there in such a reasonable time. Their energy was very easy going and we felt comfortable and trusting. That tire could have gone out at ANY time ANY other place and I don t think I would have been so fortunate to stumble across professionals like this. Great customer service. Went into Harold s on a Monday morning with a tire issue, fella greeted me at the door and asked me to move the car over. He then proceeds to remove the tire and finds the issue right away. He then changes the tire out and has me on the way quickly. I am grateful for the promptness and efficiency of the staff and all of the fellas in the shop were polite and welcoming and kept the work going. Good Job fellas, I know Mr. Harold is Proud.

What a great experience! We drove through a pot hole on the freeway on our way to Christmas dinner in NC! Harold saved us! Such friendly quick service. He had us out of there in no time and gave us a fair price.

Was quite busy as this was the last day of shopping before Christmas and getting close to closing. But service was quick and friendly. So thankful to get my tire fixed before Christmas. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

On my way back home on Saturday after Thanksgiving we had a blow out and used our spare. I was in need of another spare because we still had a long way to go. Harold s New and Used Tires hooked me up with a new tire and had me back on the road in no time at all. If fast friendly service at a good price is what you re looking for then stop on by Harold s and they will take care of you!!

When I tell you these men saved my life I am not kidding!! If you need any sort of tire service and are in the area, do yourself a favor, COME TO HOWARD S! The prices are fair and the services are efficient and well done.On a road trip I had gotten a cracked rim and a flat tire and they spent the whole day making sure that my car was fixed properly. They made me felt genuinely cared about when I was stranded in a random city I was unfamiliar with. These men took care of me like I was a local and for their kindness, amazing service, hospitality, and efficiency I cannot thank them enough nor recommend them enough.They took care of my problem as well as many others in an extremely efficient and professional matter, making sure that I was safe and on the road in no time. I ll purposefully come back here and tell everyone in the surrounding area to do the same!

On our drive back north, we received a low tire pressure warning on our sensor. We discovered we had a screw in our tire and were losing pressure. We were blessed to be directed to Harold s New and used Tires. Both Harold Sr. and Harold Jr. couldn t have been more professional and accommodating. They took us immediately and Harold Jr. repaired the tire. He was an honest, skilled, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant person. We highly recommend Harold s New and Used Tires if you ever have issues in the Holly Hill, SC area!

Mr. Harold and Harold Jr. helped me out. I bent my rim on a pothole and was super down on my luck. They squeezed me in and the value was unbelievable. Super amazing people. There are state of the art lifts and tire inspection tools inside their vintage building. Awesome experience, thanks yall!

This place is awesome. I was on my way from Florida to Maryland when one of my tires suffered a tread separation. I googled tire shops and Harold's came up as being nearby. Even though my car has unusual sized tires, Harold Jr. took the time to look around in his stock of used tires and found one that was the same circumference as my tires so I was able to safely continue my trip, and he charged me a very reasonable amount of money to get me fixed up. Harold's is the best tire shop I've ever been to.

Went in to get a hole in my tire plugged and was only there maybe 20 minutes, if that. They were quick and just the nicest folks ever. It started raining and I had my babies with me and they went out of their way to get my car for me and pull it up so we didn t get wet. Happy to be able to support a local business ran by people who care about their customers and do a great job.

I ve been going to Harold s for years. Whether I need an oil change or new/used tires, they have always provided fast, friendly, professional service at reasonable prices. I always leave there feeling like they not only did the job I went there for but that they truly listened to any concerns I had, and helped resolve any issues while working within my budget. They are a true family run local business and I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Harold s Tires and encourage everyone to always support your Local Family Run business! Why shop the big corporate franchises where you re just a number in line, where you spend hours waiting, and you spend double your money, when you can get fast friendly service that puts your money back into your local community, while saving you money at the same time?? Shop Harold s! It s a Win Win!!

My 2 boys and i were driving home to FL after a long drive from Pennsylvania. We got a flat at 5:00pm and Harold's not only stayed open and patched it for us but they charged us a very reasonable price And they were super friendly. I cannot thank them enough. If I lived close by, I'd be bringing my car here. Thank you!!

Excellent, friendly, and fast service! Did not have the exact size I needed but had two with the same size diameter. Prices were fair for mounted, balanced, installed tires setup within 30 min. Great to get me back on the road quickly.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Best service and good folks. Had a blow out on a camper and he was able to send some to help and sold us a replacement tire at a reasonable price. Honest helpful folks!

My mom got a nail in her truck tire. I called in advance and they told me I could come right over. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, fast work, at a fair price. I would definitely go to Harolds in the future if I have any issues with my tires.

Very friendly small town place. We were in and out in no time. They were very helpful & made sure we got what we needed. It was very last minute for us heading on 95N we had 2 tire issues & Harold's was very accommodating for us. We would definitely recommend.

Mr. Harold is a very honest, hard working man. Every time I have been there, Mr Harold and his staff has always been very professional, and cordial. If he doesn t have the size I need he can order them and have them usually the next day. Holly Hill is very Blessed to have Mr. Harold and his business there.

Had to stop on the way to ATL on a church staff trip for a separated tire. They were able to get a new tire on the van quickly and get us back on the road! Awesome service!

I ve been using this as my one and only go to tire place for 10 years! Harold is always so courteous and friendly and his staff is quick and efficient! Best place around for new or used tires!
