Extremely irresponsible staff . They tell you the car will be ready in 2 hrs and they will call you to pick up the car ( 2 hrs for oil change ) and they didn t call at all they closed the shop and left my car outside with the doors unlocked so anyone could just open the car , fortunately I went to see if the car was ready and notice that and locked the car which by the way had to stay there the hole weekend !!! 3 days with no car for oil change ? That s insane !! This is the best part when I picked up the car and show my concern about what happened and how it happened the staff respond that they don t know what happened and just proceed to charge me for the service . DONT GO HERE ! During the weekend talking with several locals about the situation they told me it had happened to them also in the past !! DONT GO HERE !

Called Friday to set up a time for alignment. Told to come in at 0900 Monday and it would take a couple hours. Went there this morning and told it would take at least three hours and that "alignment was quite involved" ... so I left. From Google: People also ask How long does a 4 wheel alignment take? around 30 minutes. Typicaly, a four wheel alignment takes around 30 minutes, however this may vary depending on the type of vehicle.

I was referred here by a friend a little over three years ago and I have no desire, or intention, to ever go anywhere else. I've always been told that honest mechanics are like unicorns, but if you ever find one they're worth their weight in gold. From fair prices that sound astronomically small when compared to the competitors' to quality work under the hood.If you ever want to put into perspective how good you have it at Station One, go try out Hilton Head Auto, you'll see exactly what I'm referring to.

As we closed out our vacation and was planning to head home, the engine splash guard on our vehicle was damaged and was dragging the ground. We called that morning and they graciously told us to bring it in. Not only did they have it fixed in 30 minutes, they also offered the best customer service in an extremely clean environment. Highly recommend.

I have had work done at Station One on three cars that I've owned in a span of a decade. This includes oil changes, tire replacements, battery fixes, window motor replacements, and even a completely new manual transmission. Their prices have always been fair and competitive, customer service is top notch, and their work has always been outstanding so I've never had any issue after taking my car there. On top of this, if you want to wait in the area, it's a short walk to get something to eat or even catch a movie at the nearby theater!Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Top notch. Service and overall human beings. I had a check engine light go on as I was leaving for FL. Daniel at Service One diagnosed the problem, checked all sytems and had me on the road in no time. Extremely thoughtful and made sure I was good to go, safely. Highly recommend. Got to HHI on Saturday around 1pm. Stopped at Sam s for our stay. SUV wouldn t start. I thought battery because it was 5 years old like the SUV. AutoZone said starter problem but the vehicle would start fine when jumped. Drove to our condo on the Island so we could unload our SUV. By this time it was after 5 and everyone was closed. Called Station One Monday on a recommendation from another garage that was booked through the week. AAA came by and jumped the SUV and they took it in right in when I got there. Checked and replaced the battery and we are enjoying the rest of our stay on HHI thanks to Station One. Call them first if you re on HHI.

The mechanics were vigilant to accomplish the fix on my car. Found issues and exceeded expectations. This is one of the cleanest shops I've seen in Hilton Head Island. And service was phenomenal. I know I just found the best mechanic on the island. Those guys deserve top rating and I thank you for being great team. Owners need to give these guys a raise.

Had an emergency situation with our Suburban and stumbled upon this service center. Clean and organized shop, all staff extremely polite and pleasant. They were able to fit me into their day and quickly repair my vehicle. Outstanding group of guys. We're on way home and stopped in for a smoke check up. Mechanic came out, looked over vehicle and solved the problem. Very knowledgeable and well run business. Were ready for me when I arrived at the appointment time. Performed the work very quickly and competently. Explained situations easily and understandably. Extremely friendly and helpful. I started using Station One on the recommendation of a friend and they were absolutely correct. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs.

Best place I ve had work done on my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 ever. Steven & Ken are the most friendly & professional guys in the business! They got me in right away for routine maintenance on my truck. I received 3 calls updating me on when parts arrived & on my estimated total. Hands down the best work at the best price. I highly recommend station one for anyone s next vehicle repair, just as I was highly recommended to them by my gf s Father.Look forward to seeing Station One soon!

We have all of our cars serviced at Station One. The service at the front desk with Joe and Jerry is awesome. They are both very helpful and treat their customers with professionalism.The service technicians do an excellent job. The station is kept clean at all times. No one likes to have to spend money servicing automobiles, but at Station One, everyone works to make your experience a pleasant one.

We arrived from out of town looking forward to a few days on the Island when our starter died. Luckily AAA recommended Station One and after a tow there, we were up and running within a few hours! They were amazing. Super fast, professional and reasonably priced.

I have been taking my cars there for three and a half years and have never been let down or disappointed. I have always been treated with respect and told about any and all charges up front.Joe and Jerry are professional, informative, friendly and helpful. I have used Station One about six times over the last two years for my car repairs/maintenance. I have always found them honest and professional, doing quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for your car service needs. BTW, they will often be able to do the work right away as you wait.

They won me over from the very beginning. I went in for a very minor issue. They took care of it and didn't want to charge me anything. From that moment on I knew I had found a mechanic who understood the meaning of customer service, and they weren't going to nickle and dime me for every little thing. I've taken my car there a few times since and they have always been friendly, quick, efficient and reasonable. I highly recommend Station One.

Head an alternator failure on my last day of vacation. The owner Ken took the car on a Saturday , with a very short notice . Great guy , honest and straightforward. Didn t make any promises that can t keep . Luckily a local store had a replacement part and my car was ready to go later the same day , with a 24 month nationwide warranty .Usually some repair shops try to take advantage of a situation when you are in hurry and have no alternative. Not here .A sincere thank you to Ken and his team .

I am here now. I walked in distressed after work because I am on call and have a possible nail in my tire. I came in to Station One close to their closing time...4:35pm and they took me right away and made me feel at ease. I am a travel nurse and not familiar with the area. So glad God led me here because I literally had no idea what I was going to do! Thanks guys!!!!

Great service. Drove from NJ to Hilton head for vacation and tire was losing air. The guys at Station one took me right away, fixed in 15 minutes. Friendly, great service. Anyone need car service in HH highly recommend.

Brake lines rusted thru my 22yr Dodge on my journey from MI and was in need of repair. They strung new lines over Thanksgiving at a good price. Surprisingly professional service I will recommend to my friends on HHI. Station One was equal to the reviews seen here.

I am new to the Island and needed an oil change. Went to Station 1 without an appointment, but they were able to get me in without a problem. Ken was a pleasure and to sit in a clean waiting room was a nice added touch. Got in just in time as they also found I had picked up a nail in my tire which was repaired and off I went. They with one visit will be my automotive pit stop.

Excellent. It is so reassuring to find a mechanic I can trust. I've lived on the island for almost 20 years and Joe and his team at Service One are fantastic. They are trustworthy, honest and fair. The do excellent work for a good price. I highly recommend this shop for all of your automotive needs.

Station One is always helpful, thorough, and explain services done on my car. I can trust them to do it right at a fair price. Even on times at short notice they get my car back on the road safely and with confidence.

I called and asked if they checked air pressure for free and they said that they did I was 30 seconds away Steve told me to pull around back checked my tires put air in them for me at no charge. Thank you so much Steve I can't express enough how much I appreciate that thank you

We are a local business with 5 vehicles that we have Station One service. They are timely, very pleasant to deal with, have reasonable rates, and keep us informed of upcoming maintenance issues.My personal vehicle had a dead battery one morning and I called them immediately. They don't do road service but they had a company that does get to me quickly. That company put in a new battery on the spot and had me going very fast. I've been taking my 2007 Lexus RX-350 to Station One for routine service and repairs since I moved to HHI, about 3-1/2 years ago.I feel fortunate to have selected Station One for auto work because they have always done an excellent job for me at a very fair price.With their high standards, I'm sure they'll continue to be an asset to our community.

I have used Station One Hilton Head for the last seven years. They without a doubt a great service station. They continue to provide extraordinary service and continue in their efforts to exceed my expectations. They service and repair our multiple family vehicles and are completely trustworthy. I do not hesitate to endorse the wholeheartedly.

This was the ONLY place in Hilton Head that was able to help us when our tire blew out. We are from out of town and no other tire places could get us a tire without us extending our trip by 3-5 days. Ken was an amazing, helpful, and courteous. One of the FEW people we met in Hilton Head that still knows what hospitality means. We would be stuck (literally) without Station One! Highly recommend!!

Our truck broke down while we were visiting the area for Mother's Day weekend. The guys here saved us from getting it towed and then found the problem within an hour without costing an arm and a leg. This could have easily turned into a bad situation as it was our only vehicle with 2 little ones. The staff here are awesome and we highly recommend them!!
