Just got my Lexus back from a very labor-intensive AC repair at Perfection Automotive. The work was completed for 43% less than Lexus dealer quote. Next time my car needs repair, you know where I ll be taking it.

Very disappointed with Perfection Automotive. Perfection is a understatement. I first took my car in for a regular service and I read the reviews and was recommended to this place. Service was fine and then about a week later I took a sharp turn and that caused my check engine light to come on so I took it back for a second, third and then a FOURTH time. After the fourth time and $3,000 later I went and got a second opinion as Jim told me to. Come to find out my intake tube was cracked and they put electrical tape and aluminum foil around it to fix it. Also put aluminum foil over my intake tube. Bolts were also missing from under my hood. Then after the second opinion looked at the invoices from perfection auto I was informed one of the engine coils I paid for was not even done. Maybe he did change the coils but with old parts because the parts on my car are the original parts from the factory. I have called multiple times and Jim was very rude and refused to negotiate or refund me partial money.

Best shop ever in the Beaufort County HHI /Bluffton area. Jim is beyond a pro he s the Best!!! Been taking mine and husband s vehicles here for over 7 years. Never have had any problems. Thank you Jim!

Disappointed with their service, it was highly recommended by a friend. We would take our car in for a routine oil change and they were too fast. We realized when both of our cars had issues that they don't do a full check with the oil change, they get the car in and out Ava avoid questions when we asked. We had one of our cars our engine explode right after an oil change. My car tire went flat right after an oil change because they didn't rotate the tires. We were loyal to them and I asked the car mechanic if he was open at 4 pm, the car mechanic told me to go to another dealership. We took our business to H&H auto on Marshland road and are very satisfied.

Jim worked us in on a last minute request on a busy Xmas week to do car repairs on our Lexus RX 350(front/rear brakes and rotors, battery, and water pump). All of this work was quoted at twice the cost by the local Lexus dealership that we were ultimately charged by Perfection Auto . He s always been fair, clear, and timely in doing great work on our car. Best mechanic shop by far that I ve ever worked with in 60 yrs!Services: Electrical, Brakes

What are you always looking for?Honest professionals that will explain everything in simple words and they will not overlook stuff.Also, the charges to be fair, at least decent, right?Well, you got it. They are knowledgeable and awesome at what they are doing !!!We left Honda because we had trust issues with them. Overcharging for simple fixes and always adding future issues in our least.We found these guys here and they are PROFESSIONALS yet friendly ! They fix what they need to fix and only tell you a problem they might see that we trust them if they say so it is indeed an issue.They don't try to rip your pockets, they try to have a nice family company and they succeed on that.

Totally trust their recommendations for auto work to be performed on our two vehicles. I like how they tell me as much about what not to do versus what should be done. I feel like the safety and comfort for my family is their only focus when it comes to servicing our vehicles. We were on the island from out of town and having car problems with my daughter's car. Jim fit us in quickly and finished the work faster than promised at a very reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, Perfection Automotive, for getting my daughter on the road safely!

I m a 46-year-old resident, my wife has been using them since somebody turned us onto them about 10 years ago. The secret sauce is that Jim is extremely honest and knowledgeable, and they have very little overhead, in the middle of nowhere, no fancy coffees or donuts.....For example, let s just say you re due for a 60,000 mile tuneup? Call your dealership, the dealership will probably be 30% more, enjoy your fancy donuts

After moving from California, having had my Toyota fully serviced for the cross-country drive, I had a flat when I arrived here. When I took my vehicle to the local dealer to repair my tire they ran diagnostics on my vehicle (which I hadn't requested) while I waited for my tire. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I got a 3-page, over $1,500 repair list - including SOME THINGS THAT HAD JUST BEEN REPLACED BEFORE LEAVING CALIFORNIA!That's when I found James from Perfection Automotive to do ALL my Toyota work - I don't trust anyone else. He is Toyota certified and he has never tried to repair or charge me for something that is unnecessary. In fact, again, when I had car problems in PA he told me to pursue Toyota because they had charged me the work which should have been covered under a federal warranty.

While on vacation with my family on the Island, my older GMC truck had a fuel pump failure. It was the Friday before a long/holiday weekend, and the team dropped everything, rescheduled appointments, performed the necessary repairs, and ensured we could return home from our vacation on time (which was the following day). It was due to their excellent reviews that we found them in the first place, and we certainly would recommend them to anyone needing service or repairs while on the island.

This place is wonderful very fair, great customer service, reasonably priced and a place that both my parents and I will use for long long time. As far as directions just make sure that you do make a right onto 386 finish Wells road it is in the business center but you have to go back to the c building it is located in C5 all the way in the very corner to the right and back of the business center.Service: Oil change
