Never, and I mean never, take your car to these crooks. We took our classic, garage kept Z3 in for a minor hood dent and were told it was being kept inside. After 6 months of being told they were still looking for a hood, we went to pick it up frustrated. What we discovered was that they had left it in their salvage yard where the 26 yr old cloth top leaked and water was sitting in it amid mildew, mold, and rust. Check out the pictures. The first is how it looked the day we took it in showing the hood dent. The rest are of our now totalled car! Notice all the BMW emblems are missing. And surprise, they don't claim any responsibility!!Update: In spite of the Owner response saying someone would reach out to us they have not. The only response we have received is from the Insurance Co saying they are going to quit paying STORAGE on the vehicle to Joe Hudson's!Service: Body & Trim

The repairs (from a minor traffic collision) were phenomenal! Paint looks great, all the scratches gone. They replaced the wheel & some suspension parts as well. My only issue is that for the 2 weeks they had my vehicle, rain must have gotten in, because mold was allowed to grow in the floorboards. The car now reeks. When I discovered the foul smell & the soaking wet rear passenger floorboard, I was told it must have arrived that way... After the staff tried every excuse they could think of to avoid taking responsibility, they actually had the audacity to claim that I ruined my own interior. I was very dissatisfied with how they handled the situation -- blaming me, then advising I leave the windows cracked and run the heat on full blast. Guess they only specialize in exteriors there... The shop manager actually seemed upset when he asked me "what should we do about it" & I responded by asking if they had anything to help dry the soaking wet floorboards. I ended up leaving when I realized they did not intend to accept responsibility for their negligence, the new damage, or at the very least offer to help resolve the situation. I will never use Joe Hudson again & I will be sharing my story with our regional car community. Very disappointing. Great service! Kept me up to date on all progress and even finished 2 weeks before scheduled time. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Car repair and paint job is beautiful. Couldn t be in better hands with this company

Joe Hudson's did a great job repairing my Audi A5, which had a badly scratched rear bumper. They did the work quickly and well. I recommend them.

I am happy with the service I received at Joe Hudson's Collision Center on Hilton Head Island. I was given great customer service from start to finish. The repair tracking system that is used there sends notifications via text letting you know the status of your vehicle. I was quite impressed with that. I highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center to anyone needing collision repair.

We had a wonderful experience with Joe Hudson s collision center after starting our vacation with an accident. They crash wrapped my back windshield at no charge and were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Disappointing, bad experience start to finish: Poor communication, disorganized, unresponsive, 5 weeks to repair my car due to continued failures to order parts. When I arrived with my car (1.5 hour roundtrip) as scheduled they tried to turn me away because they have not yet ordered parts. When they called to say it was ready to pick up, they had not completed all of the work. Then when they said it was finally ready, did not answer the phone when I called back to schedule a pickup, so I went ahead and drove to their shop but they were closed by 3:30 PM -despite stated hours to 5 PM! Frustration and a waste of many hours of my time due to poor/no communication by Joe Hudson's.

Hudson's kept me aware of the delays/progress for replacing my front bumper. The first two came damaged, but the third one turned out great, and their tech painted it like new. My van looks new again.

Joe Hudson just repaired my Nissan and did a perfect job. Repairs were completed ahead of schedule and I was provided with a text regarding the work timeline each day. I got rear ended in my truck and got connected with Joe Hudson s through my insurance and I am so glad I did. They were able to replace my rear bumper in two weeks and gave me constant updates on the repair along the way. Not only was the repair and timeliness great, but the staff was awesome two. The two ladies who work the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Just all around great customer service and work from this body shop! I hope I never have to have body work done on my truck again but if I do, this place is my go to!

Very friendly, excellent communication on status of repair, Sam was not happy with first repair and ordered a new bumper. Car looks like it came off the showroom when I picked it up. Minor issue with weak battery but Selga went beyond the norm for customer service and got the car started. Kudos to Stephenie, Sam and Selga. Job WELL done Joe Hudson Collision, HiltonHead. Very pleased! Unfortunately I was in a car accident while on vacation - they got my car in the next day and fixed it up to drive 12 hours home in less than a half hour! I was very impressed - they exceeded my expectations!Thank you!!!

Joe Hudson's Collision Center, as a courtesy helped free our jammed passenger door that had been dented in a parking lot incident. We were visiting the Island when it happened and the passenger door would not open. I owned my Audi less than two months and it was pounded by a hail storm. Just Lovely. Tons of dents everywhere on my car. Being new to the area and very particular, I researched a handful of options, and landed on H&H. Dale, at H&H, made me feel very comfortable and confident the job would be done flawlessly. And, it was! They are total perfectionist. My type of people. Everyone I interacted with, including the service manager, took great pride in the quality of their work. Plus, they cleaned my windshield from the inside and capped off my windshield fluid without me asking. Nice touch! I can't stand cleaning the inside windshield; nor adding fluid to the car. Not only did they fix what needed to fix, but they took it further helping take care of the other things needing attention. Treated it like it was their own car. That's awesome service. Hands down, you can feel confident this is the right place to take your car. Thanks for the flowers!

We had an incident in a parking lot that resulted in some damage to our car. We were really stressed out since we were on vacation and were worried about a 5 hour drive home with the condition of the car. H&H were able to get us in right away and got us patched up and ready for the drive home. We went from bottom panels scraping on the ground to smooth sailing. From all of our family- thank you so much! A Godsend for a family in need! What a blessing! We will definitely visit if we are in the area and in need of car service again. Great team and wonderful people!

Originally, my vehicle was on the flatbed to go to Advanced Auto body as it was the only All-State preferred shop on Hilton Head. I was very apprehensive because I have heard from numerous people how shoddy their work is and how unprofessional they are, starting with the owner. Well, luckily, they were above capacity (whatever that is), so All-State called me to pick another Body Shop and the flat bed was rerouted. I am so glad that happened. Bruce at H & H was beyond helpful, pleasant, professional and had complete full follow thru. When I received my vehicle, the work they did was second to none and the car looked bran new again. They even give you flowers. So glad I didn't get stuck with Advanced Auto Body! Too many horror stories! Thank you H & H for such great care and quality!

Excellent service. I had pulled to close to a parking block and it tore a plastic guard under my car half way off and it was dragging. We had a 10 hour trip ahead of us and they got us back on the road in record time. Professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly. I couldn t be happier with my experience. This is the business you want to use . I wish they were in Nashville!
