Had a flat tire on a Saturday while on vacation and called Gary s at 1:30 pm. He kindly agreed to look at it that afternoon. I put the spare on and arrived about 2:30 pm. Gary was more than accommodating and assessed the flat tire issue, plugged it, checked it over, and installed it back on car. Back on the road by 3:30pm. More than thankful for his immediate and professional service on a Saturday and I Highly recommend if needed!Service: Auto tire replacement

We discovered our chevy s stabilitrack system was acting up at 10:30am on a Saturday. We had a wedding at 3:30pm. We stumbled across Gary s Car Clinic on Google reviews as he was the only shop open and he didn t disappoint. Gary had us bring the car in at 11am, he diagnosed the problem as a misfiring spark plug with bad coil and fixed it quickly. We were on our way by noon. This guy was super nice and even pushed back his lunch a half hour to help out two strangers from Ohio. We d give Gary 10 stars if we could!!!

We had a flat on the day before Thanksgiving. We landed at Gary's clinic. Gary was very courteous and fixed the leak. He told us that the bill was $30, but he wanted cash. We found us with $18 in cash. Gary graciously accepted what we had.A great guy !

Had a great experience at Gary's Car Clinic! I was travelling down from Canada and had serious car issues that needed to be fixed quickly and despite the short notice and timeframe Gary went above and beyond to help me out and identified a secondary car issue that I didn't notice that would have been very dangerous to drive home with. His prices were very reasonable and he was honest and trustworthy. If you're down there and need a mechanic he's your guy!

I called Gary in a pinch. Family was in town from Ohio and our vehicle was having issues. We were leaving to drive 10 hours back home in a couple days.I called Gary on MEMORIAL DAY! He answered the phone, heard the distress in my tone, and told me to bring it in.10 minutes later I m at his shop. 20 minutes later the problem is solved!!!What an absolute relief to not only have our vehicle back, but to not worry about getting home.Gary was prompt, helpful, and truly cared about our issue. Not a lot of guys out there like him anymore. Thanks so much Gary!

We were in Hilton Head for vacation during Memorial Day weekend, and on Memorial day we needed help with getting our A/C water drain unplugged, it was leaking inside of our vehicle. Gary's Car Clinic was the only one open and he helped us get that drain unplugged, at no charge of his time, but if course we gave him something for helping us and told him how much we appreciated his kind gesture. So anyone needing help with their vehicle issues, we recommend Gary's Car Clinic, they will be there to help you.

We vacationed at Hilton Head and noticed a significant brake issue on the way there. We were so distracted by our vacation we completely forgot to take it to an auto shop at the beginning of the week. Friday morning we called Gary and told him what the car was doing. He called around for the necessary part and let us know he wouldn't be able to get it for a few days. Uh-oh. Anyone who's driven the stretch between Chattanooga and Nashville knows you need your brakes coming down the mountain! He very kindly did some more calling around and secured the part by lunch time. He also came in early Saturday morning to finish the job with a part that he wasn't able to get on Friday. It was done and ready by 9am, plenty of time for us to be out by our check-out time. Our family had been joking about how we were going to get squeezed on the cost because we were totally desperate, but Gary's prices were completely fair and reasonable. Happy to report that we just came down the mountain and our brakes were smooth and 100% shimmy-free! Feel grateful that we were able to find a mechanic who really went the extra mile to do a great job. Thanks Gary!

My son went on a long weekend trip to Hilton Head with his friends in my 2009 Honda Accord. Unfortunately the throttle body went out and the car would not run. Luckily, Gary s Car Clinic was open until 4pm on a Saturday. The car was towed there and Jeff diagnosed the issue on the same day. Jeff also helped my son rent a car so he could get back home. Jeff found a transportation company to ship the car back home after it was repaired. I am over 800 miles away so it was nice to see a small business owner like this take care of my son and my vehicle from so far away. I highly recommend this place.

Gary recently towed and repaired 2 of my vehicles, both within a very reasonable amount of time (I'm talking same day service), no waiting, no BS, totally HONEST. Both cars are running smoothly. For as long as Gary is in business, he will have my business and will be HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Thanks Gary!

Gary runs a small business and does quality work quickly and at a great price. He is an honest businessman who takes care of your vehicle. His mission is to make sure you are safe on the road without ripping you off. I went to him while I was on vacation and was so glad that I did. He saved me a lot of money and enjoyed chatting with him as well.

My fianc� recently had an accident in the Hilton Head area. Being from Atlanta, I was not sure where to have her tow the car. I searched for a repair shop near where the accident occurred. The service was amazing. Although I was not in the area to help, Gary helped my fianc�, several hours after the shop had closed, to get her car towed to the shop. He did a very detailed inspection of the car and did not recommend any needles repairs. If I am ever in the Hilton Head area and need work done on a car, I will take it to Gary's Car Clinic first, and without hesitation.

Awesome mechanic definitely knows what he's doing and it's always fair about his prices I would definitely recommend him to anybody who wants to get their car fixed the right way the first time
