Injection pump is no good I would not buy any of these if you plan on putting it on a maxi Force. You will have to do it again with a good quality pump.

I ordered a oil cooler gasket for my 2011 international Prostar maxxforce 13 , your website has the part listed for my truck under part number 3007506C93 , the wrong gasket arrived by UPS , which I paid a little over $13 for two day shipping, it finally arrived on the 4th day . I went back to UPS to ship it back and it costed $35 to send back regular ground. I called customer service to inform them of the shipping price and the man stated that s because I order online , like it was my fault they listed the wrong part number on their website , which still list it wrong, he didn t try to satisfy me with helping on the return shipment or nothing, and by the way the part number should be 3006874C91, since it s my fault.

Lies about when they can ship parts out just to get your business and then customer service catches an attitude with you when you call them out for lying. Will never order from them again after I finally get this part.

PUMP FAILED AFTER 20,000 MILES.Unfortunately their pump only lasted 20,000 miles causing metal shavings to go through the fuel system. The fuel tanks had to be flushed and high pressure fuel sensor also got destroyed. They would not warranty it because of the purchase dates on the invoice. Even so we didn't use the pump when we got it. So their policy is their policy. It still doesn't negate the fact that the pump failed within 20,000 miles.I give them 2 stars because Their customer service response is very good. They are polite and friendly.Had to order one from the dealer. Now over 100,000 miles without any problem from the dealer.

I have been buying from Tamerx for a while now and I am very pleased with them all around. Customer service is great, staff is friendly, shipping is fast and inventory is good too. Great people to work with but unfortunately they sell defective parts brand new! I can't afford the downtime to play Cat and mouse with this company. Please improve your quality control on parts. Thank you

I m always satisfied with Tamerex Diesel.So far I ve ordered an EGR COOLER, EGR VALVE and FUEL PUMPS, and I can say that I love doing business with them, they are always on the ball when I needed them to be. I ve been able to get very next day delivery even ordering close to closing time. I have received it in less than 24hrs

Due to a part number being given over a bad cellphone connection, I got the wrong injectors. They could have said it wasn't their fault, but they stepped up an took care of it and gave me full credit including freight. They are also very helpful with tech support. They also have very competitive pricing. Highly Recommended!!

I'd give a better rating if there was one to give. Unbelievably knowledgeable, helpful and patient! I was having trouble ordering online and they made sure I was able to order over the phone. Parts shipped out ASAP. All around wonderful experience, and I will be buying here the next chance I get.

Tamerx was the only store out of all the ones I called who had the part I needed in stock. Within 5 minutes they texted me a picture of the part boxed up and ready to ship. Phenomenal customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Tamerx has premium quality parts that don't break the bank, which is why I originally decided to order from them. I have been extremely happy with all the parts I have ordered either directly from them or off of Amazon. On my most recent order (OEM fuel injectors) I installed the whole set and had 1 fail in less than 500 miles. When I had contacted their customer support I was met with a personable employee that said he would send another out with next day shipping no questions asked. Long story short UPS lost the package so I had to call again...and these guys again took care of me and next day shipped another one so I could get my truck back on the road! When I thanked them for their exceptional customer service I was told "...They couldn't see doing business any other way." All I can say is wow. Great job Tamerx for staying true to your customers because not all places do these days.

TamerX Diesel Products, LLC. has been great to work with. Very attentive to what we needed and shipped all our parts quickly. Also, they were great at working with us to exchange a couple parts. Honest, Direct, and helped save a few bucks.

Had the pleasure of doing business with this company and it was an A+ experience. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We had to drive about 2 hours but it was well worth the drive and I will continue to deal with them.

Quality service with quality parts and overnight shipping. Prices below dealership. I ordered egr cooler $500 cheaper and turbo $400 cheaper. They have earned a repeat customer.

Needed a part for an Internatinal Max Force 11 high pressure pump. No one had it locally, dearlership said the part was non serviceable and was trying to sell us the pump at 3,300 dollars. Not only did TamerX have the part we needed but they got it to us the next day. Saved my customer serveral thousand dollars, highly recommend this company. We will definitely be doing businesses with TamerX in the future.

Man we ordered a hard to find part from these guys. It was lost in the snow storm during shipping. They sent another part out asap. Totally saved this customer of ours. He was broke down in a big truck. Time is money and these guys at TamerX saved him lots of time . I appreciate the customer service. Thank you.

Had the parts and help nobody else in the country had for my Mack. Over night delivery, in addition to cheaper for the part I was going to have to wait a month for elsewhere. Going here again.

Giving 5 starts for now. Best prices around on high pressure fuel pumps, egr valves and coolers. Easy pick up. Not sure about quality of product yet but will update if no good

2 failed high pressure pumps and getting a replacement was like having teeth pulled. Billing issue as well; I still have unanswered questions and emails. TERRIBLE customer service!
