The driver was very nice, professional and knew well how to do his job.We told USAA we didn't need a battery jump, but it ended up we did in order for him to put it in neutral to load it on his tow truck. Thank God the driver came prepared and was able to jump start. He also determined it was a bad alternator. He was 100% correct.Thank you for the excellent service!

My tire was flat this morning they fixed it this is a picture of my flat tire. They got it done in a timely manner I didn t have to wait long at all I felt refreshed when I left it can be rough on a woman when things like this happens at 530 in the morning but they made me feel better.

I own a 1991 M923A2/5ton military truck that recently had fuel issues & broke down while I was driving. My roadside assistance insurance contacted Chris's Auto Towing to recovery my truck & take it to a local diesel repair shop. Military trucks are complicated to make it simple, but Chris & his crew were able to get to towed to Diesel Specialists. I had a flat tire and was alone. I ended up not needing them to come because several people stopped to help but the towing company was the nicest I have ever seen. They gave me information about tire over the phone and told me to just call them right back if I needed them and they would come help with the tire, towing or whatever needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone. Very nice and professional.Service: Tire change

This is a wonderful and friendly company, if you ever need them for anything. Both of my vehicles were bogged down in my yard and the mechanic reassured me that he can get both vehicles out and he did. The mechanic was very nice and polite and we had the most friendly conversations and most of all.....he loved what he does. It's hard to find mechanics like that nowadays. NO ONE BETTER!!!!!Chris s Auto is absolutely amazing & they take pride in delivering great Customer Service. I have used them in the past and they DO NOT DISAPPOINT. Trying to maneuver a dirt road with large deep potholes, I ended up with the right front tire of my truck in a ditch. I called, the gentleman told me when the driver would arrive. Received a call from the driver, Joe, super nice, friendly, & professional, almost made me forget my predicament. He arrived when he said he would, assessed the situation, performed winch-out, had my truck out in less than 5 minutes. I won t tell you who not to use. But if you want the job done in a timely manner, and done CORRECTLY, USE CHRIS S AUTO.

When you have an automobile breakdown like we experienced and find a firm like this, no words can explain just how honorable they are. My right front tire on my 2020 Lincoln blew out when I hit a pot hole near my home. They were great! Kept us apprised of when they d be at our home to tow our car to the dealership. USAA sent Chris's Auto/Towing when my car wouldn't start. Chris was great at making arrangements to get Florence Toyota to hold their gates open for him to be able to tow my car in after they closed. My car quit at christmas time and was not not able to be fixed to bring home. I was able to use my roadside assitance who contacted Chris' Auto Towing and they were there within 30 mins. Even around holidays they were extermly fast. The driver called me several times to keep me informed of everything that was going on. He brought the car to my house and left it excatly where I asked him to. This is a great company.Service: Car towing

I used Chris Towing company to haul my vehicle and they are absolutely the best! My driver was very professional and courteous. His name is Clint Meredith. If you every have to use this company better hope you get him. He deserves a raise or bonus! It is so hard to get good people to work these days especially in this time of days..I was very pleased with the service they provided.A++++.
