I was able to stop in at Quality and had the pleasure of being assisted by both Tyler and Chris. Both of whom were very dedicated and helpful professionals. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and all of my expectations were met. Definitely recommend either of them to anyone looking to get into an exceptional car at a rate they can expect to be the same.

I bought a SUV from Quality Auto back in 2013 and over the years and Im still driving my SUV but i wanted a car and I was skeptical about purchasing another vehicle but today I did a thing at Quality Auto Sales and I want to Thank Chris Day for all his help he was great in helping me!!! This was the BEST car buying experience ever. Staff is very friendly. Scarlett was very patient and helpful throughout this process, she s the best! I recommend anyone to them especially if you want to work on building your credit.

I m highly disappointed with this place. I purchased a car from Scarlett at Quality Auto Sales back on December 5, 2023. As of today I still do not have my title or tag and it s been well over 45 days. I expressed to the manager I didn t feel comfortable riding around with an expired tag and asked him if he could at least give me another 45 day temporary tag. He told me that was illegal. A few days later, he called me and asked me to come up there and pick up another 45 day temporary tag. So I m not really sure about that but anyway. Quality is telling me they have done everything they are supposed to do. They said the DMV got a new system at the beginning of the year and my stuff didn t transfer over or whatever. I just feel like I m getting the runaround and I m quite upset about it.

We were in a desperate situation and needed a vehicle fast! We tried EVERYTHING to get into a vehicle and nothing was working! A friend of ours sent us Scarlett Caddell at Quality Sales and they got us into a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox!!! We are so very grateful!! The stag is all super friendly and they can get you into a vehicle when no one else can!!! So make sure you go in and ASK FOR SCARLETT!

This was my first time visiting Quality Auto Sales & I must say this was my best experience ever. Mrs. Scarlett took great care of me when finding the vehicle that I wanted. Her service & knowledge was excellent. 10/10. I greatly appreciate her & the rest of the wonderful staff there. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I have used quality auto sales twice now, in 2021 and last month I bought my second car from them. I had literally looked for a new used vehicle for 26 days and of all the dealerships in Hartsville AND Florence because I made sure I did not rush myself and considered all options and by leaps and bounds quality auto sales has by far the best sales team and best vehicles/deals around! Everyone there is sincerely a pleasure to work with and be around and their whole team certainly goes out of their way to legitimately help you in any way possible! I highly recommend using them above anyone else around and I personally used Scarlett Cadell as my Saleslady both times and honestly She is the sweetest and kindest Salesperson in town!! She is extremely patient and knowledgeable and does not make you feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way and Scarlett has been a blessing to me along with All of their staff both times I ve been there! They are truly the best at what they do! Please don t pass them by and while you re there please ask for Scarlett! She won t let you down! A++ service

Absolutely recommend buying from this establishment! Chris Day in particular! Chris was absolutely wonderful. He saw the stress and budget we were working with and just jumped in head first to help in any way possible. We walked away with a wonderful deal and a car we feel very secure and stylish in. He kept reassuring us to please call if we need anything else or if we have any further questions even after the papers were signed! Was honestly the best experience at a dealership I have ever had and we were happy to stop our searching to give them the business due to the hospitality Chris showed.Highly recommend them! Very friendly!

What a great experience it was to purchase my car from Quality Auto in Hartsville SC. Jason was just as friendly as you could ask for but so were the other salesmen and women. It was like buying a car from a family not a business. Strait up 5 stars plus again for Jason and the crew.

Good vehicle, good purchase experience. Murphy arranged everything needed for the sale of a commercial vehicle to our company. The leg work was completed over the phone so we were able to show up with a check the day we retrieved the vehicle. Nothing but positives.

If you want a car that falls apart within the first few months then this is the place for you ! You buy an extended warranty and still have to pay out of pocket for a manufacture part and Murphy just lies and doesn t know what he is selling you and and does not care. In less than 3 months the car has had several issues. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE and do not listen to Murphy.

The place to be the person to see are both found at quality auto sales in hartsville ! Her name is Scarlett upon entry to the show room she demonstrated excellent customer service! After my experience with Quality I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from anywhere else! The service was PHENOMENAL! I could go on for hours about the interaction alone. Please if you are interested in a vehicle with a great customer experience go to Quality!!!
