I had scheduled a front-end alignment with them. When I showed up I had replaced one of my front tires with the spare because the tire was bad. They informed me they felt that after I get the tires I might not even need the front end alignment and that I should do that first. Very honest of them instead of just doing the front end alignment and charging me. I will be returning.

My wife starter went out as they were installing a battery. They had her car, with the new starter sitting on the seat to Kidd's auto repair. They gave her a ride home after that. Well done and thanks

Friendly staff and great customer service made my visit unforgettable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like I was the only customer they had even though they were extremely busy. Also remember to go by the feed and seed store next door. They have a great selection of ammo and they actually have some in stocks! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Everytime I go get my oil changed its a different price every time. Today it went up $11 more than usual for "oil prices going up." I use the same oil all the time! Plus, the day before I went for the oil change, my windshield washer fluid was out. I filled it completely up and overflowing. Northside marked on the paper that they put in "1 gallon." Not even true. It was already slam full and couldn't hold a gallon.

I think the world of these guys. I have been going to them for 2-3 years and I always have a great experience. As a single woman, I feel like they look out for me like they would their wife or mother. They fix what needs to be fixed, don't charge me for what doesn't need to be done, and are always prompt.

I was there yesterday to order 4 new tires for my SUV. I met the owner Tommy...He couldn't smile, he was about a friendly as a rattlesnake...I tried hard to deal with the man as quickly as possible.I told him I was hearing impaired and don't do phones, so if I could text him in case anything happens or to find out if they have the tires in the morning. He quickly snapped at me and said, "I DON"T TEXT". I said back to him, "I CAN"T HEAR ON A PHONE". note: (I learned how to text and e-mail in my early 60's). He was an older man and he doesn't text his customers b/c he chooses NOT to learn how to do so.So, b/c I needed new tires, the tires were ordered. I was there this morning. He proceeded to continue to be very "RUDE" to me. I asked about the guarantee on the tires and how many miles they were for. Again in a aggravated tone he mumbled out the answer. Then he rudely snapped, "WE DON'T GUARANTEE TIRES". "I SAID "THE MANUFACTURER DOES, DO YOU HAVE THAT INFO FOR ME IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE TIRES?" He handed me a paper with the name of the tires and the company phone number on the bottom.When it was time to see the total price I asked to see the paper so I wouldn't misunderstand what he was showing me and I took the paper and was looking at the paper to see the info when he abruptly "GRABBED" the paper out of my hand and said, "what are you looking at?" I said "I wanted to make sure of the numbers. You must think b/c I can't hear well and am a woman that I am stupid, but you are so wrong."After the tires were mounted and before I left or handed the other man the cash for the 4 tires, I said to this man "Have you been RUDE all your life"? He replied "ONLY TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU"!!! I wasn't ever rude to the man. I was trying hard to tolerate him. I told him "I will NEVER EVER spend another penny in this place, this is it, and I am the customer, and you don't appreciate that, you are the most rude human I've met in South Carolina"...He walked closer to me (he was behind the counter) and started saying something and I just looked ahead and said, "I AM DONE, DO NOT TALK TO ME ANYMORE, GET OUT OF MY FACE".I paid the cash money to the man that was only working there, who was NOT RUDE and seemed nice enough, and he gave me my receipt. I thanked him, and he nodded his head and I left.When outside I saw one of his other workers and I asked this man, "Do you work here" and the man said, "I do". I asked if the older man inside was the owner and he rolled his eyes around and said that he was..."I said he is a difficult man to deal with, so rude to his customers that are giving him their business", and the man said, "Yes mam, I know." I said, "I don't know how anybody works for that man". And the man looked sad and said to me, "It's not easy."I was wondering what was going on, but apparently it was this owner all along that has a personality problem. He was RUDE, GRUMPY, UNAPPRECIATIVE as well as discriminating about my hearing issue. He didn't know how to deal well with the customer at all, especially a woman who was hearing impaired and disabled at that. I was in a scooter.That was my experience today!!! He doesn't deserve anybody's business!!! He will be reported to the BBB and the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE in Hartsville, S.C.

Love going here. I always get top notch service, from the guys. Tire purchases are made easy. I don't buy my tires from anywhere else.

Good shop techs who won't BS you about what actually needs fixing. Went recently to get tires changed. Tire sensors still aren't working and they won't fix.
