In July 2007, my family and I were traveling to Myrtle Beach when our vehicle broke down at a gas station. A gentleman walked up to us to assist . He provided Mr. McDonald's contact number to us. The next day, we reached out to him and immediately he towed our car and ordered parts to repair our car. He also gave us his white Navigator (SUV) to drive at no charge so that we could continue on our way and enjoy our vacation. On our destination, God blessed us to meet this Angel to protect our family and we can't thank him enough. We continue to speak highly of Mr. McDonald and his kindness that he displayed to us. Hopefully, one day soon, we can stop by his business and bless him! Thank you so much Mr. McDonald-Terry Adams and family.

Great prompt service and when I had a follow up problem over 30 days later they honored warranty and fixed a problem thar may not have been there issue. Will continue to give all my business to them

I cannot express in words how kind and totally awesome James and his son are! Great, fast service! James always answers the phone and goes above and beyond, ALWAYS! I took my vehicle in after hours on a Tuesday and he brought it to me the next day around 3:00pm fixed and looking good. Exceptional service. He also has a tow service if you are even in need.

James McDonald is not only a great mechanic but he s a great man. You won t find a better mechanic or a better person. He will get your car fixed as fast and as cost effective as possible. He also has a towing service if you need it. When my brother got in a wreck we called him and he beat us to the scene and we were already on the way when we called. The McDonalds are my go to auto repair. No complaints and if I did have any I know Mr. James would make it right.

Took my car there for service and got it back days later with the same problems. After taking it back to James several times and getting it back he finally admitted that he didn t perform the service that he charged me for and that he also put on my receipt that he did!!! To top it off he disconnected my check engine light so that I d think he fixed the problem. Upon talking to others he has been doing this for years and he is very unapologetic about it. He was very unprofessional and rude and would not give me my money back! I would not recommend anyone take their car to this place!

This is the only place I will take my cars to. They are very nice to there customers, decent prices that I can afford. They will have your car up and running in no time most definitely recommended McDonald's for your car doctor..

It's family operated and these guys are so nice and helpful and they don't cheat you as a matter of fact sometimes I think they go almost break even so yeah they don't swindle anybody I love knowing I can depend on somebody
