Troy was awesome. No pressure, but very knowledgable and helpful. He made the whole purchase easy and they are very straightforward on pricing. We were having the truck delivered and Rodney was very accommodating on a Friday afternoon to make sure we could work it out. We will definitely go back to them in the future!

I just bought a Ford F-150 from them and they helped my Grandson get financing on a Nissan Frontier, Easy process and Troy was great to deal with, He was straight up and honest with us , I highly recommend M and M Auto sales in Hartsville, SC

horrible experience bought a chevy equinox from her timing belt was messed up flywheel and the transmission was bad had it for 1 days and gave out on me i let them know but they tried to blame me for not putting gas in it acted like they where gonna fix the issues but never did after that it was too late to do anything with it now here i am with a car that doesn t work at all paying it off still just a young mom trying to provide for her daughter but people just like to take advantage of young people totally do not recommend this place at all take your business somewhere else and don t waste you money now i m having to pay 8,000 dollars to fix a transmission. good lesson learnt though never again will i buy from troy.

My husband and I have bought 2 cars and about to purchase another car from them. They are kind, easy to work with, and understanding! I cant wait to get our 3rd car from them. We are actually from hartsville and deal with them a lot so they will keep getting our business and we will recommend them to anyone. Troy from the office is excellent at his job and Rodney is honest about his cars!!

Made a purchase here recently. Troy was just awesome, hands down . He really knows his stuff. The process was easy, they sell good cars in good condition. No funny business. If you bought a car from M&M, you made a good decision that day!

I love my jeep I got from them this week. . They re helpful in many ways. Didn t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured into a car. 10 out of 10 will recommend! Thank y all again. Will be back for our next car or suv.

This place is horrible. I brought a 2015 Chrysler 200 and a week later the car started running hot. The owner of the Bishopville store, Troy, met my sister and gave her another car to drive. Took them a couple of days to give me the car back. They said that the hose blew because my sister drove the car too long. I asked why did the car run hot and they blamed it on the hose which I knew was not the case. My dad knows a good bit about cars and he told me that the hose blew to keep from blowing a head gasket. They gave me the car back and that same night the car was running funny. I called but couldn't get in contact with anyone. The car stopped on me as I was trying to take it back to them. They kept the car for a couple of weeks and when they gave it back, the car still wasn't running right. They gave me the car back a few times and each time something was wrong with the engine. Finally I asked for my money back and Rodney got bitter. Tried to tell me that this wasn't how you do business. Then to make matters worst, the bank sent my payment refund to M&M and he tried to tell me that he was going to keep my refund to fix the car. That was after he took $100 of my down payment for the deductible. It took everything in me not to be rude to this man. He thought that I was stupid enough to believe that the check was made payable to the both of us. However, he didn't realize that I worked in a financial setting for quite sometime. The check was actually made payable to me in c/o m&m Auto sales. Idk if he ever got anyone else with that lie but if he did, go get your money back. Rodney is a crook. I wish I would have worked with Troy from the start.

I ve purchased a car from M&M Auto Sales Hartsville and can t say enough good things. The entire staff goes out of their way to make anything and everything right. As well, you are dealing with honest and caring people that do the right thing. A+++++

My son and I had a wonderful experience here after a major dealership tried to snow us. Troy and Joey were extremely knowledgable and professional. My kids are very excited about driving their "new" 2005 Chevy Malibu.

M&M is a wonderful family owned business with lots of great options! They have a variety of cars, trucks, suvs, and a lot of other items as well. No matter your price range they will find something perfect for you and your family!

Extremely rude remarks to me and my wife. Never go here.Okay, update. Got multiple phone calls from owner telling me to take my "fake" review down. How did you get my phone number!!?! You're disgusting. Don't dare share an experience from this place! Got me worried about what else they'll do.

Bought a 2016 car, they repeatedly lied about fixing whatever was wrong with my check engine lights, I had some type of valve leak. After 5 hours of waiting( said they only had two mechanics come in, even though it was a Tuesday), the check engine light was off(thankfully). I thought I was fine. 15 minutes down the road, light comes back on and the original problem( idling high and air getting into the system through a hose causing it to skip while idling and accelerating) is worse than ever. I went back and they begrudgingly looked at it again and said "It does that sometimes" that was nearly month ago, I still have the same problems and now it's running hot. My warranty expires in a few days and they straight up refuse to look at it again. So thanks for the lemon! Wouldnt recommend this secondrate excuse for a used car dealership to anyone. (The "owner" was yelling at his teenaged son most of the time. Not awkward at all) Nice and funny in the beginning but a week before that warranty expires, they act like I'm stupid, trying to take advantage. I know little about carsso of course they exploit that. Bravo! What a way to do business.They've got your money. Smh. Great job!!!! Look any where else !!!

I bought a truck and was very skeptical about rust that I saw underneath the truck. I m not an expert but I continually asked the 2 men working about if it would cause any issues. They stated no and that it was a vehicle they would sell to their own family. Took it to my mechanic a few days later who informed me that the truck was so rusted underneath that it was no good and a waste of money. Not to mention had issues within days of buying the truck.

Had a wonderful experience pirchasing my new car here Rodney made it quick and simple for me and he definitely gies above and beyond to make sure you understand everything and that the vehicle is in tip top shape i am so thankful for this experience definitely made my car buying experience worry free I would recomend this lot to anyone who asks me

I bought an 02 2500 cummins from Troy he opened up on a Sunday for me and my wife to come and look at this truck had it seince jan 2021 and only thing had to do was change the motor out on the drive side window which is going to happen I love this truck im a cummins fan any ways but rhis truck is reliable and a good workhorse which I needed thanks Troy for your time

If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that. Take your money to a business ran by some folks with some decency and integrity. The 2.5 average speaks for itself though.
