Mr Robert G gave excellent service checked my battery I asked him to thank goodness but without being asked because tahoe talks to me he checked oil..there was none after his putting 2quartz n she is a happer truck and so am I.

Employees are great. Manager (a few months back maybe changed by now?) had his head up his you know where. tHiS iS mY StORe - ok guy.Loved coming here until that dude showed up. Won t be back.

Very good experience with them.They tried every store within 75 miles they realized I was in a bind and bent over backwards for me.They actually called outside the Advance auto to help me find a hard to get part.Auto Zone had the major part so I went back and bought the extras from Advance.I appreciate the kindness and the outreach this company shared. They have earned so much respect by this gesture.Please visit here if you need anything.Thank you staff!

I would honestly give this place zero stars if it weren t for the singular employee by the name of Lexi who committed to helping us. The other employee by the name of John was disrespectful, rude, uneducated and uninterested in helping us. He was also extremely rude to the other employee as if she hadn t been the only person helping us. My girlfriend and I arrived at around 7pm looking to get her battery tested and changed. The battery was indeed bad and Lexi sold us a new one that she suggested for us. After beginning to remove the old battery, Lexi was having some trouble after working entirely by herself on the project for the better part of an hour. John came out and was obviously annoyed that she needed help and began mouthing off to my girlfriend. He said that he wouldn t be able to perform the battery installation, after we had been sold the battery and told it could be installed. John was rude and inconsiderate when talking to my girlfriend and unhelpful when it came to the actual installation. My girlfriend and I had to remove the battery from the car ourselves because he said it could not be done. A complete stranger finished our installation while John watched and smoked a cigarette. I will not be returning to this location. You re better off watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself than coming to this store.

Visited Sandhills wildlife refuge and got a flat tire. Went in the advanced part store for a quick fix before going to the dealer. Great service and friendly staff. Will actually took an extra mile to help me out to lent me his air pump so I don t have to drive around to find a gas station with air service during holiday. It was really shown a Small town with loving each other environment like yesterday. Thank you Will for your help today!

Everybody was very nice attentive and helpful. We were able to walk right up to the desk guitar brake pads and check out within minutes. The store was very clean and well-stocked and had enough Associates to assist the customers.

I'm only giving it two stars because the young salesman was nice and very apologetic for their service. Manager today was useless. The store was extremely busy and the only thing she dud was took a long break instead of being a team player. Poor management.

My experience was phenomenal! Customer service from Brian was like none other. Courteous and just a people person. I wish we could bring him to Bishopville, sc! I was able to get the right part with ease.

Went there after being at a Jeep dealership to get some recall issues done.Because I had a check engine light come on while there I asked if they would check it for me.They wanted to charge me $150 to do what Advance Auto did for free!'Nuff said...

As always, my experience was good. This time it was even better. They started a rebate, giving money back after spending a certain amount, so my purchase was half of what it would have been otherwise.

Jack the store manager and hunter made it a good experience very helpful knowledgeable and down to earth they over did they job in my eyes they deserve a raise hope they always be there anytime I come because I will definitely be back

Always helpful and friendly at this location. They are always willing to talk with you about the best parts for your vehicle or search their inventory if they don't have what you would like. Advanced Auto is great in general but this locations employees have always been wonderful.

I just spent time at Advance Auto Parts. The staff were extremely helpful. They went way above and beyond what should have been reasonably expected to help me with the parts I needed. I am a long time customer of this particular store location.

The best!! You can call ahead and they will pull your items so you can check out faster. As long as they are not swamped. Great prices and will always help with what you might think are silly questions.

Well, I walked straight in and picked up a container of oil and went straight to the register to pay for it. There were two registers open. There were two people ahead of me in line I was in and two in the other line. I had to stand in line for "Forty Minutes" before I was I was at the register. I have a very bad back with nerve damage that runs from my back, through my hip and down my leg. I nearly fell on two occasions while standing there waiting. And, the man which was being helped on the other register when I first came in, was "Still" being helped by the person operating that register " after I had gotten in my truck. And now to mention that three people "two men and one lady" put what they had down and Left. Everything I just wrote is the Truth, and what I'm about to say is also the Truth. This has happened more times than are comfortable. This should not be ignored just because management does not want to hire enough people to take care of your customers, or whatever the reason is. There are too many Auto Stores in Hartsville. NOW, I do want to say, I know most of the employees who work there and they are Good people, they are very Helpful and they Are very Good Employees with good Attitudes. With the exception of a couple, which are short, rude and have Bad Attitudes. In Short, from what I see, you just Don't Have Enough Employees to Take Care of Your Customers. I have been coming there every since that store has been open and I like the people. But, I Can Not and Will Not continue to wait 'Stand in a line very long' much longer. It's kinda like what two of three of those people said while they walked out, I can go to somewhere else before I'll get out of here. The other one said He didn't have to stand there all day, he could go to O'Riley's. I would rather continue to shop at Advance. Will you , whoever you are that can make common sense decisions, Help Your Customers out. Please, I like your Employees, make it easier and less painful for me to spend my (our) hard earned money with Advance. Thank you.

Hire someone to answer the phone and not make the customers stand there and wait while you on the phone with someone to lazy to come to the store. Besides, they're coming your store anyway. Why? Because everything is 1 to 2 days to get and Auto Zone will have in stock and cheaper.

I mainly order my parts from Advance online using promo codes. It helps if you're budget minded like myself. However, I DO NOT appreciate condescending attitudes. I simply asked to have them use their scan tool to pull trouble codes. He asked if the check engine light is on. I explained it's on, but the bulb is out. "Well how do you know if it's on?" I further explained it sputtered intermittently so, obviously it will show a trouble code. "Well I can't do anything unless I see the check engine light is on." Question? Would it have hurt to simply plug in the tool anyway? Nope, I was simply brushed aside and treated like an idiot. So, lesson learned. I will purchase a scan tool from Harbor Freight and order quality Mopar parts from Amazon.

Employees are not very knowledgeable about things at times. I ordered off line and had already paid but they were still trying to charge me. Also when I got home I was missing a part I had ordered had to go back with no apologies.
