Act like a scummers. There was air leak at the truck and we decide to call road service. Driver figure that out and problem was with main hose, which comes from air compressor to tank. Mechanic arrived without approval and make diagnose it about 3 hours, disassembled a lot of parts, which shouldn't be. For replacing it they try to charge me 13 hundred dollars. Please be careful with them.

The best dealership I have ever been too in my 14year of driving the entire staff was overly nice you can actually tell the Mechanics enjoy their job Chris was the mechanic that worked on my truck he was super cool he took the time to explain to me detail by detail what was going on with my truck And they did not try to rape me on the bill this is definitely my new dealership even though I stay in Atlanta Georgia and drive a Kenworth I ll be back

I had a great experience here with the friendly and proficient staff at Peterbilt-Charleston. Everyone was concerned with my issue even if they were not directly working on my truck . Tina helped me find a place to stay while my truck was being worked on and kept me well informed of it s status. Zachary is a tech genius! His expertise is unmatched! He was able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair my issue in a timely manner. I will definitely go here again!!

Always my first call for parts. They go above and beyond to make sure you get quality parts at reasonable prices. Brian has the knowledge and skills to answer any questions and if he doesn t know he will get back to you with answers and options. It s a pleasure doing business here!

The staff was friendly as well as the mechanics. Come down to pick my rig up & 1 of the ladies from the office come out 2 check on me because my hood was up. Fixed the miner problem I had ATM & even took the time out to find other issues that may have had me stranded on the side of the road. I am greatful that they have taken the time out to help insure my safety otr

Hands down the best peterbilt anywhere in the country. They are very reasonable on prices and very very friendly staff. They will go out of their way to help in any way they can. Customer service is their top priority. Walmart and AT&T need to take notice. I will definitely be back!

I buy parts from this location. I must admit they have very good customer service . Makes you come back. I went to the Columbia SC Peterbilt and both times they where always on the phone a long time. I was told somebody will be with me and 30mins later I was still standing there no customers waiting. 2nd visit after 30 mins of waiting with no customers there I just left. If you call them they will answer.

Great place to have your equipment worked on the mechanics are very knowledgeable and talented. Hands down the best shop I've had work down at and would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Excellent attention and professionalism in this workshop, very prepared girls work in the office and Kim has a charming treatment, fast mechanics, across the street you will have a motel, where to stay if you need, this workshop is a good option.

Definitely would not recommend this shop.Took my truck to shop on 6/25 for a check engine light issue, took them 3wks to have it taken care of because the excuse was they were short staffed, they claimed the DOC/DPF needed cleaning, got back truck from the shop Jul 19th with a $2,800 invoice, truck ran for 1wk and went back back in the shop for the same check engine light issue july 30th. I've been given the run around no one communicated with me unless I called out to them or call headquarters. Apparently they claimed they could not find the issue until yesterday when they claimed one of the mechanics found a bottle of seafoam so they determined that the seafoam had damaged the DOC and it would cost approx $5,700 to replace. I told them clearly do not do anything to the truck I'm coming to get it. Go to get the truck this morning and magically they hit me with a bill for all kinds of parts and gaskets that they went ahead and changed. Throughout the whole entire time it was never communicated to met that they had to change parts because they could not give me a clear diagnosis now all of a sudden they had to change the doser injector, the gaskets etc.... This whole ordeal is very disappointing and has lead me to believe that this workshops has some very unscrupulous practices. If I should take my truck and get it inspected to verify that the parts they claimed they changed has been changed, I hope that it proves to be true because I cannot believe that a workshop that has all my contact information would take it upon themself to decide they are going to change parts on my truck right after I told them not to do anything to my truck because I'm coming to get it. Nowhere in the conversation for an entire 2wks did they say to me that they changed parts. That was a very shady practice and I wish I could give them 0 stars.

I would not recommend dealing with the manager scott..Brought my truck in for small repairs...when i got it back, lights on my dash was on....Told him about it an he tried to lie an said they had been on.....After i brought it to his attention the paperwork....he changed an said i needed a harness....Even though i had paid them 500$ that they took to revolve the issue...but never did..

The 389 Pete that I drive showed a code, They got me in on the same day , replaced the sensor and was on my way!!! Everyone was friendly helpful!!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!
