The O.C. Welch Ford quick lane manager was nice.But unfortunately I believe we got a new tech that has zero clue what he is doing.We got the works service. The oil was all over every component we could see under the vehicle!!So we wiped it down as much as we could because it was leaking on the concrete at the RV resort we are staying at!I called the manager just to share that it happened. He had us go back the next day.Again the manager was nice and told us they would checked the levels to be sure we had the correct amount of oil and they washed underneath the truck.After leaving there we went to the carwash.The next morning it still had oil coming from somewhere!We could only assume the guy spilt it everywhere cause there s that much oil we are seeing!Now we tow a RV and are leaving the area so we checked the tires like we just did a few days before the Ford service and WELL he put the tire pressure 20 pounds OVER what the door tag says!!!What a disaster!!!!I would expect this from a jiffy lube not a ford dealership.

Without having to type out a novel.. I just want to say that we started of with a truly awful experience. Lots of back and forth from the advisor working with us. Even when my husband would stop into the service department to speak with him, he wasn't helpful and was often times combative. He told one of the supervisors that my husband was a liar--even with him standing right there. Finally the service director stepped in, and was able to resolve an ongoing 4 month the issue within a day. He was able to balance out the over all experience and we are truly grateful for him. Its been a long 4 months without our vehicle, but we are glad to finally have it back in our driveway. Mr. O.C. Welch, thank you for having someone like Brent on your team!

Went in for an oil change today. Last time I was there were no such thing as an appointment, I called 2 days ago and no appointments. Today my walk in time is going to be at least 4 hours because there are appointments in front of me. Whe I asked how can I make an appointment I was told a 3rd party was making them. I feel bad for the service department. Not enough staff and obviously over booked. Since I've prepaid for oil changes I'm kinda stuck. I'll update if it looks worse.

OC Welch quick lane is excellent again! You need to make an appointment for an oil change now, but that s fine by me. I arrived, turned over my keys, and waited in the little Caf�. In and out=1 hour. The difference is Michael (the new Quick Lane manager), he is organized, polite, and professional. The mechanics took care of my vehicle, thank you.(I bought six cars over the past 22 years from OC the quality, loyalty, and respectability has nose-dived over the past several years Michael Anderson made me feel like a valued customer again.)Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Wheel alignment, Oil change

DeAndre was great!!! From the beginning to the end he helped me with service for my vehicle. Although the techs weren t able to get to it the same day he was able to keep me informed on what was going on. He mentioned he was new but his customer service skills are awesome! Keep up the good work.

Brought my F150 in for an oil change/rotation. After service was performed I noticed greasy fingerprints on the hood and quarter panel. I was running late for an appointment so I didn't go back inside and wiped the grease off myself with a cleaner. Called the quick lane mgr. A few days later he returned my call. I explained the issue and said 'it wasn't a big deal, that I was just disappointed'. He offered a free oil change next time I came in. THANK YOU. Came in for my next oil change and didn't get my free service, just a token reduction that I didn't understand so I wanted to talk to the mgr. He wasn't in the office so I called him (V/M) to get clarification. Never called me back.Customer Service is the primary element that separates service centers. Two dollars here or there is marginally important. I guess I'll take my truck elsewhere.

Completed the service in the time quoted. Quick Lane doesn t mean they re going to get it done in 30 minutes like some quick lube places but it s nice that it s walk up and only took around 90 minutes. Had to have them double check tire pressures before leaving, but that s a problem I ve had with multiple Ford service departments with my vehicle.

I have bought 3 F-150 King Ranch trucks from OC Welch. They are quick with their sales and awful with their service. I needed a regular servicing of my current truck. I went to the "Quick Lane" on a Monday and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I asked when would be a better time with less of a wait. They said Wednesday would be better. So, woke up at 5am to be at the "quick lane" service center. Got there at 7:15 am. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. This is poor customer service. The quick lane is nowhere near quick. And whenever I request a loaner car, the customer service representative acts like I am asking to use her personal car!. The service department strongly lacks good customer care. I will NOT be buying my next car from OC Welch. They cannot back their sales with good customer care.

Terrible visit. If I could give a 0 I would. Where do I begin? There was a new hire training which wasn't the problem.The problem was the other young lady sitting and twiddling her thumbs instead of helping the other young lady play catch up.Bad form on her part. You have at least 3 customer present and waiting to be attended to.Next I get my car back and it has the smell of smoke in my car and I AM NOT A SMOKER. Again the worst serviceThis IS NOT the place to take your car if you value your care or time.

Never had a bad experience in the past. If you re a walk-in expect to wait hours. I ve called all throughout the week to schedule an appointment with no answer; even called the parts department as I thought I had the wrong number, they transferred me but still no answer. Perhaps a result of COVID repercussions in the workforce?

We've dealt with the O.C. Welch dealership since moving here in 2011. They have provided great service for our vehicles. John Evans has been very helpful when we've leased each of our Lincoln's.

ac malfunction twice and then corrected it self so because of it working correctly now the service advisor felt there was nothing they can do. this communication could of been told to me when I originally called as I told them that this happened twice and again corrected itself when i made the appt instead of driving about 40 miles for a wasted trip.

7 1/2 hrs wait for a oil change on a diesel Ford truck. And I made a appointment the prior week. Their excuse was there were customers before me. But I made the appointment at 8 am Monday morning. Just plain bad service.

I have been calling and leaving voicemails to schedule an oil change for my car for over a week - no one has yet to pick up the phone from Quick Lane OR call me back. I'll take that as my sign to never go here.

Steve Cummins, Service Director is awesome. He has assisted me several times with questions or concerns. He has always given me a satisfactorily outcome and left me feeling he did all he could in my favor. The OC Welch Service Department is great. The employees are great and Steve Cummins is a wonderful department head.

Quick lane was not "quick" but management remedied the situation.Today I stopped in for routine maintenance. The completion time I was told came and went. Although it took me longer than I expected, I learned something important about O. C. Welch Ford and that is why I am writing this review.I voiced my displeasure with Chip Welch, General Manager. He listened, no excuses, only an offer to try to fix my problem. Next thing I know, Steve Cummins, Service Manager, appeared and offered his assistance. Founder O. C. Welch then appeared. They all wanted to make things right. I wasn't happy about the extra wait but wanted to recognize the commitment to customer satisfaction.Challenges are inevitable. The way we respond to those challenges is what differentiates companies that you want to do business with.

Very efficient and clean location! Nancy Andrews in the Service department is amazing friendly, personavle and professional. Very good communication, and upfront about all aspects of service and fees nothing left to guess about. I highly recommend this Ford location!

Worst customer service. This place is beyond ridiculous. Two days of not answering phone calls or returning them. Told me my vehicle would be done same day and they didn't start it until after 4 to fix multiple recall issues, the ford death wobble and 30,000 mile service. I will never use them again. This place is called "Quick" Lane. It is not quick. Every time I go here it take over 2 hours for them to change my oil. If you can avoid going here dont go!

Incompetence in the garage, 3 hour oil change. Claimed my tire couldn't be patched when the nail was dead center in tread. Never again will I trust OC welch's quick lane.
