Recently I purchased an Audi A5 Cabriolet from Jaguar/Land Rover, Hilton Head. I have never given all levels of a car dealership a 5 Star rating, until now. Rachel and Kenneth, my Sales Representatives were helpful, attentive and non-pushy. Jim the Dealership Manger as well as John, the man who handled all of the paperwork, uniformly helped my process to smoothly go forward. Thank to you all!!

From start to finish The team at Hilton Head Jaguar/Range Rover were phenomenal!!! My sales professional (Britta) was engaged in the sale and always kept me abreast of what stage of the process we were in. Sales Manager(Jim) made himself available and took the time to explain what he looked for in my trade in. He even went over and beyond with my trade ins. Extremely courteous and professional were they both. I m already thinking about purchasing another car from them in the very near future

Everybody I spoke to and worked with during my buying process was so helpful and kind. I worked with Britta the sales agent, Paul the general manager and John in finance. I felt like they truly wanted to help me find something I wanted not what benefited them or the dealership. I would highly recommend working with these individuals. Britta in particular went above and beyond to make everything perfect and seamless. Thank you for making this process an easy one!!

Hi, it was time for an oil change on my car. I was greeted when I walked I the service area "Good morning, can I help you". Jordan helped me with kindness to get me signed in. He offered the complementary car wash and 10 point safety inspection. I did need extra service of course. I'm slow at having the maintance done. However everything was explained to me. Unfortunately this caused me extra wait time. The manager offered us a complementary lunch from subway. The service/ waiting area was clean, with coffee and snacks available. I'm very satisfied with Jaguar/Land Rover service.Thanks,Wanda

THIS IS A WARNING! I took my car to get repaired at this place. Everything went fine but once receiving my car back, their is a squeaky noise when I turn my steering wheel. I have been calling back since December to get this taken care of and none has been able to do that. Spoke with the service manager Steve and I was told, he would talk to the mechanic and call me back. It has now been a month and they refuse to call me back. If I could give a zero I would. I have been getting nothing but the run around for months. Please do not deal with these people. A couple of years ago, my sunroom glass broke, I took it to them to repair. A week after getting it back, the lining out of the top of ceiling started falling fy. They lied and said they had nothing to do with that. I had to end up paying out more money to get this repaired. I have made several calls to them and have told my husband that if we are involved in a bad accident from something they refuse to repair with my steering wheel, we are going to sue. I hate this dealership!!!!!!

It took 120 days to arrange for replacing low voltage batteries on my IPace electric car. This is common service issue. A message on my dashboard read "Brake Default." I learned from a Jaguar Internet forum that the 12 volt batteries had to be replaced.The first 30 days were wasted hoping for a return call from the service department. You can not speak to a live person, you can only leave a message that will never be returned.I drove 30 minutes to the dealer to make an appointment for service. The first available appointment was in 60 days. In 60 days, I left the car with the dealership for three days. After three days, the car had not been looked at, and by then the exhausted batteries had caused the brakes not to function safely. The next available appointment was in 30 days. After the 30 days I delivered the car for service the night before. The car was not looked at until the end of the day and not fixed, which was a Friday. The car could not be looked at until the following Tuesday. Consequently, I did not have use of the car for additional five days. On Tuesday, they finally replaced the batteries and car works fine. Replacing the batteries should have taken less than an hour.The Service manager and service coordinator were very helpful and hard working. There are obviously too few service technicians. The grapevine tells me the General Manager of dealership has no idea how to run the business. He can't attract talent, he berates the employees and his staff is under trained. He did not return my calls.Part of the decision for buying a car from a dealer includes confidence that the car will be expediently serviced. Some executive lodged in a white tower at Auto Nation needs to be replaced in order to attract a competent General Manager to run Hilton Head Jaguar.I ran businesses for 45 years. I had to do the same to maintain customers and cash flow. I rewarded my successful employees, I showed my appreciation for their work and paid them more than my competition. It's pretty simple.

This dealership surpassed my expectations. They were honest with what service was actually needed (what I thought was needed would have been thousands more), and the customer service was outstanding. Even the kind woman checking me in correctly assessed the issue I was having with a wire under the drivers seat causing a dash light to go on. I mean. Wow. The facility is top notch and everyone I encountered was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I ve been to Jaguar service centers before. This one is my favorite by far.

I recently bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra with help from Britta at Jaguar Land Rover. This was the second time I had been in to look at a car I had seen on their website. At our first meeting, when I expressed I didn t want to move forward with the car, Britta was very understanding and not at all pushy. She kept in contact but not in an excessive way. I left the dealer in my Elantra happy with the price and deal I received. Thank you Britta for making me feel welcomed in my first car buying experience!

I Have been nothing short of PLEASED with my 2018 Jaguar F Pace from Hilton Head Land Rover/ Jaguar Dealership from the time of purchase throughout service over the last almost 6 years. I am still in Love with this car and it's performance. However the reason I HAD to jump on here is to make sure I recognize one employee in particular for how she give us such superb customer service when we came in to have a recall service performed on the JAG about a week or so ago, Leslie at the service desk was extremely professional while we were there, she took care of all our needs and explained the recommendations to us in such details. I was truly impressed. Thank you Leslie for your outstanding service and keep up the EXCELLENT work.

Had an excellent buying experience at Hilton Head Jaguar! After having some bad experiences with a couple other car lots, this place was refreshing. They were nothing but friendly and welcoming. I mean I thought that s how it s supposed to be when buying a vehicle, but apparently not everyone operates that way! If you re in the market for a vehicle, this is definitely the place where you should look!

Leased a Range Rover Velar. Never considered a Range Rover before but the team was welcoming and we loved the look and drive of this vehicle! We're even ordering a F-type Jaguar Convertible to replace my gas guzzling large SUV! Our sales person Aleah was great, and Howard in service is amazing. Had a weird thing happen not 10 minutes after we left the lot but they quickly figured it out and we are good to go.

Had to stop in here after hitting one of the great state of South Carolinas many and wonderful pot holes that destroyed the rim on on my range rover. The guys in the service dept took great care of me and got me back on the road pretty quick. I had the whole family with me and they made sure we were all (including the dog)comfortable during our wait. The only thing I could complain about was the price but they done the best they could and that just comes with owning a range rover

I brought my brand new 2022 F Pace in because the check engine light was on. They determined that the catalytic converter was bad and would need to be replaced. They did not have the parts and informed me that I should not drive the car until they received the parts and could repair it. . Not clear to me who can get by without driving a car for a month so asked for a loaner. Leslie said they did not have one. I asked about my options. Still no help. I asked to see the service manager. In a meeting . I waited. Finally asked Leslie to have him call. She assured me that he would. Full day later I am still waiting for that call. I am not sure what happened to this dealership. I used to be so pleased there. Perhaps the new ownership. I require a loaner to get minimum requirements in my life accomplished since I cannot drive my brand new car. The idea that the Service Manager won t even call to discuss is u acceptable.Update: Here we go again. What has happened to this dealership. I previously owned a 2017 F-Pace that then Peacock Jaguar of Hilton Head serviced very well. Two significant changes have occurred since those times. First, AutoNation purchased the dealership. Second, Jon, the very professional service rep moved back to England. It s been horrible since. Allow me to detail my latest issue which only serves to underscore my previous experience that I detailed above.Two days ago, the engine warning light on my 2022 F-Pace SVR came on. About an hour later, a message came across the screen, add a quart of oil . This all seemed strangely familiar to the notices that I received when they had to change out my catalytic converter on a car that was several weeks old. It also seemed strange since I had very recently had an annual service completed at AutoNation Jaguar of Hilton Head.I called AutoNation Jaguar of Hilton Head first thing yesterday morning and detailed the issue to a representative who promised that I would receive a call back same day. Near closing time last evening I sent an email to Leslie Reyes the rep who has my car in her portfolio and copied the Service Manager, Steve Cloiko. In my email, I once again detailed the issue and AutoNation s stated commitment to get back to me. I specifically asked that Leslie call me to discuss the issue. Instead, Leslie responded with an email that said, that they could look at my car in 5 weeks on November 22nd. Felt like a take it or leave it . If it was running poorly, she recommended that I have it towed on 22 November to the dealership. I responded and requested again for a call as I had several questions the least of which was, is it safe to drive until then? .No call yet and I am guessing that one will not happen. Remember that the Service Manager was on these communications.I wasn t sure what to do so I took a chance and wrote a note to the Service Department at Baker Motors Jaguar near Charleston. Within an hour, David Korelitz, a service professional there called me. He listened to my issue and asked me to bring the car in any day that I could. I will drive it up today. What a difference.What happened to our Jaguar Dealership in Hilton Head Clearly the change in ownership to AutoNation and their leadership have affected this once terrific dealership.Baker Motors Jaguar thank you for your professionalism.

Based on the opportunity to get a rental and visit Hilton Head Island, the experience was personalized. It did not feel like a long day of waiting! The complimentary treats were an added bonus!
