I went through a third party vendor to purchase tires and the installation/mounting was supposed to be included. They stated this hell whole was a partner so I went with Franklin s Tire and Service to install my new tires. The owner was adamant that the customer pays the mounting fee and they don t receive money from the vendor. The owner is a liar and rude. if I knew what I know now I would have gotten the tires delivered to me and chose my own service provider. They also charge a 3% fee to use a debit card. Please go somewhere that respects your time and money.

I had heard good things about Franklin's from neighbors and friends. I stopped in because of a tire with a slow leak. I was greeted pleasantly by the young lady in the office. I waited about 10 minutes and was told they could check my tire. The technician found the problem quickly and repaired it just as fast. I was out within 15 minutes. I was impressed with their clean shop and good attitude. I'm sure I'll be back if I have tire issues or if i need vehicle repairs. I'd highly recommend their shop.

Highly recommended! We had a blow out on the interstate and were able to get to Franklin's. They had the new tire on and us back on the road quickly. Price was good and everyone was very friendly as well.

They were so friendly, and helpful! I don t know much about cars, but they made me feel comfortable with their service and explaining what their process is the entire time. They got the job done well in under 4 hours. Great work done too, 10/10 would recommend!

We were traveling home when our car broke a belt. After being referred to Franklin s these fine folks picked up our car on their rollback, transported it to their shop, secured a belt, and installed it and had us on our way home in 2 hours. They were courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. Definitely 5 stars.

We stopped here on our drive from Florida back to Massachusetts because we caught a staple in our tire sidewall - which precludes it from getting repaired- so we first tried the local WalMart car care center in Hardeeville; however, at 1;30pm on a Thursday it was closed and locked. We re-googled and found Franklins a short distance away. Not only were they friendly and helpful, they were also extremely professional and their price was totally reasonable. If you find yourself in need of any car care in this area save yourself time, money, and aggravation and go straight to these folks! Five Stars Plus!!!

Rude female and son, charge you .03% for using your credit card. Careful in dealing with this company, will also charge u stocking fees. Not customer friendly, would give them a 0 for how I was treated.

We stopped for a simple tire patch and were in and out within an hour. They told us the tire only needed a plug. The problem is that an hour of driving later that same tire was dropping to 20psi. We had to emergency stop at a tires plus and they told us that no plug or patch had been applied to the tire. This place charged us $20 and an hour of our time to simply refill a deflating tire with air.

Thanks so much for your help. They fixed our front brakes for a fair price. We were just driving through and they got us right in before the end of the day. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The owner worked with the staff and personally made sure we were back on the road quickly. Thanks for saving our trip to Florida.

Kind, friendly service! I was driving on 95 when my tire pressure light came on. I googled a tire shop and found Franklin's and I'm so glad I stopped there. They checked my tire pressure and filled my tires. They had me back on the road in no time! Thank you!

Although I think its polite to make an appointment, they've always been able to slide me in the day I call. They had tires for my car last minute and had me back on the road in about 10 minutes which was the fastest tire change I've ever seen. The staff is always polite and even let me bring my dog inside during an oil change. They adored her and often ask how shes doing every time I come in now. There's no other place I'd recommend!

Franklin and the staff were very professional and hospitable. My vehicle was fixed quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Franklin even picked me up after my car was finished because Uber was not available. If I was a local, this would be my mechanic.

Talked me into buying a set of tires I didn't really want didn't balance them correctly, and didn't clean the wheel before applying the wrong amount of weights. Would jar my teeth it would shack so bad. Blamed it on a bent rim. All the Hidden fees. Took to dealership 4 new tires problem solved.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst place to ever take your car, spent almost $2000 on valve cover, vacuum pump and 2 sensors. Just to take the car back in less than a week for him to say it needs a new engine. Really feel like I got scammed out of my money. Would not recommend for anyone to go here unless you wanna waste money.

We got a flat on I95 and my husband couldn t get the tire off the rim. We called Franklins and they had a truck there in 10 minutes. The driver was able to wrestle the tire off and he got our little donut tire on. We followed him to the shop and within seconds he had the tire patched. 28 minutes from phone call to back on the road! And reasonable!

This place was really wonderful to me. I got stuck in Hardeeville and they agreed to see me quickly Even though they were busy.It was a huge help because I was about to make an 8 hour drive.Very glad I came across this place!!!Lifesavers today!!

We lost a tire, bearing, brake, hub and in process damaged an axle of our double axle RV trailer. Lake Jasper RV Village gave us the name of Franklin Tire and Service. They saw us first thing in the morning, had us on the road in less than four hours with new axle and checked the other tires for bearing issues. And to top it off, they filled our 2 and 1/2 coolers with ice! Can t thank Franklin s enough for their service and speed and quality product.

I have been here multiple times for my car, and theyve always done me right. After having other shops screw me over, make me pay for things i didnt need, this shop is not like that. I even had the mechanic ride with me to make sure we were hearing the same issue i had a complaint about. I would definitely reccomend going here to anyone, the customer service is great, and they always get me out as fast as they possibly can. 10/10

I can't say enough good things about this company. We were in an accident two days before Christmas, on our way home from vacation and he really helped make a bad situation a little better. He brought all of our luggage to a nearby hotel and even helped us unload it and offered to give us a ride to get a rental car the next day. A genuinely nice person and a first class gentleman.

Fast and accurate diagnosis of my issue. I'm always weary of mechanics I don't know, but these guys seemed upright. If my mechanic (who gives me great deals) hadn't been within my AAA towing distance, I would have had Franklin's do the work. If you've got issues, this is the only place I would recommend in Hardeeville.

This is my auto repair shop. I have been using Franklin's for almost 20 plus years. These guys know my vehicles and they know how I like them. If you want to save money, and get real expertise in the automotive repair business this is the correct choice for you. Franklin does great work.

These guys do *not* mess around; that is the fastest I have ever had a tire changed on any vehicle in my life.Fast, friendly service at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Have gotten my car fixed a few times here which has been fairly nice but felt like my previous experience wasn't the best. Got overcharged on a diagnostic which was ridiculous to me. Doing future business currently up in the air as of now.

I would give zero stars or even negative if I could. The owner is rude and disrespectful. Toed my vehicle after car accident on 95. He expected me to get his payment from allstate was too lazy to call or send in an invoice. Claimed that handing an invoice to an adjuster was the way they build. He then told me he was going to keep my RV and add even more money to bill. What a pathetic way to treat a Disabled Veteran. Also, you cannot get hold of these guys. They do not answer phone they do not communicate with each other. It is not a professionaly run businee8. They are havks.

Took a nail in my right front tire and developed a slow leak. Stopped by Franklin's on my way home. 5 minutes later and just over 15 bucks I was on my way. Awesome, Thanks. I will be back when I need new tires!

I was on my way to see my granddaughter. She's a freshman at C of C. Wound up with a flat tire on 95 North. They took me right in, tried to fix it, but wound up having to replace it. Price wasn't out of line. Service was GREAT!
