Had a flat on 95, i put the spare on and found Butlers right off the interstate. The gentleman stopped what he was doing and quickly fixed our tire and put it back on for us. Excellent service, friendly employee, i wish i could remember his name. Highly recommend this garage for any services they provide.

This company is fantastic a very well run family business that cares about its clients. They picked us up on the side of the highway. I had my three kids with me and my transmission just had blown the owner and his sons couldn t do enough to help us out.So a big thank you to them. I will remember them every Christmas definitely will send them a gift every year.

After waiting for AAA on 95 South for 2 hours, we placed a call to Butlers. Within an hour, Frank came to pick us up. He noticed the issue immediately, a loose oil cap. When loading it up, he noticed an issue with a rear tire we wouldn't have seen. It was a gash in the back sidewall. The cap may have been a blessing in disguise as we may not have know until it was too late. They stayed open a few extra minutes to get us back on the road safely. From the ladies at the front desk, to the crew in the garage, this place is AWESOME!!! If they weren't 3.5 hours away, they'd be my go to shop. Thank y'all again!!

This place was wonderful! Traveling thru from out of state had a weird clunking noise. Called on a Sunday and the owner answered he was kind and polite. Told us to come in first thing Monday morning and we did and he had us out of there in less than an hour complete. He eased our mind on what was goi g on and the charge was very fair. Both myself and my husband work in the service industry and I am so glad we had this experience! Highly recommend if you are in the area and need any repairs done. Thank you so much for helping us!!

I called and made an appointment for 1pm (my lunch break) to have my car's ac checked because the girl in front told me it would be 30min to 40min to run a diagnostic test on it. I got there 10min till and sat and waited for an hour and a half just to be told in less than 5min that they could not work on my car. I don't understand what was the point in scheduling an appointment, when people were just driving in and out with service done like nothing. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME...!

My passenger airbag sensor wasn t working and I took my car in to be serviced at butlers. Ladies at the front were super kind and professional. I come to pick my car up a few days later due to the fact the part needed was not available and I would need to return and I noticed a large dent. I want to state first that I was always respectful, kind and was always extremely patient. I was accused of bringing my car in with the dent by the owner; I requested footage and after an hour or two we finally saw a box truck driven by his employee run into my car. We came to a deal of my car being repaired at a body shop and my tail light to be replaced. I made an appointment with the body shop. I returned my car to butlers a few days later and they repaired the air bag sensor. When I picked up my car I noticed the center cup holder frame was destroyed. It was located near the access for the sensor. I addressed the owner and was told that my car is old and that things will break; that the location of the damage wasn t close to what was repaired.( it was directly next to it). My tail light to this day was never repaired. It s been months; I ve been ignored. I ve gone in person and have been ignored. No respect, dishonesty and I m just all around super disappointed. This place caused me so much stress.

I brought my wheels in to get two tires mounted on them. After three hours of waiting for them to mount two tires on them there are scratches and a huge gash on the lip of my wheel. Owner claims that that did not happen but the damages were not there before owner also claims that they were the one working on the tire when another one of their employees brought it out to me telling me that they worked on it. 10 out of 10 would never recommend anyone to ever go to the shop. The wall also states that the customers matter and care about quality. Obviously not after the owner hung up on our phone call trying to resolve the issue I had after using their service. Lazy people do not recommend .. experience summarized (told off to go take my wheels off, brought them back off of the car, waited 3 hours after I was told that it would only take a minute, got my wheels damaged by them, rudely told off by one of the owners/managers that they didn t scratch it and they hung up on me) very professional .Service: Tires

our car broke down at the wee hour of morning last dec 27 and mr butler website shows that his auto service area is the first to open in that area .when i called mr butler assured us that his gonba help us .he help us thru that day and assured me we will be back in the road on same day with the help of his staff they were able to get the car and fixed our car until now our car us working in great condition thanks so much from the bottom of our hearts we arrived safely in our place thnk so much

Got over charged for work performed on car. Took advantage of people from out of state. Yes did get car fixed to go back on our traveling destination. So that we wouldn't sitting and days. Do homework while sitting there at shop. Such as parts from where they get it from and see difference.

My Marine son-in-law broke down on the way to Parris Island - late in the night. He was lucky to get the car to a safe location and a buddy pick him up. I called Butler first thing in the morning and Stephanie helped put my mind at ease. Butler picked up the car the day I called (they offer tow assistance) and worked on it right away. So very grateful for the friendliness, professionalism and knowledge to get his car back in working order. I highly recommend them!

Went there to get a front alignment. The mechanic revealed that I needed two front tires. So be it, I was very grateful for THIS mechanic 's HONESTY! Once, that was completed, he discovered that a assembly rack was MUCH needed. Gave a (half) deposit for the part. Within three days, they had the part and my car was fixed in FOUR hours.DEFINITELY going back to get something else fixed

My wife and I were traveling back home to Florida on Sunday July 23, 2023 when my brakes gave out (left front caliper actually fell off). I had googled/called around knowing that I needed a tow truck. Butler s Service actually picked up the phone, asked me a few questions, and responded to tow my vehiicle within 1/2 hour. In addition, they did a terrific job of making the repair and were done by +/- 4:00 on Monday the following day. AND were extremely fair on the price of the repair. I highly recommend them if your stuck around I-95 & 278 in Hardeeville SC. Thanks to all of the fine people there, we were able to travel home uneventfully from that point on.

In the summer we were traveling to Maryland and our car ran out of oil. ( the guys who just did the oil change did not tighten the gasket) so our oil ran out.Panic on the side of the road we walked to a service center got some oil drove to Butler s facility not only did they fit us in quickly. They let my son watch them and chat with them. They were completely nice very hospitable. The tech Andrew was absolutely sweet answering all of my sons questions due to my son anxiety. ( son is only 10 with autism)And the receptionist Chelsea was a saint with my kids going up to her every few minutes asking if the car was done and taking all their mints. They even made sure to document the issue so I can take it back to the other shop hopefully to get a refund.I wish they were closer to where we lived so we can continue to go there. absolutely positively an amazing place when you are about to lose your mind they save the day and our vacation.Thank you.Service: Oil change

DO NOT STOP HERE EVEN IF IT IS YOUR LAST OPTION THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST AND DIRTY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM JUST MAKE MONEY, if you want people who care about your problem without trying just to get money from you overcharging you go toJ and C auto & diesel the best in Hardeeville we just leave there super fast and excellent service 100% recommendedUpdate ***So they replied the the review I left and wow the lies. They asked me where we wanted to be towed witch was only a mile before there location but waited till they bring us to there location then telling us they don t delivery there wow makes no sense and how horrible how they can say my children destroyed the waiting room when we where not in there but a few minutes and got a Uber to eat while we waited.And yes the price was very expensive they tried charging hundreds of dollars more for the part but let me say please if anyone wants honesty and great mechanicJ and C auto & dieselThey charged me $450 for the same exact thing and very nice. they gave children candy but you could clearly see they were working with their heart.I gave them $50 tip with my heart the money was not the issue it was the fact how dirty people can treat another human in this world just to get money

They saved the day for me and my girlfriend. We was on our way to Savannah to celebrate her pre- birthday weekend I set it up for us to go see Janet Jackson that Friday night. Didnt expect this, but we had a blast at the concert knowing that the car was in good hands they fixed the car and treated us with so much kindness as if we was apart of the family. I so recommend them totally

This automotive shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I needed cam phaser replacement on my Ford truck and they did a great job . I'd recommend this place to family and friends any day rite.

Frank and the team at Butler's service center came to our rescue when we broke down on i95, just outside of Hardeeville en route to NY from Florida. We had lost both caliper pins off a front tire at the end of the day, and they responded immediately to our request for assistance, provided warm and excellent service, and got us back on the road in no time. If something like this were to happen on our trip, we were glad it happened near Butler's!

Fixed a tire in 10 min. I made my appointment on time. Good job young man. I didn't get his name, but there is a young man that works here, that's quick with a tire change.

On our way from Ontario Canada, we had a tire leak from the sensor on our Jeep. The lovely people at this garage were super friendly, helpful and fast! Not to mention they stayed open late to help us.I recommend their help and service to anyone.Service: TiresService: Tires

I give Butlers an A+! My family was in the middle of a 6 hr trip on vacation and we had an emergency with the brakes. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. I am very thankful for their help! Chelsea and Andrew are the best!Service: Auto brake repairService: Auto brake repair

These guys were a great. I went there today with a really strange issue shortly before making an 8 hour drive.I had some strange issue with my gas tank not opening and they were able to figure that out.A mechanic carefully went through and explained exactly what was happening and showed me a work around I could use so I could get the car fixed when I got home.He offered to fix it but I had a very long drive ahead and did not want to wait around.Low cost and trustworthy service !!!

My daughter's 2017 KIA would start intermittently and the warranty sent us to Butler's. They were awesome. Worked late into Friday to get it fixed, unfortunately we weren't able to pick it up until Monday, however, they called us on Sunday saying they were there so we could come and get her car. Great customer service.

Butler's helped in a pinch. As we were on a road trip from CT to FL. They squeezed us in at the end of their long busy day to give us quality service. From squeezing us in, to getting the piece they needed that was 45 mins away, to fixing the car, and even giving us a ride to and from the hotel to pick it up. We are so thankful for you guys and appreciate your generosity and pure kindness. I would recommend to anyone who lives in the area or just passing through. Our 2016 Dodge Ram would not start while vacationing in Hilton Head. Had vehicle towed to Butlers and they diagnosed the problem and replaced the starter. Big thanks to them for professional service - from the reception desk to the mechanics. They had us back on the road in less than 4 hours. Great place, I was moving from across the country and I broke down with a U-haul trailer in tow. When I explained my situation they got right on fixing my truck and got me on the road as soon as possible while doing an excellent and safe job. Very friendly people could have been stranded for days if it wasn't for Butler's Service Center. The price was great, very fair, a lot of mechanics could have gouged me in that situation.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake replacement

We hit a pothole on I95 and our car developed a bad vibration. The folks at Butlers service center were polite, professional and reasonably priced. They even let us bring our dog in out of the heat and gave her water. I know good service when I see it because I am a retired auto repair shop owner myself. I highly recommend Butlers Service Center.
