Brett and his team provided excellent customer service! My wife and I were traveling from Florida and had a tire blowout. We changed the tire and were fortunate to find this Hyundai just 10 minutes away. Brett took us right in and helped us and kept us aware of of the maintenance. Thanks Brett! Good Job!

Buying a new car is not on my list of fun things to do. I quite frankly don't like it at all. My experience at the Hyundai dealership was nothing what I was expecting. Anthony, Lucas is amazing. He stuck with me through the whole process. He listen to what my needs were and knew exactly what I needed. Two cars later I was sold on the Santa Fe. Perfect for what I need. He didn't try to talk me into the next size up or pressure me in any way.When I took delivery on the car just a few days later he spent as much time needed to go over everything inside and outside of the car. He was very patient and very thorough. I really appreciated his patients.The finance Manager Mallik is another member of this awesome team. He walked my mom and me through all of our options thoroughly, including the different warranties that were available. He never rushed us once. He wanted us to understand everything.I hope it is a long time before I have to get another vehicle. Would I ever go back to Hyundai? Absolutely! Would I recommend anyone who is looking for a new car to go to Hyundai?Absolutely! Overall, the experience was good. We took the car in late November and did not receive any feedback for almost a month. We called and were given an update. After that update, everything seemed to progress a little faster. We received several more updates and the car was completed mid-January. I understand that there was some delay from the car manufacturer, so there's that. We have our car and everything is working fine. Thanks AutoNation Hyundai!

I have had nothing but a great experience at Hyundai AutoNation. Just had the first service for my 24 Tucson and things went very smoothly. The buying process was not stressful at all and Adrien and CJ went above and beyond.

The service department did a great job replacing the trim on my car, and Angela is AMAZING! She really knows her stuff! Her knowledge, work ethic and honesty is very refreshing to see. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to your service dept.

I most recently had my 20K service done at this location. Brett was my service advisor and was very professional and kind. The waiting area has been completely renovated and is light, bright, and clean. Everything was clearly communicated and presented. Service was clearly documented.

Generally always a god experience. However this time, we were told we needed some repairs in addition to our scheduled routine maintenance.We were quoted a price for this repair and authorized it when we arrived to pay, the amount was higher. We were only then verbally told there was a $45 shop-fee .Certainly, they had their bases covered because it was listed in the teeny-tiny fine print of one of the several pages upon which we authorized the repair.I think that they should include that service fee in their repair quotation, upfront and very clearly itemized.It feels very dishonest. I am disappointed, hence only 3 of 5 stars.

Mickey and the service crew at AutoNation Hyundai Hilton Head always do an outstanding job. I like to wait while they do the service--which they do the work quickly and expertly. The recently refurbished showroom is a great place to get some work done while waiting.

It took over 2 hours for my advance scheduled oil change & tire rotation and general vehicle check. Service Advisor and mechanic were friendly and helpful. Following this service I have noticed a distinct, hot oil leak smell that occurs only when the vehicle is idling or upon low speed deceleration, which never occurred prior to this service. I will now have to return and wait for them to find the source and remedy the problem.

Service staff very friendly and helpful. Angela went out of her way to explain an issue to me after the service was completed. I suppose my only issue, and this is probably just a staffing/volume of work function, but it seems like two hours is a long time to wait for an oil change and tire rotation. But so it goes

I loved everything about this place! Service rep Angela kept me updated on every single thing. Also my car was there maybe 4 days max. I would recommend anyone to go to this facility! Even the manager emailed me thanking me for stopping by. How often do you get that?

I liked how quick and easy it was for my car to be serviced. They also diagnosed my car in less than 48 hours, which was quicker than promised. The only thing I did not like is you have to book an appointment months in advance.

Customer service at AutoNation Hyundai is amazing. I am not one of those people who slams someone on a review normaly because I know things happen though I just bought this car and I now have no transportation because another shop has to figure out what you guys just sent out. I got my Tiguan from your dealer. The salesman picked it up and brought it to the Charleston location for me and from the day I drove it off the lot I ve found issues. I m a mechanic and I try to hope that others work to the same standards as I do but this is not the case here. The driver side mirror wasn t ever bolted in all the way and was shaking. The door panel on that side was missing fasteners. The HVAC controls are shorting out and defrost functions are completely inoperable. The car went into safe mode as I was bringing my daughter to daycare so when I get home and look at the code it s for a camshaft position sensor which was on your certified inspection report as being changed. I know it was changed because they left the original sensor in the center console. Though when I look under the hood I see a shady wiring repair at the connector which was also electrical taped which we should all know will melt off in an engine compartment and led to it shorting out when the exposed wires made contact. I don t know what kind of mechanics you have or if you guys are just flipping cars with no regard for safety for the people who work hard to purchase these things trusting that what we buy will be functional and safe for our family to be in. It s been at the Charleston location for a week and a half now while they re trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with it and I m stuck with a new car payment and no transportation. I would love to just cut my losses and sell it but I m not like you guys and won t screw someone else over. The Charleston AutoNation is angry because they have your screw up to deal with and aren t being helpful. They won t provide a rental so I m having deal with this on my own and I have a toddler too. Thank you very much for an extremely unprofessional and overall terrible car buying experience.

The car sales people sitting front of their computers,never say hello to you,maybe we should try to sell them car, I guess it is not important for the stock holders. They never try to approach the customers, perhaps show the latest E cars,or SUVs.Their answer was>> we sell the cars before they arrive...nice luxury.

Ease of scheduling on line for Service ay Hyundai Auto Nation. Everyone one is so nice and staff communicate's the progress and time of completed service. I also love that with service they give your car a free car wash and Vacuum!Great Job!!

I needed my brand new suv ( at 1k miles) checked for an odd sound I started hearing. I was told I would have to LEAVE my vehicle for 2 weeks for them to do a diagnostic on it. My appt was a month later, why would they not do a diagnostic on it then? It seems to me they put themselves on a backlog. I am unable to leave my car for 2 weeks. They do not offer a loaner. I don't understand having my vehicle sit THERE for 2 weeks vs me bringing it back at a designated time. I was told "2 weeks was good. Most dealerships are 4-6 weeks out."This is something to check when purchasing a new vehicle with any dealership.... their service department turn around. I've never had this issue with other makes. Toyota. Honda. Lexus. Cadillac. So I never gave it a second thought. The service personnel were very nice and most helpful. The issue was resolved that afternoon after I made the suggestion on what was making the noise. It was a simple fix. All is good.

Got my car in right away and called with updates needed and asked if I wanted them done. got in back in with the items I requested only with a limited time notice as i was busy at work myself. Customer service was ideal and very appreciated!

I haven t visited this dealership for service since before Covid. The newly remodeled Hyundai dealership allows the Service area more privacy when dropping off your vehicle. Now the reason for 4 stars - I was there for 2 hours for an oil and filter change.

The waiting area is bright and clean with drinks and snacks. The staff was pleasant. Why does it take 1:45 for an oil change? Why do I have to wait a month to get an appointment?

Well I am not able to review Comubication sucks Mr Santa Fe is part of a recall told not to park in garrage because of fire hazard and told there is a chance of fire if droven did not offer a loaner and months later I am still carless Loved my Santa Fe Sport second one but would think twice before purchasing another Help!
