Absolutely outstanding customer service. Justin really impressed me with his wealth of knowledge and live updates. There s no other trucking service that can compare, and I ve been to plenty. If you want great prices, fast service and great conversation, this is the place to go. Definitely 5 star service! Thank you all for your great work and time.

Called for roadside assistance. They arrived in a hour and replaced my water pump. The mechanic was friendly and nice. I recommend them to all the Driva s out there. I was very pleased. Please how could I forget Maria friendly and kind dispatcher.

The work was done fine. But I was charged $250 for $100 part, and I was charged double the amount of hours of labor that the person worked on the truck. I ve called three times trying to get my receipt. My past experiences with Truck world were good. But this time it s been nothing but a tragic disappointment.

We have struggled to find a quality mechanic to maintain our fleet of company vehicles for over 2 years. Truck World did a fantastic job servicing our vehicles! Problems that even the big dealers in town couldn t fix were fixed in less than a week by Serge and Yarl! They have gained a customer for life. Great work, fair prices and top notch service by a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have a 07 pete 379. I had the transmission start making a LOT of noise. So i found these guy and I got my truck in without a tow. That was on a Wednesday morning . I ended up needing a transmission and while that was out i went ahead and had a clutch put in and the rear main seal replace, a carrier bearing replaced and a u-joint replaced. They were kind enought to give me a ride to a hotel Wednesday afternoon and came and picked me up Thursday morning. There ended up being a little problem with my bell housing fitting on the new transmission but they ended up getting it all figured out but it did delay 1 day. So they gave me another ride back to the hotel Thursday night and came and picked me up Friday morning. Because this job was so big they lower their hourly rate down to $95.00 a hour. This job was expensive due to the replacement of the transmission. But the costumer service and the keeping me informed of exactly what was going on and showing me everything they were doing was absolutely wonderful. Especially since i am also a mechanic. But could not tackle this job 2800 mile from home which really sucked. But their service was absolutely great. I would MOST DEFINITELY go back if ever needed.. 5 STAR all day..

Dallas is one of the best in the business. I have purchased tires from Dallas in the past and this time had a broken AC compressor. Dallas quoted me a fair price and completed the work on time as well. I will be using Truck World again for my fleet and future PMs on my equipment.

Because of the professionalism he demonstrated in towing my 80ft loaded car carrier 3 miles, I wouldn t hesitate to call again. Great company, my truck broke down on the freeway called Truck World Towing and within 20 min Dmitriy came out and towed me to their shop for a repair. Highly recommend them for all your heavy duty needs.

This repair, parts and staff very professional. Called for quote for radiator for oem and talked to Yuriy that s in parts and tire shop. Yuriy got the part in very fast. He got back to me very fast with the quote and emailed me the invoice. For your parts, tires and repairs needs the places to go.

I've used this place 2 times and both times were very pleasant and very accommodating. I have spoken with Victor on both occasions and he's very knowledgeable and more than will to help explain the problem even showing me the parts taken off and the problem which existed. I will forever be a customer from here fwd. Can't ask for better service. Even though you pay for it, I didn't mind writing the check at all.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They are awesome at Truck World!! Despite the rain holding things up, Victor did a great job getting my truck fixed, the price was very good for the work they did!! All the employees were very friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend Truck World!!!

STAY AWAY.I have had the worst experience at truck world. I paid for a DOT inspection and we needed my low beam and turning signal replaced, a new windshield and as well as some other things. I approved all of the repairs and was told when the truck was ready for pick up. I didn t get a driver in my truck until 2 weeks after the truck was repaired at truck world. My driver is now telling me the low beam doesn t work and there is no right turning signal either. Coincidentally, my windshield wipers aren t swiping either, after this windshield replacement at truck world. Why did I pay Victor for a dot inspection and approve all of these repairs for nothing to get done? Victor even signed off on a dot inspection form to keep in my truck. So these mechanics at truck world sign off on dot forms without actually inspecting the truck before turning it back into the owner? In addition to all these issues, Victor has been disrespectful and wants to charge me for getting these things fixed AGAIN. Speaks to me like Im making things up and won t own up to his own mistakes and unprofessionalism. By far the WORST shop I have ever taken my trucks to.

Absolute 5 star experience. Nobody within 100 miles could look at truck for at least a week. I knew it was an injector. Called up and spoke with Ashley who said no promises but might be able to at least diagnose it today to verify. Up front and honest when she said if not will be first thing in the morning.They got to it very first thing the next morning. I have an aftermarket warranty that they worked with me on. Communication was top tier.From keeping eyes and ears open I know this is a family owned business that they take great pride in.Keep up the good work Truck World.

Don't ever use this guys, had an estimate of $1000 cheaper than dealer for dpf cleaning and ended up more expensive that peterbuilt dealer, really bad experience with them, DO NOT USE THEM, just save your money.

turned to this service with a question about replacing the engine, to which Sergey the owner of this "service" told me that we would do everything without problems. he told me how much I would have to pay, which is about $50k, for which I said that I agreed. Sergey told me that he has a cummins N 14 motor that they will sort out and it will be like new and everything will work perfectly. As it turned out, he simply rearranged the old motor from the old truck that he had and did not do any rebuild. Thus, he deceived me by 50k. After this work, I don t get out of the service. For three years, my truck stood in the service for more than a year in general. As a result, my truck broke down again. In short, this man could not even give me checks for the spare parts that he bought. He said that he had lost them. How is this possible ???

I received exceptional service from the staff. I came in one day with an issue, as soon as they received the part my semi was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their prices are fair, service is good, and they make sure to get the job done. This people did a terrible job on my husband's truck, he just ended up spending 50000$ dollars on rebuilding his engine, plus non stop repairs after he left this service. Terrible service team, plus they did not provide any receipts on purchases made. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.
